Both Michael Flynn and Thomas McInerney spoke on WVW with Brannon Howse
They make remarkable claims. These are both three star Lieutenant Generals, effectively endorsing each other and Trump and suggesting CIA involvement, foreign interference, and talking of crack US soldiers seizing servers in Germany that were controlled by the CIA.
The implications are that there are sections of US intelligence on opposite sides of the battle. This might explain why, at one point, Sidney Powell said she wasn’t sure if the good guys or the bad guys had the servers in Germany. (The good guys apparently got the servers in the end, but possibly at the highest price, and we wait to find out what, if anything, was on them).
Not many in the US would know more about intelligence operations than Michael Flynn — the 18th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under Obama and the National Security Adviser under Trump. Thomas G. McInerney is a retired United States Air Force Lieutenant General who flew in 407 combat missions during the Vietnam War. He was also Assistant Vice Chief of Staff of the US Air Force.
“We’ve never seen treason of this magnitude ever in our history” declared McInerney. “Trump must not let deadlines stop him fulfilling his oath to defend the country against all enemies, both foreign and domestic”.
In this strange election twilight zone, there is no easy way to verify much. In a normal world (the one we thought we lived in six weeks ago) we’d expect the media to put this sort of thing on the front page. In a normal world, if the BBC didn’t mention it, perhaps it didn’t happen. But the normal world hasn’t been normal for years. Gradually more things became Undiscussed — like cold snaps and scientists hiding declines. But, now the censorship fog has arrived like a Brown Dwarf snuck up on the solar system.
Keep your skeptical hat on. It sounds like a Tom Clancy thriller. It would make a great movie. And both sides have an interest in a Big Bluff.
What is the CIA’s role in cyberwarefare
One America News (OANN) has done a good job of summarizing that story.
One Rep. Louie Gohmert claimed there was a raid on a Scytl server in Germany. Scytl though denies it, and the man that Trump sacked that used to run the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said it didn’t happen and the Army said “no” too. But then most official agencies probably don’t explain and confirm all the movements of their intelligence forces. Possibly those doing the PR don’t even know them. What was that saying — don’t believe it til it’s officially denied?
It’s not so much a civil war as a cyberwar

We’ve mentioned the CIA programs called Hammer and Scorecard before. Hammer was surveillance software developed by Dennis Montgomery for the CIA under the Bush Government to go after radical islamists. We know this because Montgomery has since become a whistleblower. Scorecard was used to influence foreign elections to help elect leaders the US preferred. I did say “There is a karma to this.” If the US was involved in rigging foreign elections, (while supposedly promoting democracy) — is it any wonder the same tool came back to bite? And fast too, like vote flipping at the speed of light. Just two weeks after Obama took office (two weeks!), the programs were moved out of the CIA custody and into a group that could use it against the citizens of the United States.
Software that can control nations is like free opium — we can’t leave it lying around and not expect someone to use it.
Kraken is a crack military intelligence team
In another part of the interview McInerney explains that “Kraken” means the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion who have been helping The President. He identifies China, Russia and Iran as being involved in manipulating votes.
In the full interview the claims about the German servers were at 26 minutes. McInerney takes over from Flynn at 32 minutes. The Kraken claim is at about the 42 minute mark. Mary Fanning finishes. She’s been involved for years in investigating this and has written a whole book: “THE HAMMER is the Key to the Coup “The Political Crime of the Century”: How Obama, Brennan, Clapper, and the CIA spied on President Trump, General Flynn … and everyone else”
According to Fanning, McInerney and Flynn, the US Special Forces seized servers in Frankfurt Germany that were allegedly controlled by the CIA. If so, this would be Military Government forces against Civilian Government forces. A dire situation especially given that McInerney mentions that he has also heard there may have been fatalities during the seizure. He stresses that this is unverified.

Where are the CIA, FBI, or the DOJ? Are they investigating the scandal or covering it up?
There have been no footprints of the CIA, FBI, or the DOJ on the investigative side of national security reviews of the 2020 US Presidential Election according to the interview. The President has repeated for months that election security is national security.

