If you wonder why our so called elite so often appear to favour other cultures over your own here is the answer. They hate you.

So few people in the UK are installing heat pumps that mad Ed is intending to relax the rules regarding distance from neighbours and noise levels.

Yesterday we were debating concerns at traveling in tunnels or ferries when they had to be shared with EV’s. I posted this very late but here is official Govt advice to Ferry operators from August 2023.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/mgn-653-m-amendment-1-electric-vehicles-onboard-passenger-roll-onroll-off-ro-ro-ferries/mgn-653-m-amendment-1-electric-vehicles-onboard-passenger-roll-onroll-off-ro-ro-ferries–2
They seem to be suggesting there is a known risk and that operators need to mitigate it. See 2.4 onwards.
90
The operators of car ferry to Tasmania say they have special measures to deal with EVs on the overnight journey. They never say what they are and why they feel confident when nobody else has demonstrated effective fire control over an ignited EV. Hopefully if it happens it will be near port, not in the middle of Bass Strait on a rough night crossing.

I know Jo’s excellent blog is a science blog, but I have been dwelling on the idea that AUstralia, like the UK, is being deliberately destroyed by Climate Change policies. And the fact that it is all patently, self evidently untrue. 37 years of it. The US has walked away from it all and everyone is fine.
Donald Trump calls it a Chinese hoax. He is right. It has been a Democrat/UN hoax since 1988. Then a Labor party hoax. And Green party hoax.
We have argued ‘The’ science as rubbish. However it continues to be law in Western democracies. Nowhere else. 6% of the world pays and pays.
So I think it is better described as a world Socialist policy, not science. And as on the Berlin wall, socialist is what totalitarians call themselves.
How else does anyone explain a political party with a Climate Policy? It is prima facie ridiculous.
This socialist policy is particularly effective at destroying the power supply, manufacturing capability, quality of life, economic progress of democratic countries. And centralizing all power in the hands of a socialist government by creating a mega grid which eliminates gas, coal, diesel, petrol and all independent sources of power, making society totally dependent on government.
The policy is dictating elimination of gas in Victoria, a critical part of the Victorian energy supply since before the invention of electricity. This socialist policy is dictating the spending of vast sums on short term, unreliable power supplies we don’t need in a National grid where the only function is to seat all power, all electrical in the National government.
And while every single step in the connection of CO2 to sudden floods in Texas is utter rubbish, it persist because “The Science’ is socialist policy, nothing more.
Democrat, Greens, Labor, Socialist, Communist, WEF, UN policy. And incredibly, the UN now declares it is international law on Human Rights grounds, no less.
360
And Donald Trump has just exited UNESCO again not least because of their push for world wide online (political) censorship. Is there no end to UN demands for world socialist control using UN bodies and quasi legal devices?
Demands that politicians really control Climate are being overtaken by demands on issues as diverse as historic monuments (UNESCO), the International Court of Justice, Human Rights and the infamous IPCC with its laughable ‘boiling oceans’ and of course Israel.
‘The State Department listed among its reasons for withdrawing from UNESCO on Tuesday its proclivity for helping “advance divisive social and cultural causes” as well as its strident anti-Israel stances, similar to those of many fellow U.N. bodies.’
The UN and its subsidiary bodies have been the greatest pushers of disruptive socialist ideology. Climate Change is now just one of a whole raft of attempts to have a socialist world government, headed by China while the US picks up the bills for the UN and even NATO.

In Britain, the Brainwashing & Bullshit Corporation (BBC), used a seminar of 28 environ-mental activists calling themselves “the best scientific experts” to ban all atmospheric physicists, meteorologists and solar astronomers, critical of the theories of Greta Thunberg. Only four of the BBC’s “best scientific experts” had any type of scientific qualification.
The BBC also set up the ‘Trusted News Initiative’ (TNI) to enforce ‘trust’ in the ‘trusted media’ using censorship and propaganda.
The ‘Trusted News Initiative’ (TNI) is like a ‘Ministry of Trust’. For example, if Big Brother makes a computer prediction that turns out to be wrong, the employees of the Ministry of Trust correct the record to make it accurate. Orwell elaborates that the deeper reason for its existence, the “why”, is to maintain the illusion that the Party is absolutely infallible, and should be trusted without question. It cannot ever seem to change its mind or make a mistake, for that would imply weakness, and to maintain power the Party must seem eternally right and strong.
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a statement of interest backing US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) who sued the BBC lead Trusted News Initiative (TNI). The plaintiffs allege they were censored, banned, deplatformed, shadow-banned or otherwise penalised by the Big Tech firms that partnered with the BBC lead TNI.
US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that the TNI was initiated by the BBC and sought to prevent the publication of stories or events that deviated from government orthodoxy. But the role of the media is to speak truth to power and safeguard the freedom of expression guaranteed by the First Amendment.

