Please: This Blogger could use your help to shine a light on grift, graft and pagan witchcraft in science

For a few days new posts will appear below this one. Thank you to everyone and Merry Christmas!Ministry of Climate Panic

From Jo Nova

Thanks to the wonderful souls who helps me cover the bills, so I can roast those who abuse science for profit and power.

This year saw the Net Zero mythology take a mortal blow.  Electricity prices hit a bleeding point just as the Trump hammer fell, and the insatiable AI race spooked the Blob, which suddenly realized there actually was a global energy contest and we are the losers. But despite these wins, the bankers that created the bubble took the profit and ran (for Prime Minister of Canada), the witchdoctor-scientists still give terrible advice, and billions are still being poured into glorified rain-dances.

We still have to win the science war. The modern shaman tell us batteries will change the jet streams, save koalas, stop domestic violence and end wars.  Then the ARC gives them another grant. And the ABC gives them free advertising. And we pay for all of it: the CSIRO-bad-science, the subsidies, and the ABC-BBC-CBC blob.

Then there is the free speech war. The Ministry of  Misinformation will return. The government wants to stop us reaching the children with our dangerous graphs of the Holocene, the Eemian and Chinese coal use. We all know they banned X for under 16s but not its mirror leftie twin “BlueSky”. Age Verification is just an excuse for Digital ID which starts softly and quietly two days after Christmas. Shh!

Meanwhile, The cyber attacks on this site started on Easter Saturday, two weeks before the Australian election, crippling the blog for days until we added better armor, which costs more. The hostile force behind that kept coming back. This was a graph below of a typical day in September when a thousand ‘people’ in Singapore suddenly needed to read this site at half past the hour, every hour. Similar artificial patterns came often from Chinese servers, or through Hong Kong or Vietnam. There was also a lot of US traffic, but not with this screaming spike pattern. Those who were attacking didn’t bother to hide it. They wanted me to know, perhaps hoping I would be intimidated?

Presumably the CCP doesn’t like it when I explain that China makes out like bandits from our Net Zero stupidity, which I’ve done, 146 times.

Tip Jar ButtonIt’s been 17 years here on this blog, somehow, outside the system, living off goodwill and donations, debating the U.N. and trillion dollar cartels. Real freedom is writing with no corporate sponsor, and no major advertiser. There’s no billionaire publisher to cancel me. The government can’t take away a grant it never gave me, and the cowards of Cancel Culture can’t scare away the advertisers I don’t have.

I am not dependent on any institution, but I am of course, dependent on you, the reader, which is exactly how it should be. To serve the people direct, instead of serving Disney, Pfizer or President Xi. When no one holds the strings, everyone does.

I don’t ask for a subscription here, just some help if you can spare it.

Thank you to everyone who cancelled subscriptions to the propaganda sheets, and sent that money to someone in the new independent media instead.

Never surrender

Please hit the tip jar, buy me a coffee, a steak, a month on the server (now $194) and money to pay the bills. Australians may prefer to use direct deposit (details below) where you can also set up a monthly donation which helps me plan ahead. Thanks for your contribution, no matter how big or small. I know times are tough for some people.

Due to ridiculous legal froufrou,  Paypal donors will need to “buy” a number of “units of emergency chocolate” — (1 unit=$1) so write a number of dollars into the Quantity Field!  (Apologies it’s not more user friendly). This works in AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD or USD.

OR send help directly via National Australia Bank for UnQwerty Pty Ltd  BSB: 086420 Account number: 563148308 or via International transfer or even via snail-mail.

I will try again to set up GiveSendGo. I’ll update as soon as I can…

Merry Christmas and best wishes to everyone here.

With a special thank you and best wishes to Bryant.

Thanks in recent weeks to JS, PM, RK, RR, FA, CK, DL, RI, PC, DM, AD, JE, TK, FF, AC, AH, RG, LA, DM, TP. CM and other Delcons.

Money coming , Jo. How could it not? You provide an unrivalled source of critical thinking not just on the so- called Climate Change debacle, but on so many other issues that affect us all. Your blog is a relief in what sometimes feels like a desert of ideas out there. I am sure I echo others here when I say that I am so very grateful for the space you provide for debate, ideas , and critical thinking.

Merry Christmas to Jo Nova and family and everyone at the blog.
I’ll try to send some support in the New Year if I can, but the last 8 months have been a bit more of a problem for me.
But let’s hope for more success in 2026 against the tyrants, liars and hate preachers.

For others who are also confused by DELCONS, it apparently means Delusional Conservatives!

Yes, Jo. I have been delighted and honoured to buy you chocolates over the years. This site is about the only one that I contribute to regularly (well, as regularly as I can) because it is not only important to the knowledge of your followers but also for the dissemination widely of the truth about so many subjects. Indeed, it is important to democracy itself, which is illustrated by the attempts to block you.

I trust that we all can continue to support you adequately over the next, terribly important years.

Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart.

Why not offer a siterip as PDF for anyone buying choccy?
Yes, I’ve made that suggestion of a siterip before but nothing happened.
After all, 2026 will be the year of blocking and censorship, as the west circles the drain.

Small gift should already be available at Unqwerty, with many thanks for your work. I felt very alone until I was pointed to your site some years back and discovered I was not alone in my global warming scepticism. And even allowed to express my opinion.
Merry Christmas to you and yours, and also to all your followers.
    Cheers,
    Dave B

I went to my Bank and wanted to transfer money to Unqwerty and they refused (either that I was falling for a fraud or that it was a different Bank). Personably I think they were terrified about making a decision, although they have no qualms about transferring money to the Government, local Council and various others.

Will send some in the early year via another branch.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

A Merry and a Blessed Christmas to you and yours Jo, and a Happy New Year.

Being on a very limited income, I cannot subscribe to the handful of decent blogs or pages I’d like to. I cannot say how valuable I do find this blog though; you publish so many excellent posts, and there are so many excellent and informative comments from your followers. When circumstances allow, I will buy you a coffee and some chocolates! Soon, I hope.

17 years on this blog without a holiday?
How about a nice all expenses paid luxury holiday?
Apply for a job with the government today! 😆

Maybe a line of Jo merch?

“How dare you lie about CO2!” coffee cups?
Kids toy septic trucks with “delivering political promises” logos.

As I understand the scheme, I’m buying chocolates for me, from Jo. She gets a little money and I get a warm fuzzy feeling from consuming virtual chocolate Santas. I could be wrong. I was wrong once before in my life.

No. You’re factually wrong about that. You’ve actually never been wrong.

The green monster in huge trouble. The price of silver has exploded due to the sudden realisation that there is NO available silver at any price. The big banks have been shorting silver for years and they have been badly caught out. How bad? Well the fed is about to start printing to bail out the banks. When I say the price has exploded at the moment the price of silver is $90 US and $134 AU. I anticipate much higher prices when Monday in the USA comes around. The media though ignorance or design has not yet reported on this. This may cause a liquidity event. Hmm smells like 2008 but worse. To check what I’m saying go to ABC buillion and look at the price graph. Note : the Australian gold and silver mine shares have not moved much and it may be a chance to make money off the green stupidity. A very rough year coming up.