Today all democratic nations, particularly in Europe, are politically split between what would be generally considered the left (socialist or liberals) and the right (conservatives or populists). The precise definition of either side would be nuanced based on the country and its citizenry. Invariably, however, the primary differences between the two factions revolve around economic issues and class mobility.
There is one common thread among all these nations despite their internal political differences. Neither the left nor right overtly denigrates and despises their country regardless of its past. Nor do they weaponize and exploit the supposed sins of their forefathers as a means of seizing political power. In many nations who have an active and sizable left, such as France, they proudly proclaim their pride in and affection for their country.
On the other hand, beginning in the 1960’s the American left’s entire platform to seize power and satisfy their megalomania was built on fomenting revulsion and animosity toward the United States as founded. Recognizing that the century old tactic of exploiting class hostilities would not succeed in an essentially egalitarian society and piggybacking on the Civil Rights Movement, a new strategy was adopted: exploit the nation’s past by subjecting it to the intense spotlight of the present.
Using the criteria of judging any nation’s past, not by the circumstances or societal norms of the day but by today’s standards, will inevitably lead to condemnation. However, rather than accept what happened in the past as the irreversible history of the times and move on, as virtually all other nations have done, the American left has succeeded in making the past America’s defining national characteristic.
They have done so by infiltrating the education, media and entertainment establishments over the past six decades and essentially brainwashing a substantial segment of the populace into believing that America must be transformed because of its alleged racist, misogynistic and imperialist history. This transformation means empowering an American hybrid of socialism and a government permanently controlled by an oligarchy made up of corporatists and left-wing elitists. The Founders recognized that the only glue that will hold this this multi-ethnic country together is a consensus belief in and adherence to its founding principles. I have written again to my Federal Member and the Communications minister over the ABC and call my Federal Members office to followup. It sounds trite but if everybody who read this column did the same to ask why we have an ABC totally incapable of accurately reporting on the Trump and a host of other situations then we have a chance of something happening. As many have stated, Trump is the last hope for the West to evade being crushed by socialistic tendencies. I actually never had the view Trump would be able to defeat them anyway. The tide against the West is too large, and virtually all of it is coming from within, much like a 5th column. The MSM and social media tycoons have too much power and there is nothing Trump can do about it without himself becoming a dictator of sorts. It’s just the way it is. As you correctly stated “our” ABC is a protected species. There’s only one scenario that can possibly play out. Actually, the US (and global) economy under Obama and Trump has been steadily weakening but the effect is not immediately apparent because the massive money printing by the central banks has masked the equally massive debt that has been building since the 2007 GFC and the games that they play with the basket of goods used to define inflation.

If he had taken the hard route back in 2017 and forced a Vockler style tightening of monetary policy, then the stock market would have crashed immediately with ensuing pain across the economy but then there would have been plenty of time for a true recovery to get underway and the effect of the CoViD-19 outbreak on the health of businesses would most likely have ben far less. Certainly, the inequality of wealth would be far less if the stock market had been crashed, taking down debt ridden zombie companies with their massively compensated CEO’s and other upper management with them which would then have greatly reduced the disparity that has fueled the BLM and new age socialist movements.

We get the dead vote in.
We get the illegal alien vote in.
We throw out some Trump ballots.
We fix “mistakes” on Biden ballots.
After midnight, we eject the Republican ballot watchers in Detroit from the counting area, cover the windows with paper, and then feed batches of Detroit ballots (85% to 95% pro-Biden, I assume) through the tabulating machines a few times.
Then we bring in 100,000 freshly printed ballots with only the Biden circle filled in perfectly, as if done at a print shop. One clue of that is on the bottom right of those fake ballots, in print so small that it can not be seen by the naked eye: “Big Tony’s Print Shop”
The only mistake was that, in Michigan, voting only for Biden would be very unusual.
A few inches away you could fill in just one circle and vote for EVERY Democrat, including Biden.

