NOAA is still ducking the adverse impacts of offshore wind:

Their proposed monitoring does not address the big impact issues like whale deaths and fisheries destroyed.

Jo, cut this from a Daily Sceptic article this a.m.

The old academic putdown ‘it’s not even wrong’ comes to mind in considering the disgraced and now retracted science paper Kotz et al. The science writer Jo Nova has speculated on how the paper was even published in Nature, “given how awful it was”. With its unfalsifiable claims of $38 trillion of global damage each year by 2050 due to human-caused climate change, Kotz was patent nonsense. It was not even within touching distance of other extravagant claims of climate damage. Yet Kotz was avidly picked up by government agencies around the world seemingly desperate to use any old gobbledegook to push the Net Zero fantasy.

The (Not A Trusted Organisation) NATO Act, for withdrawing the United States from the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, to be enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. Congressman Thomas Massie said “NATO is a Cold War relic. The United States should withdraw from NATO and use that money to defend our country, not socialist countries. Today, I introduced HR 6508 to end our NATO membership.”: https://massie.house.gov/uploadedfiles/nato_act.pdf

However, in response to Trump wanting peace, the Non-Democratic Socialist Elite-People’s European Union and NATO wants World War III to prevent peace in the Ukraine and ‘preserve’ socialism by cancelling elections within the EU. Time to prepare for World War-Size Conflict with Russia, Warns NATO: https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2025/12/12/time-to-prepare-for-world-war-size-conflict-with-russia-warns-nato

Lord Starmerston said “We must defend England in Asia” and socialism in Britain by invading Russia and “go into the Black Sea” to avenge the devastating losses of the Charge of the Light Brigade at the Battle of Balaclava. However, British military personnel are suffering from cancer and blood clots to the brain from the mandated mRNA jabs. The Chief of the Defence Staff wants to replace British Christian heterosexual white male working-class solders with Foreign Islamic gay black female upper-class soldiers, or artificially intelligent cyborgs provided by the RAND National Security Research Division. All the delicate complex new stuff does not work because they sacked all the heterosexual white men who invented it, for saying “the technology will never work”. Rape Crisis report that the UK had an estimated total of 474,847 rapes in 2024, the highest in the World. 87% of the victims were British girls raped by non-Russian invaders. However the Chief of the Defence Staff is worried that the Border Force will assist the Russians to cross the channel. The British Army fears that the Russians will rape their foreign Islamic gay black female upper-class soldiers, the RAF fears for its staff with protected characteristics, and the Royal Navy says “Hello sailor” to Russian Baltic and Black Sea sailors.

The charge of the Light Brigade represents a highlight in British Military incompetence, along with quite a few other cases e.g. the retreat from Kabul (when the story is that the lone survivor reached the nearest British outpost – with the Regimental Colours wrapped about his body). Quite many others, especially just about anything East of Dover.
And for those who think that LOTS of MONEY will work, bear in mind that the UK spent more money (1932-1938) than Germany in preparing for WW2**. Germany used their engineers etc while the UK built up its public service.

** noticed around 1970 (possibly sooner)

Britain spent the equivalent of 12£ trillion in world war one and the same again in world war two.

We got none of it back from those we defended other than an annual gift of a Christmas tree from Norway.

The rest of the continent got aid to rebuild bombed infrastructure whilst the UK had to repay the Americans for the loans we obtained to fight the war.this was only repaid in full a few years ago.

‘NATO wants World War III to prevent peace in the Ukraine and ‘preserve’ socialism by cancelling elections within the EU.’

Highly unlikely, a week ago Macron went to Beijing for a state visit, it was observed that he was carrying a carrot and stick.

Now that the US is targeting China with huge tariffs, Europe is their main lifeline to maintain some kind of economic stability. The next big shock for Putin is coming soon, China is going to stop supporting the Russian dictator.

There is a new political culture in Beijing and they have no interest in attacking Taiwan, but are quite prepared to buy back Russian land.