“Misinformation management” – the 21st century term for censorship…
I heard this today in the context of “misinformation management for data scientists”. apparently it’s an emerging career niche.
On a related topic, the American Psychological Association appears to need it’s own help.
How and why does misinformation spread?

Australia’s E Safety Kommisar is making sure Australians only have access to information she personally approves of and that we will also soon have our IDs attached to social media accounts so that any unapproved thoughts one might have are quickly corrected and punished.

This is my submission against Australia’s previously proposed censorship bill. That bill failed but the Government will keep trying or just continue to get the e Safety Kommisar do the censoring in the absence of legislation. Dear Leader Albanese (PM Australia) is supporting the 2032 Olympics in Brisbane.
He said he would give a $3.435 billion dollars of taxpayer money. In addition to a similar amount from Queensland taxpayers.
I know the claim is always made that the money is returned to taxpayers via other means but there is never any evidence that actually happens. It’s a BS Keynesian economics idea. The taxpayer funding just means more rorting by unions on construction projects etc..
If it were truly cost effective and Net Zero cost to taxpayers and even profitable, then the private sector would gladly do it.
Nearly all Olympics run at huge losses. The only ones that had a surplus were Los Angeles (run by the private sector, 1984), 2002 Salt Lake City and Barcelona 1992. [When I once did an entrenepreurship degree I remember studying Peter Ueberroth’s management of the LA Olympics. A fascinating story. See Made in America: His Own Story by Peter Ueberroth.]
I don’t see why Governments have to get involved in these huge spectacles.
More panem et circenses (bread and circuses) for the masses.
I bet Brisbane 2032 will be a financial disaster and Australia will be bankrupt by then anyway.
As Australia’s economy is systematically destroyed by solar and wind energy and unrestrained Government spending at all levels, Australia cannot afford such indulgence.
Incidentally the official slogan of the 2032 Olympics is the rather lame “Shine Brightest, Together”, apparently with the themes of “inclusivity”, “sustainability” and “community engagement”.
Also, Australia won’t have many power stations left by then. I wouldn’t be surprised if the entire event runs on diesel generators or is at least backed up by them at huge expense. (They’ll pretend to buy fake “carbon credits” to offset that.) I’m sure the Government doesn’t want the embarrassment of a blackout during the opening ceremony or at any other time.
If there is a fake conservative Liberal Government by then, they won’t save the power situation either. They are fully committed to Net Zero as well.
Finally, will the Australian Government demand compulsory vaccination of all participants and attendees with the latest untested mRNA “vaccine” for the 227th variant of covid?
Total Australian Government debt, now $2.127 trillion, up from $2.125 just a few days ago.
Enjoy!

If there were a Business case to develop the infrastructure required to host the Olympics … then Business would already have developed that infrastructure.
Instead … a series of white elephants get built and then rot in perpetuity.
150
“then rot in perpetuity.”
Yes! Never gets mentioned, but every city who has hosted them has stadia and villages falling apart as the local people never wanted them in the first place!
100
Every city? really? Does that mean the MCG is falling apart and the Olympic Village in Heidelberg didnt provide decades of housing? stretching a bit I think
30
The MCG still looks the same after all these years, amazing. Not.
Wasn’t it there before the olympics? 1853 seems to predate the modern olympics.
I think the venue has changed significantly over the years and that keeps it alive for its current uses, including sports, entertainment other public events, including memorial events for ‘significant’ public persons.
The problem is the new venues that get built but lack a local demand, eg a world class velodrome, capable of hosting a crowd of 10,000 spectators. It will never be used again to the capacity it was designed. It is these types of building that are destined to rot. Repurposing an existing venue, even adding seating, can be seen as value adding, (see MCG). Others, like cycling, rowing, horse events, etc…. not so much.
60
Dont forget Sydney’s Olympic park.
That went from being an industrial wasteland pre 2000, tp being an ongoing major sporting facility, business complex and ultimately a valuable new community development.
The original athlete accomodation village was also repurposed and has become a desireable residential area.
It may not have been an economic success, but it certainly has endured as a whole new social part of Sydney.
70
Sydney also gained a shooting range. an equestrian centre and a half decent tennis centre if they chose to build on it. But not NRL so probably doesent matter.