Despite all the crackpottery being spread by Trump, his campaign team and websites that uncritically support him, there is no unequivocal evidence of malfeasance in the conduct of this election. As yet all claims that there is evidence have failed to produce said evidence and the courts have certainly made it plain that, to date, there have seen no evidence to support these various claims.
Recounts it is true have shown a few human errors but none have a significant effect on the outcome and in fact one count increased Biden’s total slightly more than it increased Trump’s. I doubt that was an outcome the Republicans relished.
Comments here suggest the two Generals are less than highly regarded and that what they say is best taken with, a large, pinch of salt.

The Dominion machines provide the votes to 3 decimal places so they have to be accurate. The NYT feed only had whole numbers so there was some rounding going on because the number were not as accurate as the machines were producing.
If I was voting in the election, I would hop that my vote was one of the big ones rather than on of the 0.001 votes.
It would be an interesting dilemma if any of the candidates won by a fractional vote. It appears that the Dominion voting machines create that possibility.

The way things are developing, Joe Biden’s team have a stranglehold on everything, and it is easy to believe that SCOTUS and only SCOTUS can resolve the issue. Joe Biden needs to recognise that if this doesn’t go to SCOTUS then he, Joe Biden, has no legitimacy in the perception of a very large proportion of the Americal people. Does Donald Trump’s team really have the case to prevail in SCOTUS? Recounts are just a test to see if all the ballots that showed up were fed into the tabulating machines and included in the total. That the hand recount numbers NEVER match always surprises me.
A recount DOES NOT determine if the ballot came from a person who is alive, lives in the state where he voted, is registered to vote in that state, or is casting one legal vote.
That’s why recounts are almost always worthless, unless the vote is extremely close.

Wayne County in Michigan is no longer publicly reporting their data. So he was unable to see if they had better than 100% turnout.
The affidavit goes on to detail the RCV algorithm (Ranked Choice Voting). This is something that might be detected by observers if they were close enough to see as it requires entering blank forms. The giveaway is the fractional voting. The affidavit has a sample of the fraction votes being fed from Dominion to news outlets. That appears to be a dumb error of a programmer in a rush a bit removed from reality. Under this system, Biden may have won by 0.001 vote or lost by that amount.
This is compelling. It has to be getting attention. This stuff cannot just be brushed aside. It needs to be answered.

Professionally, Dr. Kershavarz-Nia has spent his career as a cyber-security engineer. “My experience,” he attests,” spans 35 years performing technical assessment, mathematical modeling, cyber-attack pattern analysis, and security intelligence[.]” I will not belabor the point. Take it as given that Dr. Kershavarz-Nia may know more about cyber-security than anyone else in America.
So what does the brilliant Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have to say? This:
1. Hammer and Scorecard is real, not a hoax (as Democrats allege), and both are used to manipulate election outcomes.
2. Dominion, ES&S, Scytl, and Smartmatic are all vulnerable to fraud and vote manipulation — and the mainstream media reported on these vulnerabilities in the past.
3. Dominion has been used in other countries to “forge election results.”
4. Dominion’s corporate structure is deliberately confusing to hide relationships with Venezuela, China, and Cuba.
5. Dominion machines are easily hackable.
6. Dominion memory cards with cryptographic key access to the systems were stolen in 2019.
Although he had no access to the machines, Dr. Kershavarz has looked at available data about the election and the vote results. Based on that information, he concluded
1. The counts in the disputed states (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia) show electronic manipulation.
2. The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude toward desired results.
3. One to two percent of votes were forged in Biden’s favor.
4. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.
5. The scanners failed to keep records for audits, an outcome that must have been deliberately programmed.
6. The stolen cryptographic key, which applied to all voting systems, was used to alter vote counts.
7. The favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed in ballots. They demonstrated manipulation. For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within 2–3 hours.
8. Dominion used Chinese parts, and there’s reason to believe that China, Venezuela, Cuba interfered in the election.
9. There was a Hammer and Scorecard cyber-attack that altered votes in the battleground states, and then forwarded the results to Scytl servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to avoid detection.
10. The systems failed to produce any auditable results.
Based on the above findings, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with “high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred [sic] to Vice President Biden.”

