Trump smashes the sacred climate totems, and no one even whimpers

Dystopian crash. Fantasy in ruins.

By Jo Nova

Donald Trump has driven a poleaxe through the Climate Voodoo Machine — destroying the legal basis for climate activism, pulling out of 66 Globalist agencies, setting the dogs of DOGE onto the climate cheerleaders and threatening the cabal of Banksters. Yet, despite all that, there are no hordes in the streets begging for carbon credit schemes.

Could it be that no one really ever cared?

Even the devoted billionaires can’t manage a press conference from a private yacht to “save the world”.

The people have figured out that climate change was a scam and The Democrats know it. They don’t want to talk about climate change in case they turn off the voters.

Things are so bad The Guardian has allowed a DeSmog “journalist” to write a story about it, and we can tell. As bad as The Guardian journos are — they have nothing on the poison pen of a DeSmog jilted writer — you denying denier, you.

Trump has launched an unprecedented assault on the environment. Where’s the pushback?

Rei Takver, The Guardian

“In my 26 years of being focused on climate, I’ve never seen anything like this. Trump is gutting everything they ever stood for,” Marc Morano, a long-time climate denier, said in January at the World Prosperity Forum, a five-day event in Zurich, Switzerland, billed as a rightwing alternative to the World Economic Forum in Davos.

“Billionaires are silent. Democrats in Congress have been silent. Climate activists. There has been no pushback on this,” Morano said – and he may have a point, according to some experts who research the climate denial movement.

The billionaires have left the room

The Guardian has no idea, but Climate Change is dying for all the right reasons. The public figured out that their electricity bills would never go down, and the believers were always wrong. So in the US the voters voted for Trump, and the firestorm that unleashed was exactly what they wanted.

Instead of protesting, Bill Gates dropped everything he used to say and suddenly said we should worry about other environmental issues. And BlackRock and the bankers are more interested in AI. Everyone was more interested in AI, and the datacenters ate the business case for unreliable energy for breakfast.

“The Trump administration just marched in and destroyed the crown jewel of climate science in the United States,” Robert Brulle, a professor of environment and society at Brown University, told me, referring to the Trump administration’s dismantling of the country’s premier climate research center, National Center for Atmospheric Research, in December.

“And nothing happened. There wasn’t even a whimper. I never thought I’d ever say this: Marc Morano is correct.”

For Brulle, the environmental sociologist, addressing the growing hush around climate must go beyond talking. “I think the climate movement in the United States has failed. It has flat failed, and that means we need to rebuild this movement in a completely different manner,” he said.

Maybe try building something on evidence instead of models?

Once upon a time big money managed to whip up some rent-a-crowd school girls to glue themselves to paintings. But now that the grants are gone, the groups don’t have the mojo, or the money to arrange the death-robes and the printed placards.

The polls always showed that only a few percent cared enough to want to donate money or buy carbon credits.. Half of Australia doesn’t want to pay a single cent on Net Zero targets...

The fact that the giant ship of climate angst ran out of steam so quickly shows it was never powered by much anyhow.

The important question is, what scam will replace the climate scam?

Or has the climate scam already fulfilled its objectives, destruction of the economies of the woke Western nations and reduction of the standard of living of non-Elites, except in the US under TRUMP?

It isn’t over yet. Much will morph into anti AI, but also consider: The Greens are now polling second to Farage in England. Labour would still likely be returned in Australia if an Election were held today. How will the USA go in the mid terms? It’s far from over. I keep saying it, things need to get much worse. Whether it was ever about Climate is moot. It is still about destroying Fossil Fuel Companies and Western economies in general. It will morph, it will white-ant, it will hate – it will still express it’s fundamental Evil and it must be fought every step of the way.

It looks like Australia will be “first in, last out”. Not even the fake conservative Liberals are willing to fully extricate us from this scam. It’s now fully embedded into the psyche of Australia and as per the plan, in Australia, children under 16, the next generation, will have little or no access to alternative ideas questioning the Official Narrative due to the social media ban.

David the fakes are the new left or LINO left and driven by what I call Soap Operas of The Phantom that have been running hot since end of Howard Government November 2007.