“the WA Liberal state council on Saturday is expected to join South Australia and Northern Territory in backing a motion to abandon net zero.’ (Oz)”
This should be fun! Is it an expensive, destructive, divisive enough policy to cause Australia to break in two? Can the three tell Canberra to go to hell and build themselves new coal power stations? Will people migrate to WA or NT when electricity is 10c a unit instead of 70c in Vic?

By 2032 there will be mandatory digital ID, and digital currency, along with social credit scores and CO2 budgets and limitations on individuals.
That’s if we all survive the next promised “plandemic” and the resulting impositions from the WHO.
Will any normal Queenslanders or Aussies actually be able to attend any Olympic events?
Will the warmongers of the EU, NATO and US deep state have blown up the world in an atomic WWIII?
Will Bill Gates sun dimming atmospheric spsrays have already kick started the new ice-age, or will his genetically modified mozzies have spread nasty diseases?
Will we still be alive?
Will those Olympics even happen in the end?
Frankly, I have my doubts.
No, this is not an entirely serious comment, but nor is it entirely satire.

Phew, a lot of angst whirling around there. I’m exhausted.
Imagine the scale of the welcome to country, it will be epic.

I thought that I would answer the Year 9 science question that caused such consternation this week. The question was:
Two possible causes have been suggested for global climate change.
(A) An increased heat output from the Sun, which is causing the entire atmosphere to warm up.
(B) Human activity, especially the production of greenhouse gases.
Careful measurement show the boundary between troposphere and the stratosphere has moved upward in recent years and the troposphere is getting warmer, and the stratosphere is not.
Do the facts back up suggestion A or suggestion B? Give reasons for your answer.
If solar radiation was increasing, irrespective of reason, the stratosphere would warm as well as the troposphere. Because the stratosphere is cooling, something in the troposphere must be absorbing outgoing infra-red back radiation. That is the very definition of a greenhouse gas. The answer is (B).
225
The answer according to ChatGPT is:
he observations described support suggestion B—human activity, particularly the production of greenhouse gases—as the primary cause of recent global climate change. Here’s why:
Troposphere Warming and Stratosphere Cooling: The fact that the troposphere is warming while the stratosphere is not (and in fact, has been cooling) aligns with the effects of increased greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide and methane, trap heat in the troposphere, preventing it from escaping into the stratosphere. This results in warming of the troposphere and cooling of the stratosphere.
Increased Heat Output from the Sun: If the increased heat output from the Sun were the primary cause of global warming, we would expect both the troposphere and the stratosphere to warm. This is because the Sun’s energy would heat the entire atmosphere uniformly, not just the lower layers.
Boundary Movement: The upward movement of the boundary between the troposphere and the stratosphere (the tropopause) is consistent with warming of the troposphere due to greenhouse gases. As the lower atmosphere warms and expands, the tropopause rises.
These observations are consistent with the effects of increased greenhouse gases rather than an increase in solar output. Thus, the evidence supports the hypothesis that human activities, particularly the emission of greenhouse gases, are driving recent changes in the Earth’s climate.
215
Always wondered why by now, at least 1/4 century since “scientific revolution they do not run a simple practical experiment in primary schools. Something like :
with a heat source on one side double glass record the temperature on its other side while changing the CO2 concentration inside the glass.
Before anyone says it could not represent the myriad of other real life conditions and parameters, I say – exactly !
100
Quantum AI would say neither answer is correct, with ChatGPT its junk in junk out.
CO2 doesn’t cause global warming and the sun’s impact on climate change can be seen with the Maunder Minimum, but otherwise its effect is minimal.
As mentioned previously, its natural for the stratosphere to cool as the troposphere warms. The Hunga Tonga eruption put a lot of extra water vapour into the stratosphere, a potent greenhouse gas according to NASA and there was a noticeable spike in temperature.
Year 9 Science should be informed that H2O is a major player and CO2 emissions by humans is negligible compared to the out gassing from oceans.
40
Here we see the spike.
https://www.drroyspencer.com/wp-content/uploads/UAH_LT_1979_thru_June_2025_v6.1_20x9-scaled.jpg