7-9-20 BOSTON (AP) — At the behest of the U.S. government, German authorities have seized a computer server that hosted a huge cache of files from scores of U.S. federal, state and local law enforcement agencies obtained in a Houston data breach last month.
The server was being used by a WikiLeaks-like data transparency collective called Distributed Denial of Secrets to share documents — many tagged “For Official Use Only” — that shed light on U.S. police practices.
The data, dating back to 1996, include emails, audio and video files and police and FBI intelligence reports. DDoSecrets founder Emma Best said the data, dubbed “BlueLeaks,” comes from more than 200 agencies. It has been stripped of references to sexual assault cases and references to children, but names, phone numbers and emails of police officers were not redacted, said Best, who uses they/their pronouns. Best said that DDoSecrets obtained the data from an outside individual who sympathized with nationwide protests against police killings of unarmed Black people. Some of the files offer insights into the police response to those protests, they said.
While hacking into computers and stealing data is a federal crime, U.S. courts have consistently ruled that journalists may publish stolen documents as long as they are not involved in their theft. DDoSecrets says it is a journalistic organization that shares documents in the public interest.
The documents came to light via a breach of Houston web-design company Netsential, which hosts portals for law enforcement agencies and “fusion centers,” state-run operations created after the 9/11 attacks to share threat intelligence with local and state police and private-sector partners.
The prosecutor’s office in Zwickau, a German city near the Czech border, said in an emailed statement Wednesday that the server was confiscated July 3 in the town of Falkenstein following a request from U.S. authorities.
The FBI declined to comment. A U.S. Embassy spokesperson in Berlin did not respond to phone calls and emails seeking comment.
The Zwickau prosecutors’ statement said it would be up to German judicial authorities to decide whether to hand the server over to U.S. authorities. It said it would not disclose the reason for the U.S. request. Neither would a representative of Hetzner Online, the company that hosted the server.
Best said they assume the seizure was related to the posting of the BlueLeaks documents. They said the files show “a lot of things that are entirely legal and normal and horrifying,” including police surveillance and police intelligence of dubious origin. Best said none were classified.
The document dump helps expose “the United States’ overdeveloped police intelligence apparatus,” said Brendan McQuade, a criminology professor at the University of Southern Maine who has viewed the documents. The files do not include high-level intelligence but provide a window into the relationship between law enforcement at all levels, he said — one that he believes the FBI doesn’t want the public to see lest it ”add more fuel to the protests” against police brutality and racism in policing.
Best said the files remain publicly accessible through more complicated means such as BitTorrent and the Tor network, both of which complicate censorship efforts. Best said the organization is now rebuilding its infrastructure for public access. “All they cost us is time,” they said.
Shortly after DDoSecrets posted the data, Twitter permanently suspended the organization’s account for publishing links and images from the collection, citing a ban on the posting of hacked material.
One U.S. law enforcement agency affected by the breach is the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy. Its director, Judy Bradshaw, told The Associated Press the breach revealed names of students in academy courses and their drivers licenses, but no financial information.
She said Netsential had scores of clients in law enforcement, where it was a strong niche provider. Netsential itself confirmed the breach in an undated statement on its bare-bones website and said it was assisting the investigation but would provide no further information “due to the sensitivity of client information.”
Executives of the National Fusion Centers Association did not respond to emails and phone calls seeking comment on whether any sensitive investigations may have been compromised by the breach. But Maine State Police said in a statement on June 26 that the FBI was investigating and that affected bulletins may “contain identifying information, such as full name and date of birth of people under investigation by other law enforcement agencies.” It said they “may also involve individuals wanted for criminal activity.”
DDoSecrets was created in late 2018 by Best, a journalist specializing in freedom-of-information petitions. It has worked on various investigations with established media organizations including the German newsmagazine Der Spiegel and the U.S. news organization McClatchy.

21 days after the election the dominion machines were tested and they failed, three hours later they tried again and they worked but failed certification, new machines were tested and they also failed certification.
On election day the signature verification was lowered from 50 points to 3, then to one then nothing. Multiple ballots with identical signatures, Trump votes entered into the machine flips to Biden in front of their eyes many, many times. Producing votes to three decimal places is somewhat concerning. I would be concerned about the veracity of a “voting” machine that divides votes into 1/1000. With such a machine, the winner could be declared with 0.001 vote margin. I would not want to be the 0.001. In fact I would be concerned that my vote did not carry as much weight as another.
At this stage there is an affidavit stating that the voting information sent out from the machines shows three decimal places. I have not seen any counter to this:

The votes to decimal places is not being widely reported. That alone makes the voting machines a joke.

