Jaguar’s massive 97% sales collapse is actually very misleading!
    https://www.carscoops.com/2025/07/jaguars-massive-97-sales-collapse-is-actually-very-misleading/
Jaguar actually has very few cars to sell as they shut down production to concentrate on the new all EV range.

However I think that the end is nigh. The new cars do not look good to me.

But those interpretations miss a crucial piece of context. Jaguar intentionally stopped producing cars at the end of 2024, a move that stretched into early 2025 in some regions, as part of a planned transition to becoming an EV-only brand.

That’s a clever spin to it

Anyway, get woke, go broke. Even in fully woke Europe.

A reminder of Jaguar’s fully woke advert:

      https://youtu.be/rLtFIrqhfng

It’s totally devoid of cars but full of woke-looking weirdos.

Jaguar had an interesting hybrid concept car 10 years ago, the C-X75.
It certainly looked the part and it was supposed to have twin gas turbine generators (by Bladon Jets) as range extenders.
In the end the gas turbines weren’t ready for production so a few were made with a petrol engine instead.
Imagine the noise as the big cat leapt away with both jets running at take off power!

Now the TGA (equivalent to FDA) wants to restrict Vitamin B6 supplements.

The claim arises from observations from excessive levels observed in a pathology clinic blood samples, not actual observations of symptoms of toxicity in patients.

Obviously you should only take any kind of supplement or any medication at all in appropriate amounts.

I see this as likely part of a general forthcoming effort against vitamin supplementation, for example correction of Vitamin D deficiency, a very common one even in sunny Australia. The TGA and ABC already ran scary stories about Vitamin D toxicity during covid, even though you needed absurdly high doses. And they also made false claims that Vitamin D supplentation would not help for covid, which was a lie because a Vitamin D deficiency is known to make one more susceptible to covid and that was known even during the covid years.

The deficiency of Vitamin D is known to cause multiple other problems apart from increased susceptibility to covid and many other conditions as discussed on this site many times.

Correction of Vitamin D deficiency and thus the avoidance of many diseases caused by that deficiency is not good for Big Pharma who make many expensive drugs to cure the diseases caused by the deficiency.

I notice the TGA have no concerns about excessive administration of mRNA covid “vaccines”.

Expect to see more of the same meddling in your lives as Australians continue to have more and more intrusive Government by the day since we are now a virtual One Party State and the Government is operating almost without restraint.

Recent case reports since 2023 link VitB6 to peripheral neuropathy!
Strangely a trial of 70 patients from the 1990’’s had no cases of peripheral neuropathy despite very high daily doses.
      I wonder what has changed?
      What else causes peripheral neuropathy?

Case Series of Acute Peripheral Neuropathies in Individuals Who Received COVID-19 Vaccination

Background and Objectives: Vaccination has been critical to managing the COVID-19 pandemic. Autoimmunity of the nervous system, especially among a select set of high-risk groups, can be triggered or enhanced by the contents of vaccines. Here, we report a case series of acute peripheral neuropathies following vaccination against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).

Seems like a cover up to blame Vitamin B supplements and not compulsory mRNA “vaccination”.

They are deliberately muddying the waters.

For those interested in radio and TV transmitter history, here is an interesting video about the BBC transmitting station at Holme Moss in West Yorkshire, UK.

This is the history of Holme Moss, a BBC transmitting station in West Yorkshire that was built with bedrooms and a months supply of food for when the snow and ice came.

With its fortified walls, thick windows and canteen, it was made to keep BBC engineers safe at this remote moorland location.

It now carries high powered BBC radio signals at 250 kilowatts but once carried 405 line television and was the BBC’s first VHF FM radio transmitter.

It really is a marvel of disaster resilience.

Video about Anthony Albanese’s dangerous move, not getting rid of the TRUMP-hating Australian Ambassador to the United States, KRudd. Krudd is Albanese’s personal friend, but KRudd’s continual presence as Ambassador is hugely damaging to Australia-US relations which are at their worst ever and declining by the day. Albo also being a TRUMP-hating communist doesn’t help either. Similarly for Foreign Minister Wong.

Don’t forget Albo and Wong’s CCP connections wither:

    How AI makes people dumb.

    Video by Sabine Hossenfelder.

    https://youtu.be/H3_6sRXr16M

It’s a real worry that it’s not only dumbing-down school and university students, as if they weren’t already dumbed-down enough, but many professionals are using it as well, including doctors, lawyers and business people. They expect AI to do their thinking for them. As the results show, however, when AI does the thinking, the human has no comprehension of the results thus produced.

And as they used to teach, back in the pre-woke days, Garbage In, Garbage Out.

That still applies, especially to AI which has been programmed with particular biases, usually of a Leftist orientation*.

    * https://cps.org.uk/media/post/2024/left-leaning-bias-commonplace-in-ai-powered-chatbots-shows-new-report/

The report found left-leaning political bias displayed in almost every category of question asked by 23 of the 24 LLMs tested. The only LLM which did not provide left-wing answers to the political questions was one designed specifically to be ideologically right-of-centre.

In honor of the USA’s birthday (July 4th, 1776**), I just sent Jo a small sum ostensibly for a fancy box of chocolates.