Now that is absolute desperation. Resorting to ChatGPT to back up your argument. How delusional can you really get. You would get more sense asking the Oracle of Delphi or Bozo the Clown.
40
The only constenation that was caused was in your pea brain.
Just keep taking the tablets. One day they might work.
160
You are aware aren’t you that the earth is not a static system and throughout the entire history of the earth, including recorded history, the climate has naturally changed for many reasons but nothing to do with trace amounts of CO2 of anthropogenic origin.
And on those occasions when it does warm, Civilisation thrives.
E.g. Minoan, Egyptian, Roman and Medieval warm periods.
Even if the world was warming, that would be a good thing, not bad.
291
Not a science question.
Propaganda / indoctrination.
If it was science all data and the reliability thereof, and all causes would be considered. It wouldn’t be an A/B answer. That’s not how science works.
260
Simon, you posted with the intent of setting a trap/being insulting. Even if they didn’t get it, anyone could have googled your ‘correct’ answer and posted it had they wanted to. It’s just silly isn’t it.
So Simon, if GHG remained stable, the sun power increased, and ozone in the tropsphere thinned…. Oh dear oh dear.
And a million other assumptions and what ifs.
No one knows what’s happening for sure, to what degree, to what % of attribution; not even activist self-appointed climate scientists.
210
“… that is the very definition of a greenhouse gas.”
Uh … when I asked the magic interweb if ‘greenhouse’ gases are necessary for life on earth, Mr. AI said this …
“Yes, greenhouse gases are essential for life on Earth as they trap heat in the atmosphere, keeping the planet warm enough to support life. Without them, the Earth’s average temperature would be much colder, making it uninhabitable.
Wikipedia Climate.gov”
Sounds like maybe we should make more.
160
What happens to any student who dares question the Official Narrative Simon?
150
.
>Two possible causes…
False dichotomy.
80
So here you have outgoing radiation coming back. How can outgoing be coming back? If it is coming back, it is not outgoing!
And there is no such thing as back-radiation. It is something that only occurs in climate phisics. Real physics requires energy flow from hot to cold, not the reverse.
In any case, long wave radiation to space has increased this century as verified by CERES data.
https://ceres.larc.nasa.gov/documents/STM/2024-05/16_Huang_CERES_Spring_2024_STM_May15.pdf
So more OLR is making out to space – the exact opposite of your belief system.
The reason for the increase is less cloud. That was never predicted by climate models so now there is a mad scramble to add more cloud parameters so they can be tuned to this recent observational trend. But they will never get it right because clouds are related to the surface temperature and are not controlled by parameters. They are controlled by real physical processes that climate models do not even attempt.
130
Astounding nonsense even for you … the stratosphere does not warm from the bottom upwards, and it certainly has nothing to do with blocking infrared back radiation.
The power going into the stratosphere comes from the top down as Oxygen absorbs incoming UV radiation. The small amount of CO2 which does exist in the stratosphere tends to have a cooling effect because it radiates away some infrared.
Besides that, measurements are of poor quality … results depend greatly on where on Earth the measurement was taken and what the Ozone and water levels were at on the day it was measured.
20
The answer, according to Microsoft Copilot, is:
The facts support suggestion B — that human activity, especially the production of greenhouse gases, is the primary cause of recent global climate change. Here’s why:
1. Troposphere Warming and Stratosphere Cooling
The troposphere (the lowest layer of Earth’s atmosphere) is warming, while the stratosphere (the layer above it) is cooling.
If the Sun were emitting more heat (suggestion A), we would expect both layers to warm up, because solar radiation affects the entire atmosphere.
However, the observed pattern — warming below and cooling above — is a signature effect of greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases trap heat in the troposphere, preventing it from escaping upward, which leads to cooling in the stratosphere.
2. Rising Tropopause
The tropopause is the boundary between the troposphere and the stratosphere.
Its upward movement is consistent with tropospheric warming caused by greenhouse gases. As the lower atmosphere warms and expands, the boundary shifts higher.
220
You do realise AI is not always correct don’t you?
And AI normally has a woke / Leftist bias so is not appropriate to use on social issues or climate catastrophism etc..
200
It’s not appropriate because it uses far more energy than a simple google. Why would you of all people want to destroy the climate ?
100
Its easier than actually thinking
90
Should read “Its upward movement is consistent with tropospheric warming”. Full stop.

