Saving the world now means committing arson, and cutting off grandma’s electricity for days in midwinter Germany.
The attack burned through a cable connected to one of Berlin’s gas plants. The so-called Vulkangruppe (Volcano Group) claimed responsibility and published their manifesto online in German.

As state security authorities opened an investigation into the cause of the blaze near the Lichterfelde heat and power station that damaged several high-voltage cables, the Vulkangruppe (Volcano Group) said it had deliberately targeted some of the city’s wealthiest districts.
In a 2,500-word pamphlet seen by the Guardian which a police spokesperson called “credible”, the group said it had aimed to “cut the juice to the ruling class”.

Having multiple sources of energy, gas, oil, wood, petrol, hydro as well as electricity allows a population to survive. If one goes out, you can switch. This has been the rule for electricity, gas and other strikes and shortages in the past.
The move by politicians alone without justification to create an electricity only system and a national grid allows them to control people’s lives. Or an invader to shut down everything from traffic lights to cars to manufacturing.
Australia never needed and still does not need an incredibly expensive electricity only national grid. It is not to bring solar energy from thousands of miles away over the heads of country residents. A National grid for wind and solar is purely a dictator’s dream of little benefit and huge expense for Australia. We can build a billion dollar pipeline for water for Andrew Forrest and he can just walk away. We can build a pointless unfinished $20+ billion pumped hydro scheme. But we have to import our own gas from Singapore. In Victoria it is illegal even to pick up firewood in a forest.
But like most Green initiatives, the creation of an electricity only national grid has an obvious and very sinister purpose.
The presumption that politicians like Albanese and Wong and Bowen are acting in our best interests on any issues is unproven, unargued and arguably wrong. For example a Royal Commission on antisemitism for example would find simply that antisemitism is government immigration and foreign policy, which is why Albanese does not want a Royal Commission.
It is more than likely that Chinese direction is dictating government policy and not just in Australia, but from Venezuela to the UK and Governor Tim Walz in Minnesota and Jeremy Corbyn in the UK. Windmills, migration, unreliables and defence and energy, rare earths, even tobacco, all cash and power to China. And by law we will be driving Chinese electric cars which can be turned off at any time, like everything else.

Yes, they are trying to ban alternative sources of energy like liquid hydrocarbons and compressed gases like propane (e.g. BBQ gas) in pressure vessels because electricity is easier to control the distribution of and easier to cut off. And at the cost of real energy waste. Gas is essential for making many other chemicals. Fertilizer for example. And the process yields CO2 cheaply, a major industrial and medical gas. Bottling CO2 from 0.042% in air is very expensive. Gas is also able to be stored, transported, piped great distances without energy loss and if the end requirement is heat, not mechanical or electrical energy, it is 100% effective. Electricity from coal or gas is an immediately 70% loss plus more in transmission.
We should be keeping our gas, not burning it up as in Victoria.
Gas is also very good for cooking, making glass, other applications where hot air is efficient, even essential
Electricity is essential for motors, electronics, lifts.
What is happening now is that we are converting all energy to electricity, which is extremely wasteful as it cannot be stored, cannot be transported at low cost and cannot be sold overseas.
Wood, coal, gas, petrol, diesel, bunker oil,kerosene… We should use the right storage/chemistry mechanism for each application. But the communists want everything electrical. And we are told to keep our coal and gas in the ground, especially in Communist run Victoria.
It’s very politically embarrassing that there has been a major gas find in Bass strait, only 5km from a nearby well. You have to wonder how much is there for the lack of looking. And how the State Government has created the shortage so they can stop us looking. Gas in Victoria used to be made from coal. And now that is also illegal. I am of the opinion that the Trump administration should publicly award the $25 million bounty for the capture and arrest of Nicholas Maduro that was offered by the Biden administration, to those who participated in the capture and arrest of Maduro.
The award should be accompanied by the video of Joe Biden pronouncing “we should attack this narcotics-terrorists where they live”, interspersed with the video of the Democrat Congressmen attacking Trump for having too weak a Venezuela policy.
