Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) reveals that the US was funding biolabs in more than 30 countries, many of which were working with ways to make dangerous pathogens even more dangerous. There was very little visibility or oversight on these labs and with some in war-zones, or hostile nations, there was always the dark possibility of losing control of the labs.
And so it is that the bad-man Trump-Hitler is the only President so far, who asked his officials to provide the evidence to the world, and to stop the US government funding of gain-of-function experiments.
Past Presidents would just call you a conspiracy nut.
With the AI rush, we are on the cusp of a kind of mutually assured destruction by bioweapons. It’s just a matter of time before the hyperscale manipulation of molecules and codes cracks a new deadly combination. The hard part is not creating infectious death, it’s creating something that targets only a certain group of people while finding a way to protect the creators.
It is one of the major reasons we cannot afford to lose the AI race. The winner may be able to develop the world’s most deadly weapon, and if they (or renegades among them) arrogantly believed they had a “cure” or a vaccine that protected themselves — they might be prepared to use it. That’s part of the reason we need to discuss the failure rates and problems with vaccines instead of burying that bad news. We need the worlds psychopaths and military forces to understand the risks.

“I’m releasing intelligence showing U.S. funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine,” Gabbard said, adding that ODNI will continue working with federal partners to map where these facilities are located and what research they conduct.
“Many of these U.S. government-funded biolabs are currently or have previously engaged in research using hazardous and highly contagious pathogens, in some cases to include dangerous Gain-of-Function research, with very little visibility or oversight,” Gabbard said.
Until now, evidence regarding the full existence and funding of these laboratories had been knowingly withheld from the American people. The information surrounding the existence, history, locations and funding of these US funded biolabs has been intentionally covered up by powerful people falsely, claiming that they do not exist and accusing anyone who says otherwise to be foreign assets and traitors to America.
“We will continue working across the government to identify where these labs are and what pathogens they contain,” she added, tying the effort to President Donald Trump’s directive aimed at restricting federal funding for gain-of-function research abroad.
“President Trump understands the serious threat dangerous Gain-of-Function research poses to the American people, which is why he took decisive action on May 25, 2025, signing EO 14292 to end federal funding of Gain-of-Function research around the world,” ODNI said.
The wanton disregard, and foolish arrogance of the Deep State is something to behold.

I asked ai(Google) for assistance to retrieve a recent exchange : look in History on browser.
History had been cleared more recently.
So computer said no.
On a different analysis of a Yahoo Group from the 90s, ai pointed out that Yahoo had deleted all those files sometime ago, but when prompted ai easily found all of it.
A search on a University professor in the 70s was more problematic because it appears the archives may not have been digitised, and ai kept saying no until published papers available on-line were submitted to it, and then it agreed.

I tries to get DuckDuckGo to recall the name of the high ranking State Dept. figure (female) who admitted early on the Russian invasion that they (the Russians) had seized these facilities, and their supplies of anthrax. All I got was Wikipedia etc. about it being Russian propaganda about biowarfare.
Anthrax is widely around in Russia (and elsewhere) even in Louis Pasteur’s time when he developed a vaccine.

But it made me think about the fungible nature of money. And the spectre of government funded labs doing some unapproved non-government funded work on the side:
“We may not be able to get him on funding since his NIH gets a lot of funding through royalties from big pharma. As it stands, he (or anyone in his position) can used these funds any way they want to since those funds aren’t under Congressional control.”

Since 1970, the growth of BSL4 biolabs looks like a parabolic curve.
Currently there are around 110 BSL4 labs in the EU and North America with the rest in Asia/Oceania, with 20 more planned or being built.
The Australian biolabs have perfect safety scores, even China scores 18/20, but others, around 30 of them, have MAJOR safety fails.
Again, these are just the official labs, and Ukraine isn’t even on the list.
BSL3/3+ labs number over 3,500, with 2/3rds not disclosing location or pathogen data.
Over 90% operate without guidelines or oversight.
Over 300 lab infections reported from over 50 pathogens in the past 20 years alone.

According to a federal criminal complaint recently filed in a city famous for many things, such as flexible balloting, but rarely known for being the primary port of entry for exotic African viral pathogens, two scientists working for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) were arrested at Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
Their names are Vincent “Herman” Munster, a 53-year-old citizen of the Netherlands, and Claude Kwe, a 38-year-old citizen of Cameroon. Vincent is not just any old NIH scientist; he is the Chief of the Virus Ecology Section at the NIH’s premier Rocky Mountain Laboratory in Hamilton, Montana. Claude is a “research fellow” in Vincent’s section. Their job, according to official government documents, is to study “emerging viral pathogens” and how they “cross the species barrier.”
The two ‘scientists’ worked in the Montana lab’s premier Biosafety Level 4 laboratory. For Portland readers, “Biosafety Level 4” is the highest possible level of biosecurity. So, how did these two highly trained, BSL-4-certified global health experts decide to transport their latest research samples from the Republic of Congo back to Montana?
They jammed them in a plastic suitcase and boarded a commercial airliner.
Correct! A packed commercial airplane. With regular passengers entirely unaware that a few rows away, the Chief of Virus Ecology was flying coach with a carry-on full of monkeypox.
As they rolled through customs, alert Customs and Border Protection officers noticed they were hauling a “large black plastic case.” The officer, doing his job, inquired as to what was in the large black plastic case.
Now, if you or I were asked this question, and we had a suitcase with a bottle of undeclared Mexican Viagra, never mind full of infectious tropical diseases, we would probably pass out from sheer terror. But Munster and Kwe are trained Public Health Experts. They wield degrees, credentials, and enough smug arrogance to satisfy Stalin’s entire General Committee. So of course they looked the CBP officer in the eye and calmly explained that the case contained only “diagnostics and testing equipment.”
When the authorities opened the case, they did not find diagnostic or testing equipment. Instead, they found Styrofoam coolers containing 113 vials. One hundred and thirteen vials. That is more virus vials than you might observe in the mad scientist’s laboratory in an above-average 1950s horror movie.
The FBI, having recently become suspicious of NIH scientists who lie about concealed virus sample vials, decided to test a few of them. As of the indictment, the feds have tested 20. The results were a delightful biological potpourri. Of the 20, 17 vials contained ‘deactivated’ monkeypox virus. 1 vial contained chickenpox virus. 2 vials contained only human DNA.
Who knows what surprises could be in the other 93 vials? Ebola? Covid? The common cold
But times are changing. Munster and Kwe now face a maximum of five years in prison, and the FBI’s counter-terrorism unit is involved. Five years seems … well, like a good start.
One question remains unanswered in all the many stories about this encouraging arrest: their motive. Why would senior NIH scientists risk federal prison? What were they trying to achieve that was worth taking the chance?
Allow me to suggest a motive. Sneaking the samples into the US accomplishes one particularly valuable objective: it erases the chain of custody. All the pesky declarations and paperwork required by federal law would have established documentary evidence that the Congolese monkeypox travelled from its African source to the Montana lab in January 2026. If, say, a Midwest outbreak of Congolese mpox variants happened a few weeks later in February, people might start asking uncomfortable questions.
So, if the person in the middle seat has a large black plastic case and is wearing a t-shirt that says “I heart Virus Science,” you should probably ask to be reseated.