Simon
Evidence has shown the Eemian period, some 125,000 years ago, the UK (and the world) were very different places. It was much warmer: some 2° C higher than pre-industrial times (currently, it is up to 1.1° higher); ice sheets were much smaller; sea levels were some five metres higher; forests extended into the arctic circle and there were hippos in Britain. CO2 levels were 280 ppm. Fossil specimens of elephants, rhinos and hippos are in the British Museum and Leeds Museum.
Just over 400,000 thousand years ago the centre of Greenland – currently under a kilometre of ice – was ice free with grasses & small shrubs growing. CO2 levels were just below 300 p.p.m.
Please explain how the temperature rise was caused by CO2.
130
As soon as you see mention of “greenhouse gasses” on anything to do with Earth’s energy balance, you know you are being scammed.
The linked image is from GOES band 8; 6.2 micron dominantly off H2O.
https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/fulldisk_band.php?sat=G19&band=08&length=12
Scroll down to the color key and you will see that for any region to be radiating above 0C it would be black. There is no black on the entire image. So all the H2O that is being cooled by the release of OLR will be already ice or will soon be ice. Almost all OLR leaving Earth comes off ice. So the whole notion of “greenhouse gasses” is utter rubbish. Ice controls the release of energy and the uptake of energy.
100
The answers according to ChatGPT and M$ Copilot…
LOL…
Well, I asked my neighbour’s cat which was sitting on the fence your school questions and he said “meowwww!”.
Now that’s clear proof of answer “B” if ever I saw it.
No doubt Simon still won’t understand because Simon doesn’t want to.
60
I gave you a green tick Simon, for trying.
10
Me too, he is good value.
I imagine Simon is the science teacher and we are the students, a very unruly mob arguing for the science over dogma.
10
This contains a false implication.
Warm, moist air rises … it continues to rise until it cools enough for the water to either condense to liquid or freeze into a solid … at which point the water falls down again. This is what defines the Tropopause.
Any surface warning for any reason at all would cause a rise in the Tropopause … there is no direct connection to what caused the warning … therefore attempting to link this effect with a specific cause is fundamentally dishonest.
I should also point out that the measured effect is small … there has been something like a 200m change in the Tropopause altitude over Europe (measured by radiosonde) during the past 40 years … but the altitude in total is approx 10,000m so the observed change is a mere 2% … and since the thing being measured is not flat, nor is it stable from season to season or year to year … the accuracy of the data probably isn’t much better than a few percent to begin with.
One last point is that the expansion of the Tropopause necessarily implies that the system is intrinsically stable … because the Earth is approximately round, so too an increase in Tropopause altitude must increase the effective area of the radiation surface proportional to the square of the radius. That means it will expand to whatever size is necessary to radiate away the excess energy into space. There never was a “hot spot” in the sky and there never can be because hypothetically if a patch did start to unusually warm up, it would expand, increase the radiation loss and come back to equilibrium again.
10
Well Simon. The question should be:
(A) An increased heat output from the Sun, which is causing the entire atmosphere to warm up.
(B) Human activity, especially the production of greenhouse gases.
(C) Reduced albedo due to reduced cloud cover allowing more solar radiation in to the planet’s climate system
(D) Reduction in magnetic field strength by 35% since the late 19th century in combination with the magnetic pole movement, both of which are accelerating
Hint – the real answer is a combination of C and D. As for the cooling stratosphere, please explain the real and unadulterated Ceres data that shows an increase in outgoing long wave radiation from 2000 to 2020. I mean the REAL data before the IPCC multiplied it by -1 to get the answer they wanted rather than the real answer which makes a mockery of the greenhouse gas BS.
180
Hi Esra, Good answer, but you missed a couple of things.
(A) An increased heat output from the Sun, which is causing the entire atmosphere to warm up. As shown by the increase in TSI from the Acrim data, before being buggerised around with, and increase in short wave radiation shown by the unadulterated Ceres data.
(B) Human activity, especially the production of greenhouse gases. Complete unproven bollocks
(C) Reduced albedo due to reduced cloud cover allowing more solar radiation in to the planet’s climate system
(D) Reduction in magnetic field strength by 35% since the late 19th century in combination with the magnetic pole movement, both of which are accelerating
I’ll leave the real educated people to make up their minds rather than the brainwashed little imbecile that inhabits Simon’s mind.
32
(E) Adjustments to the data.
(F) More than one of the above.
10
The Left are always destroying little and big conveniences (e.g straws, plastic bags) and niceties (e.g. large cars) for non-Elites.
Well, I just had an experience withouttheir restrictions. I am staying at an old-fashioned boutique hotel where I had the most wonderful shower.
Why was it wonderful? The shower head had no flow restrictors to give a pathetic dribble of water. Massive amounts of beautiful hot water came out. Not only that, the shower head was a huge, old-style one.
(For overseas readers in non-woke countries, flow restrictors are compulsory in new Australian buildings or replacement shower heads, along with pathetically low volume cisterns on toilets.)
I bet there are no flow restrictors in the shower heads of the mansions of the green billionaires
200
A modern cistern has a very limited flow. Yet the gardens of these elites stay green all year. Strange that.
I wonder how that could happen.
It’s only a two tier system if you are allowed into one of them.
90
So it requires more than one flush. In the end, nothing is accomplished by restricting cistern size or flow, as folks then flush more.
70
A modern cistern is low down, while the old cisterns were up at least 2m above the pan.
The modern toilet wastes a lot of water simply because there’s insufficient mechanical energy in the flush.
One thing I learnt from floods, power outages and personal experience of bad plumbing … is that if you hold half a bucket of water at around waist height and simply tip the bucket into the dunny … you get a much more powerful flush for less water than the regular push-button system.
20
PS … when they finally finish scrunting the Australian electricity grid, this little bit of knowledge could save your life. Tell only your closest friends and family but otherwise keep it to yourself!
10
Whenever I purchase a replacement shower head or hose, the first thing I do is to look for the restrictor and remove it if it exists. Mostly in shower heads, but I found one in a replacement flexible hose.
The plumbers also do good business removing residence water inlet restrictors.
70
Theoretically, after your new plumbing has been ‘signed off’, you could get a plumber to come and remove the flow restrictor(s).
Ours was right next to the hot water tank. Sorry, I mean IS next to the hot water tank.
60
Just when you thought wokeness and the mutterings of Leftist activist judges couldn’t get any more insane…. This story is from Once Great Britain.