I think he may be a Lincoln Project member and therefore hugely predisposed to damage Trump.

Clark County, Nevada Registrar Joe Gloria is hiding from service of a subpoena by the Trump campaign, according to a post by a columnist for the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

He inexplicably and unilaterally lowered the signature-matching accuracy standard on this machine used to count ballots to 40 percent — well below the manufacturer’s recommended setting. AI and computer-vision experts have said that once the factory setting on the machine is altered, it takes months of effort from a massive team with the appropriate expertise to get it back to a reliable standard.
There are more than 600,000 mail-ballot signatures statewide, roughly 200,000 of which have gone through this machine in Clark County. Under this system, an unbelievable 99 percent of Clark County ballots have been counted as accurate, with no opportunity for any signatures to be challenged once verified.
Additionally, the county refused to allow any meaningful observation of signature verification. We simply don’t know how many of these signatures are bad and thus how many improper votes were counted.
We now know that there are thousands of illegal votes consisting of a combination of dead voters, out-of-state voters, double voters (those who cast ballots in Nevada and another state), among other improper votes. Gloria has said any look he would take at possible problems is complaint-based — in other words, not proactive but reactive in the event a complaint comes in. The same is true of the secretary of state’s office. There’s no mechanism for these votes to be checked if officials aren’t actively poring through these categories of voters where fraud is likely…

In the past year there have been massive “bushfires” which continued to send ash for three months: devastating for everyone.
The “government”, and I use that term in jest, did the usual and ran a Major Inquiry which brought our “fire commissioners” together to work it all out.
Their assessment was that more needs to be done to reduce CO2 Emissions and that they should all attend the next meeting of the World Economic in that hilltop resort in Switzerland to find out how to do that. Bought off: so easy, next problem.

It’s been one month since the US election. After many glorious claims from Powell and Guiliani, no judge has been presented with direct evidence to support their claims.
There are affidavits saying there were unusual vote patterns in several cities. And that vote tabulating machines could be “fixed”. Evidence that fraud could have happened is not evidence that fraud did happen, along with sufficient proof of that to convince a judge.
The first battle is over. Trump lost.
Right now the battle for a better voting methodology in Georgia. That battle is not going well. There is another month to change the methodology of so many absentee ballots with little or no signature checking. But that would need to build on any success in challenging the November 3, 2020 vote, and that has not happened.

Richard, there was never going to be enough time to charge someone with a crime before december. if they did charge someone, there would be an opportunity for stalling and withholding evidence etc. they just could not do that. I believe most people see a criminal charge as the only “evidence” they will accept, but that is just not true. there is more than enough evidence to prove election administrator failings that affected to outcome of the election.
The work being done by trumps team, including powel, is just being done to sell to the people the idea that there was fraud and fill time. it really is not there for the legal outcome. they have a few avenues left to follow that will probably prove that. ie the legislators will most likely take the easy path of not sticking their necks out etc. but in the end, they will get their day in the supreme court that will rule on the constitutionality of the state laws. it seems likely that trump will win that, but where does that leave the people? if they were not sold on the fraud there would be a huge backlash, but as it stands, they did the right thing. well that is my view anyway.

And if they can’t convince at least one state judge that his or her state’s election had too much fraud to be “certified”, the Supreme Court may not even take the case. Absolutely, violence and death threats are “too far” and “have to stop” but it is pure hypocrisy to pretend that it was OK for Biden to ignore and tacitly support all that, and to whip up fear and division by race, and then blame the division on Trump.

The 305th MI Battalion at Fort Huachuca is a 35F MOS training battalion for AIT soldiers who are fresh out of Basic Training. They don’t do any intel work beyond instructing brand-new soldiers. I should know, I was part of the 305th at Huachuca from June to October 2019.