Revival of the traditional centre/centre right is now clear and the election of Opposition Leader Taylor by two thirds of Liberal MP votes, as compared to very narrow leadership changes margins past since 2008 when Opposition Leader Nelson was toppled by Turnbull.

Even state executives influence is decling.

However, factional problems exist inside Labor, union and factions in fighting

All the UN stooges in Australia’s various levels of government need to be booted out and Australia gets back to democratic government that is responsible to the electorate not UN bureaucrats.

Only One Nation has been consistently opposed to the climate scam. Vote One Nation and vote as often as you can.

Today, tomorrow and the next day!

One Nation has been down this road to high expectations before, going into an election with better than 10% at the polls.

They were nearly wiped out when, one week before the election, Kerry Packer published in Woman’s Day a story about Pauline’s family problems that we didn’t know about.

Great news for the citizens of the USA, but for the clueless illiterate EU and Aussie Labor govts etc the silly climate delusion still marches on.
But Tech giants and big funds are all bowing to AI and the energy required to run them is mind boggling.
I think AI is an exaggerated but helpful tool but we certainly can’t ignore anything that could help us in the future. Only time will tell.

With the USA, China, and India all hopping off the climate change carousel, the EU/UK/Canada/Australia will all have to face a reckoning sooner rather than later as their cost-of-living skyrockets and their economies shrivel as core industries abandon ship in search of friendlier environs to conduct business. Though Canada & Australia are in a bit better shape than the rest, most likely due to not having a supranational bureaucracy choking off economic growth with an added layer of red tape like the EU does in Europe (and have better future prospects due to energy wealth in the ground that can be tapped when they come to their senses).

In Australia the Government heavily encouraged superannuation (retirement) funds to invest in the climate scam.

As the scam collapses, which it inevitably will even in fully woke Australia, because you can never fight market forces in the long run, it means the funds will be in big trouble.

Perhaps that’s one of the reasons why Australia remains fanatically committed to the scam – so many people’s present and future livelihood is dependent upon it, especially the superannuation funds of politicians and public serpents.

Although an important step, with the looming US midterms looking to undo the Republican majority, the True Believers will simply wait out a rump DJT Presidency and look to return to ” all systems normal” after the 2028 election.

Despite the WEF elite signalling an end to wind+solar due to the AI boom/bubble, that bubble will eventually burst, since AI is just a computer model, and no matter how much compute you throw at it, it’s still just a model when all is said and done. At that point, they too will return to the grift…

The irony will be finding out how many humans have less intellectual ability than a bunch of code…

A blue wave in the mid term elections is not a certainty. A recent poll shows republican support level with democrats. Trump is kicking goals and voters are noticing.

Correct I think. I hang up before even saying no thanks. Those more likely to talk to pollsters are Democrat/Labour/Green voters, anyway. And those voters are more likely to give the answers most polls are designed to coax out of them. Polls for decades have been used to create and/or bolster a narrative.

More than $10 trillion was spent trying to “fix” the climate. Emissions just moved and continued to grow at half a billion tons per year for the last 30 years.

It is ultimately a primitive argument.
A evolutionary lifeform arises on a planet.
And eventually begins to argue about whether it is responsible for controlling the weather of the biosphere that spawned it.
A biosphere, if history informs, that will continue long after that lifeform succumbs to the ravages of nature.

If windmills were built in the form of pyramids, the effect on the weather would be the same.
Especially when there are no feather crowned priests making sacrifice at the top of them.

There was positive advancement, once the priests began focusing on extracting the wealth and productivity of the population rather than their cardiac pump organs.

What has been surprising is the unwillingness of those with vested interests to stand up to the supposed values.
The backlash to the Age of Stupid is coming though, and it will when the American taxpayer realises that Trump’s policies are seriously affecting their pay packet and lifestyle. Unfortunately, Trump has surrounded himself with sycophants who are as clueless as he is, there are no adults in the room. Voters do not want taxes, wars, inflation, disease, and environmental disasters but that is what Trump’s policies are giving them.