“When the Cars and Garage That Burn Aren’t Yours But Your Car Started the Fire”

Typical! “No, it wasn’t a Tesla/Land Rover EV, we are investigating”… Then bury the story about which vehicle started it for months and months until it ha dropped out of the news cycle. We will be hearing more like this, carefully sanitised to avoid EVs being blamed.
90
Well if any of that article is to be believed, it doesnt take a genius to join the dots..
….“Surveilance video shows a mid size BMW starting the fire…”
. Story developed to suggest it “might be” a BMW i3 .?
……but an i3 is not “mid size”,..it is the smallest BMW produced !
Also,…Photo of the said BMW after the fire clearly shows a BMW X3 size SUV ,…WITH A EXHAUST PIPE CLEARLY VISIBLE 😳😳😲
So, the available information would suggest it was NOT an EV that iniated the fire.
If there is an issue here, it is the adoption of plastic fuel tanks on modern vehicles, ..
…and the trend away from concrete to steel car park structures which seem not to be designed to resist fire damage !

I was wondering that seeing the garage roof was covered with solar panels, whether any storage batteries were located in the garage?

“Australia lifts US beef ban”
“In April, Albanese said he would negotiate with the US but would never undermine biosecurity.”
“Agriculture Minister Julie Collins said in a statement on Thursday morning that… a departmental review had done a rigorous scientific process before recommending the change to import rules for beef.”
Look forward to more varroa mite type problems, and some unknown ones caused by uptake of the latest genetic modification ideas in the USA. They’ll go on top of the generally unnatural diet of grains and antibiotics with growth hormones mixed in, and cattle from Mexico that are sent over the border for slaughter then exported as ‘Made in the USA’.
There will be no ‘country of origin’ requirements either, so you just won’t know.