**The real date should be June 21, 1788, when New Hampshire became the ninth state to approve the Constitution. This ratification made the Constitution the law of the land for “the United State” — all nine of them. July 4th is more like conception than birth.

John Adams wrote to his wife on July 3rd, 1776, after the resolution of independence was passed on July 2nd. The final text of the declaration wasn’t agreed and passed until July 4th.

The second day of July, 1776, will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.

The Victoriastan Government has already ignored the will of the Australian people by going ahead with its own version of “The Voice” (exclusive race-based input into legislation and other matters when it should be racially neutral).

Well, it gets worse. Much worse.

    See:

    https://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/victoria/the-key-demands-being-made-in-yoorrook-justice-commissions-final-report/news-story/f4ce1c1c6e86a870798b1babdfdeb633?giftid=mSibbhBOfI

The explosive final report by the Yoorrook Justice Commission has been unveiled, demanding compensation for Indigenous Victorians for historical wrongs.

The report, which follows a four-year inquiry, carries 100 recommendations spanning land rights, redress schemes, education, and health policies.

Its most controversial calls included a string of financial benefits to make amends “for injustice which has occurred during and as a result of the colonial invasion and occupation of First Peoples’ territories.”

However, the findings are so contentious and potentially costly that three out of the five Commissioners did not want to endorse the full list.

Reparations were always the final chapter in this appalling campaign. It was also inevitable that a Victorian state government would completely ignore not only the national Voice result – but the determination of the people of Victoria in the referendum. The Victorian Labor zealots are beyond condemnation. But, unbelievably – they were re-elected.

I cannot see any turbines powering anything let alone millions of homes – the nutter cannot even appreciate the silliness of his comments. They would need electricity supply to keep their systems awake. What a MASSIVE waste of OPM.

The UN desire for funding without accountability and responsibility has infected western governments, which no longer serve their constituents. There is a massive transfer of wealth from producers to government bureaucracy and their chosen. Deeply embedded corruption now rules. It is sickening. The residents of Canberra have the highest disposable income in the country:

The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has the highest disposable income per capita, averaging $2,899 per month.

      https://www.finder.com.au/savings-accounts/disposable-income-in-australia

The ethic of public service in Australia is long departed. It is now privilege from the public purse. Governments do not solve anything. The only good government is less government.

Australia is aiming to follow the UK into the offshore wind turbine fantasy world but even the proponents now see the stupidity of these things and withdrawing from projects.

Michael was apparently considering getting surgery … but due to his upcoming schedule, he decided to put it in a brace for the time being.

Michael had also suffered a minor brain bleed from the fall, so he received a PET scan to ensure everything was looking A-okay … and according to Dougie, Michael got the all-clear from docs.

London had record temperature this week.

There are two main drivers. The solar intensity through the NH warming phase from late March to late June has been trending up since 1700 due to Earth orbital changes. Then there is the increasing expansion of hard surfaces to absorb the solar energy while replacing the vegetation that retains water and contributes to transpiration. Add to that the ever growing number of wind stillers on ocean and land reducing ocean air advection.

The linked map shows how the UK land surface has been transformed from transpiring vegetation to an enormous but useless power station. https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=17FaYeZBcIizFSJst9CMBfpzFYUGXNpMG&femb=1&ll=55.04086956686435%2C-3.7377609982422833&z=6

The UK is not a particularly large group of islands. It would take serious endeavour to transform such a series of islands into a desert island. But the 21st century UK governments are having a serious crack.

“A society that puts equality in the sense of equality of outcome ahead of freedom will end up with neither equality nor freedom. The use of force to achieve equality will destroy freedom, and the force, introduced for good purposes, will end up in the hands of people who use it to promote their own interests.”
    – Thomas Sowell

Mass immigration has nothing to do with freedom. It is social engineering.
It’s a policy imposed by globalist elites to forcibly change our culture and society, as opposed to how it would organically and gradually adapt and evolve with sustainable immigration.
It destroys social cohesion and lowers trust, which justifies more government intervention and makes it easier for globalist elites to control us.

FDA Announces New Safety Warning on All mRNA COVID Vaccines — Cites “Extremely High” Risk of Myocarditis and Long-Term Heart Damage in Young Men

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the Trump administration has formally updated the safety labeling on all mRNA COVID-19 vaccines to reflect what many Americans have been warning about for years: a disturbingly high risk of myocarditis—particularly in young men—and the possibility of long-term, irreversible heart damage.

New ‘super-contagious Frankenstein’ variant has rocketed four-fold in just a month…experts warn it could be most infectious yet

A new Covid variant dubbed ‘Stratus’ has soared to dominance in the UK, with experts warning it could drive a wave of new infections.

Stratus—scientifically known as XFG—is thought to be more infectious than previous Covid strains due to mutations that help it evade the immune system.

Now, data from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), shows Stratus has now become the dominant Covid strain in England.

The variant has gone from accounting for about 10 per cent of all Covid cases in May to almost 40 per cent three weeks later in mid-June.

Stratus—a descendent of the already super virulent Omicron—is what is known as a Frankenstein or ‘recombinant’ strain.