By comparison the NSW government is acting like environmental vandals

‘The NSW government will initiate a concierge-type service to 14 energy projects as it tries to accelerate development which it hopes will deliver on its lagging renewable energy ambitions.’ (Oz)

      Haw Haw Haw Haw Haw,

Simon makes another deflecting attack on a President in a country you don’t live in as for climate disasters you whine about has actually DECREASED in recent years, decline in Tornadoes by around 25-50%, a small decrease in Hurricane frequency and a significant drop in landfalling hurricanes for America, the weather based death rate has plummeted since 1920 and the planet loves the increase in CO2 in the air thus setting off a greening Earth reaction which is good for the biota.

Meanwhile all that government money thrown at the numerous climate mitigation efforts stupidity that doesn’t solve anything as it is based on bogus climate models that have been wrong for many years now, thus depriving funding of real environmental problems that gets pushed into the background the badly needed attention thus gets unresolved while bird choppers and bird cookers blights the land because of people like YOU who fixate on a trace gas with a trace absorption range with a now at the 430 ppm level a trace warm forcer.

Why do you hate the environment so much, why are you a determined supporter of climate pseudoscience?

“a poleaxe through the Climate Voodoo Machine — destroying the legal basis for climate activism,”

The ONLY basis for our endless hidden Climate taxes is our signature to various documents from Rio onwards. No law cites any scientific facts or established principles. No law measures the effects. There is no concern that our Climate decisions will actually change the climate or stop it from changing.

We need to walk away from all climate agreements too. And appeal to the High Court to strike down these daisy chain laws, starting with Howard’s Renewable Energy(Electricity), which was as deceitful a law as was ever written. No logic, no facts, no mention of the word Carbon and no mention of the word TAX. The minions in Canberra have been crafting these laws based deceit, keeping the public totally ignorant and stealing from the producers and distributors so people do not realise how much they are paying for nothing at all. Or to whom, because the money does NOT go to the Federal Government, so all these ‘taxes’ are illegal.

So which party will call this massive theft and fraud out? I have written for years about why there is no basis in science. There is also no basis in these ‘non obligatory’ laws which are cited as international binding obligations, when they are nothing of the kind. Particularly 1997 Kyoto, 2015 Paris and the NDC, ‘voluntary’ National Determined Contributions. Robbery, lies and theft in plain sight. Zero science.

And big companies fail to take the government to Court because they are threatened. The Safeguard Mechanism is massive, but if you play along, they give you a discount. I have read the steel industry instead of paying the first 5% were let off with 1% to 2%. This is how terrorists work. Government threats and extortion and forced silence, all going on in a nominally ‘Democratic’ country.

It happened with the old State based Sales taxes, where if you didn’t tell the public about the tax, you received a quiet substantial discount between wholesale and retail. The difference between government tax collectors and mafia Climate extortionists is zero. Standover and menaces. And Woke management who are ‘saving the world’ while they collect their massive salaries for not rocking the boat.

Plus the Climate projects. 5 Desalination plants we didn’t need with massive interest from teh French. We are probably still paying for them, three never used. A spare billion for a water pipe from the Fitzroy river to Gladstone for a private hydrogen plant for Dr Forrest. Who changed his mind as it was finished. Cash flowing in a bigger river than this pipe.

Dams we are not allowed to build but Snowy II, the biggest unfinished project in Australia’s history now cost more than the Panama canal and has taken longer than the English Chunnel. Originally $2.5Billion and three years this pipe dream of Malcolm Turnbull alone has exploded into $25Billion and a decade, for something which makes no sense at all as 40% of the electricity is lost in charging the water battery. And Malcolm’s missing $444million in cash to his wife and friends withotu explanation or parliamentary approve, to save the Great Barrier reef is just a drop in the ocean. Never mentioned. Who cares? 7 tons of gold bars as a parting gift. The greatest robbery in Australian history, until the CFMEU’s Big Build in Victoria.

The money is very real. And everything climate is OFF BUDGET so Chalmers and the Government can pretend to ‘balance’ the budget while running up $1Trillion in national debt and uncontrolled inflation as they print billions and blame everyone else for inflation. Inflation is always and only the result of government overspending. It’s all lies and a big game to Chalmers and Albanese, looking forward to their luxury retirement packages on the beach. No concern about rapidly rising ocean levels for Albanese. Australia has never had such blatant criminals as political leaders.