AI is “learning” to lie. The reasons are obvious. It suits certain arguments.
Don’t rely on AI for any of your health issues as responses are incorrect more than 50% of the time according to recent research.
60
REAL AI is coming.
All behind closed doors and out of the public arena until completion, but I know.
What you think is AI, like chatbots and agents are toys in comparison.
I’ve already said what form it will be.
Ask not what AI can do for you, but what you can do for AI. 😉

Near as I can tell, “COP” stands for “Conference of Party-goers”, because most of what goes on at these quackathons is eating and drinking. And asking for money. Here’s Josh on the subject—previous COP, same story.”

If you had to give a view on glaciation, what do you think it would look like. Where do glaciers form and where do they flow.
While you are thinking about that, have a look at what is happening on Greenland:
https://i0.wp.com/www.sciencenews.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/042920_MT_ice_inline-desktop.png?w=680&ssl=1
Note that the high ice plateau ground is gaining altitude while warmer oceans are reducing coastal ice thickness.
Now we know that the Northern Hemisphere is only 300 years into a 9.500 year warming trend. The oceans of the NH are going to get a lot hotter yet. So what does that mean for snowfall and snow melt. The trends are already in. The high ground will continue to gain altitude and will cool further as they gain altitude and that ice will flow down slope to the ocean, Eventually the ocean around Greenland will cool due to the increasing cold runoff and the ice will reach all the way to the coast and beyond as ice shelves expand.
How many BBC or their ABC articles have you read on the increasing elevation in Greenland?
And look at the spin NASA gives on what no climate model predicted – advancing glaciers on Greenlands:
If you read the article, they put it down to natural variation:
https://science.nasa.gov/earth/climate-change/why-a-growing-greenland-glacier-doesnt-mean-good-news-for-global-warming/
So when something happens that does not fit the models, it is natural variation. You will never see these numpties admit that Climate models are useless at predicting the future climate.
80
This is terrible.
Science tells us we can not be safe until the glaciers stand still, h@te (which is caused by Climate Change) is eradicated, and everyone is fully vaccinated.
And H2O stops cycling from solid, liquid, to vapor, like on the natural non-human influenced planets.
All of which are only possible with enlightened global governance and progressive tax structures.
Which requires the silencing of the non-believers.
Everyone knows Climate Change and h@te are enabled on Earth by Dee-niers and Cis Binaries.
If true purity is achieved, we can start working on Plate Tectonics.

‘Money that can expire’: RBA laying groundwork for a dystopian financial reality where ‘money is given a brain and then the switch is handed to someone else’
Through a pilot called Project Pine, the RBA has begun laying the groundwork for a new financial architecture—one built not just on digital money, but on programmable money.
And that distinction matters.
Programmable money isn’t just a digital version of what you already use.
It’s money with logic built in.
Money that can be told what to do.
Or what not to.
Money that carries conditions.

In 500 BCE, Greek philosopher Anaxagoras faced execution for declaring the moon was a rock reflecting sunlight – not a god. His friend Pericles, leader of Athens, saved him from death but couldn’t prevent his exile. Today, a crater on the moon bears his name.

An intense and expensive sport.
Zero to 548 kph takes 3.5 seconds at 12,000 hp.
90 seconds of runtime between total engine rebuilds.
10
Usually they are pulled down to a bare short block . between rounds at the top level. 90 seconds sounds OK is you include start up after the above, start up at the line, burnout, back, stage and go.
I went to two NHRA events and you have free rein to wander around in the pits and watch this process.

“Moderna Founder Launches Aerial-Spraying of RNA ‘Plant Vaccines’ to Alter Gene Expression of Crops-
The Terrana CEO said, “After being sprayed on, the RNA enters the plant through small tears in the leaves. With this method, Terrana can load in RNAs that act as ‘programmable plant vaccines’ …Terrana has used its spray on tomatoes, corn, soy and more. ”
Great! This really gives a new meaning to ‘spray drift’! Of course, being an mRNA vaccine it also alters the DNA, something they have never admitted before-
“Terrana noted that the RNA spray creates ‘heritability’ that is passed on to successive plant generations.”
So, fly your spray plane.. Sorry, ‘spy’ plane over somewhere in Asia and suddenly all the rice crops die. And if one country has it, you can bet others soon will too, so this is the next frontier of the bioweapons war, also known as WW3.

Rather it would likely be known as mass starvation.