Europe won’t implode, but the Russian Federation is doomed. Life in St Petersburg and Moscow is precarious, intermittently lights are going out, central heating failing and there is no internet.

“Climate Alarmists’ Massive Tree Planting Damages the Ecosystem”

“The climate crisis crowd has been pushing countries and companies to plant trees as a means of fighting global warming and reclaiming arid land. However, planting too many trees in places where trees don’t naturally grow has tremendous negative environmental impact. And like most climate policies, such as the use of electric cars that are far worse for the environment than vehicles running on fossil fuel, the tree-planting agenda is shortsighted, using the metric of how many trees were planted as a measure of success rather than calculating any net cost or benefit.

China’s massive regreening campaigns over the past several decades have altered the country’s water cycle in significant and unexpected ways. A new study published in Earth’s Future finds that between 2001 and 2020, large-scale tree planting and grassland restoration increased evapotranspiration across most of China, reducing water availability in both the eastern monsoon zone and the northwestern arid region.”

A woman who was warmly welcomed into the US, who ascended to a high political office, who mysteriously amassed a $30 million personal net worth, spends every minute of the day denigrating the United States, its heritage, and its people. Denmark and immigration

“You see, the Danes are if nothing else, highly pragmatic in their pursuit of what they consider the ideal society. And yes, while a strong welfare state is the sine qua non of Danish society, they also understand that without social cohesion, a welfare state is not a tenable system. Those two pillars — the welfare system and social cohesion — form the foundation of their society, and what the Danes realized, long before any of their European neighbors did, that untrammeled immigration of Third Worlders of the Arab Muslim and African persuasion was rending their social cohesion asunder, and undermining their cherished welfare state.

You have to hand it to them for swinging their immigration system by 180 degrees: in fact, it’s harder to immigrate into Denmark than it is into the United States because the Danish requirements for residency are unbelievably restrictive, including such concepts as civic indoctrination and the linking of conformity to any kind of welfare. If you don’t fit in, the Danes will force you to fuck off back to your shithole country of origin, with neither remorse nor pity on their part.”

Saving the children or the pollies?

Over 40 percent of all Netflix’s children’s shows are gay

A whopping 41 percent of both G-rated and TV-Y7-rated television series on Netflix contain content positively portraying homosexual relationships or transgenderism, Concerned Women for America (CWA) found in a recent analysis. This content was most often “explicit,” that is, featuring characters “clearly identified as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, or nonbinary.”

A lesser but significant portion of the shows portrayed LGBTQ-identified non-primary or “queer-coded” characters.

      https://www.visionnews.online/post/primetime-propaganda-over-40-percent-of-all-netflix-s-children-s-shows-are-gay

So “saving the children” is just publicly palatable internet censorship while grooming into degeneracy goes unchecked?
Not just Netflix, but Disney too. Walt would be spinning in his grave.
Given how easily facial age verification algorithms are tricked, one wonders if the govt knew it’d be a flop all along, leaving the door open for more drastic verifcation measures for all, with public support from the parents who can’t be bothered to supervise their kids. That’s the government’s job isn’t it!

        Just read this.

The moral wedge: How fear for children is being used to expand state control

Australia as the pilot project – again
Australia has played this role before.

        We were early adopters of:
        No Jab, No Pay
        No Jab, No Job
Exclusion from childcare, work, education, and public life tied to medical compliance
Each time, Australia functioned as a proving ground. Policies were tested, normalised, and then exported.

Once again, international leaders are openly watching and signalling that they intend to follow Australia’s lead.

What children are really being taught
Look beyond the stated goal and ask a deeper question: what are children learning from this moment?

        They are learning that:
        participation requires permission
        access is conditional
        identity must be proven
        anonymity is suspicious
systems decide first and explain later

They are being conditioned to accept surveillance as care, and restriction as responsibility.

        This is not accidental.

It is behavioural grooming in the psychological sense – preparing a generation to live comfortably inside managed systems.

        https://elizabethhart.substack.com/p/the-moral-wedge-how-fear-for-children

Deliberate or not, it’ll be the inevitable consequence.

If that is just the childrens programms, i am pretty sure the proportion of adult shows is much higher ……and not just netflix !
I have always believed that most actors bring much of their own character into the roles they play, and many of the “arts” brigade appear to have a more “liberated sexual appetite “ than the general population,

The nine-layer meal includes everything you need for a traditional Christmas dinner, including dessert. It starts with scrambled egg and bacon (maybe it’s intended for breakfast?). Then it moves down to two mince pies, turkey and potatoes, gravy, bread sauce, cranberry sauce, Brussel sprouts with stuffing or broccoli with stuffing, roast carrots and parsnips, and, to complete the meal, Christmas pudding.

Over the past few weeks there have been many stories about the massive fraud being perpetrated by the Somalian contingent in Minnesota. Today, I read that a similar large-scale fraud has been going on in Ohio, again by Somalians. Today’s article suggested that a peculiarity in Somalian society, where the needs and desires of each person’s family are considered so important that pretty much anything goes in pursuit of that aim, including theft and other crimes.

Which made me think back to when my wife worked for a company dealing with the long-term unemployed, and those seeking workplace injury compensation, here in Australia. Even back then, fifteen or more years ago, she became aware of a disproportionate number of Somalians making claims, including three brothers from one family.

So perhaps we have the same problem here.

    Has it really happened?

Canada’s decision to embrace the Gripen marks more than a shift in military strategy, it is a moment of awareness, identity, and awakening. Canada Breaks Its Silence With a Gripen Move That Shocks Washington & NATO explores how a nation redefines its place in the world, choosing sovereignty, clarity, and purpose over habit and expectation.

“choosing sovereignty, clarity, and purpose over habit and expectation.”

Canada? Really?? The place with truckers and Ukrainians.. Known world-wide for “I am right and you peasants will do what you’re told!” Still, I suppose that counts as purpose.

I am right and you peasants will do what you’re told!

You are referring to President Putin, aren’t you? Or maybe President Trump (who still hasn’t forgotten the Hunter Biden laptop episode during his previous term) when President Zelensky didn’t do President Trump “a favour”.

Canada has nuclear power industry, an aerospace industry (Bombardier), agriculture, oil, mining, lumberjacks and Neil Young. Makes Australia look like a backwater.
They could take on the Gripen manufacture, swap the existing engine for a Rolls Royce, and accept the Antonov engineers with open arms if things go really pear-shaped in Ukraine.
            What’s not to like?

Gippsland gas and brown coal would be first choice – but for the Vic Govt. Germany has some excellent engineers and efficient brown coal power station technology.

The gas agreement has been signed between the NT government and gas company Beetaloo Energy Australia, with the firm saying it envisages the gas will flow from mid-2026.

There are enough gas reserves there to supply the entire Nation for at least 200 years.

Would you be happy to receive $10M? Could you live happily on that? Seems like a lot, doesn’t it?

That’s because it is. To most of us that is.

But that kind of money is easily lost or missed when a government is throwing $5b around. Who cares where those pesky millions go?

Prof Andrew Blakers again. His past efforts in 2017 were labelled “highly optimistic”, and following proposals over years were also slammed as being very wrong.

“On December 12, a ceremony was held in Pyongyang to welcome servicemen of the 528th Engineer-Sapper Regiment back from their mission in the “overseas military operation” zone.

It was announced that the regiment had been awarded the Order of Freedom and Independence, First Class, and that nine soldiers who died during combat missions were awarded the title of Hero of the DPRK… In addition to the service members themselves, family members of the service members also participated in the event. Moreover, Kim Jong-un also met with the relatives of those killed in action during the event. ”

Only nine soldiers killed… But..but.. I read in the Western press that they marched forward in their hundreds and were slaughtered by the valiant Ukies..
