Democrats like to ruin your life — threatening your Job, home, friends, children

Mellissa Carone is a freelance IT professional who signed an affidavit alleging she saw mass repeat counting of ballotsw in Michigan.  When asked why more people haven’t come forward to report fraud, she replied:

“My life has been destroyed because of this,” she replied. “I’ve lost family, I’ve lost friends, I’ve been threatened, my kids have been threatened, I’ve had to move, I’ve had to change my phone number, I’ve had to get rid of social media. Nobody wants to come forward. I can’t even get an actual job any more, because Democrats like to ruin your lives. That’s why.” — JustTheNews

The Democrats, I’m sure, were just doing their best to protect polite society from Rude Intolerant Rulers, without necessarily realizing that they had become the rude intolerant rulers they were trying to stop. It’s a means to an end.

The thing about harassment and bullying though, is that the more people see whistleblowers come forward, the more they will speak out. The trickle can become a flood.

Imagine if whistleblowers were being given time to speak their minds in most of the media?

Carone was a contractor for Dominion working at the TCF Center in Detroit on Nov 3 and 4. The tabulating machines were jamming, but instead of being reset to zero and cleared, which stops double counting, poll workers were just repeatedly scanning the same votes. Instead of counting ballots 50 at a time, the tally was up to 500  or more. When she tried to report that she got nowhere.

Dominion contractor at Detroit counting center says thousands of ballots were scanned multiple times

Sophie Mann, JustTheNews

“He [Nick] said, ‘Melissa I don’t want to hear that we have a problem, we are here to assist with IT, we are not here to run their election.’ And at that point, I was really frustrated and upset, I could tell what was going on,” she continued. “They were cheating. It was very, very apparent.”

She claims as may as 30,000 votes may have been scanned more than once. Another poll challenger testified and confirmed that machines were jamming and people didn’t know how to handle it. Was it really that many?

A forensic audit would be a start. Biden will heal the nation with one any day now…

UPDATE: Thanks to Lance, her whole testimony earlier that the blunt interview above.

It’s worth listening to the detail to understand just how brazen and audacious and fraudulent the activity was in Detroit.

If the report of misdeeds caught on CCTV is correct, surely an investigation will follow where actions will have to be explained.

No more need for whistleblowers then!

Only if you can trust the investigators. I don’t. Best to have as many witnesses as possible, so the truth is less likely to get lost in bureaucratic red tape.

THe real story here is that the machines are crap, unfit for purpose. Technology for the sale of technology’s sake and not to do a better, more accurate, more robust job. Don’t blame the Democrats for using or chosing this BS techno bollocks.

In Australia we have 90% plus turnout and manual counting with scrutineers from all parties watching and we never have anything remotely like this shemozzle let alone the vicseral distruct now flying around and rotting the faith in the democratic process. We also have a single Australian Electoral Commission.

It depends on what you deem the purpose of the voting machines to be. Given that they were originally commissioned by Hugo Chavez to sway election results in his favour, I’d say they were absolutely fit for purpose.

Analitik has it, the machines have done what they were designed to do.
If you want to cheat and change votes, this is the sort of thing you need. The small number of brands and operating companies are nearly all tied.
Designed originally to meet the need of Chavez and Maduro in Venezuela. Smaller scale usage operated by the CIA to interfere with election counts in several nations.
Legal ownership by a maze of corporates in NY, Canada, Spain and where-ever, and a few names who are or are related to well known Democrat Party bigwigs.

It is becoming increasingly evident Ted that the real hope for a fair election result lies with the State legislatures, not the judiciary. The Trump team has used the past two weeks to present their findings to the law makers rather than the law interpreters and I believe that is their best avenue. When the opposition resort to threats against the whistleblowers you know they have much to hide. I agree with Jo that one brave woman who stands up to be counted will encourage others to come forward. As for not being able to get a job I would expect Republican businesses to be hammering on her door. As for the twerp who said the judge called her unreliable I suspect the judge was a Democrat who may have been the beneficiary of a Dominion voting machine. This decay in American politics runs deep and the last thing the swamp wants is for it to be exposed. Just like releasing all that methane into the atmosphere when they drain the marshes.

How many serving politicians, elected judges and bureaucrats won their positions due to fraud or voting “glitches”?

I’ve been thinking about this and it strikes me that Dominion would be for sale to the highest bidder ergo there would be republicans who owe their seat to them too. Is it these people who have shunned Trump and said he should concede because THEY don’t want to be exposed?

Here is the current scene: Down at Tiananmen Square the Fourth Reich Fuhrer “Xi” is laughing like a deranged idiot, as he counts his worthless currency.

Meanwhile over in the fallen empire once called the Unites States of America, the country tears itself apart, so that it can re-name itself the Disunited State of Chaos as it loads up with the Opium and bullets from the Fourth Reich to kill each other.

A Greek scholar could not have done a better job describing a tragedy as it unfolds.

Nero, a Roman did one better, he partly destroyed his own city of Rome with fire in an attempt to rebuild it to his liking. Now we have BLM, Antifa and the rest of the evil supporters of the Democrats to burn America to the ground in an attempt to rebuild it to their liking. Given they will first have to kill millions of Americans to get away with it, they won’t succeed.

This behaviour is SOP for the Democrats, look at the last 4 years of tantrums when they didn’t win and the difference in supporters is stark with all left factions rioting, assaulting, burning, looting, vandalising, inciting, lying, hating versus Trump supporters working and defending themselves and others, hell even the MSM struggled to create lies about them.

Newly elected American presidents like to claim a mandate from the electorate. If Biden is installed as president, he will have a cloud hanging over the legitimacy of his election. One would think that the DNC would be anxious to dispel the cloud over the legitimacy that has been created by numerous irregular and anomalous behaviors during the election. Of course, if Biden and his supporters know that cheating took place, the last thing they would want is official, high-profile investigators turning over rocks to see what crawls out.

Some judges have dismissed suits filed by Trump, claiming there is no evidence of cheating. The Trump team is asking for official investigations to determine if cheating took place! Would it were that an accusation of homicide were to be treated similarly, a judge might dismiss a prosecutor’s charges, and request for a trial, that would determine whether or not there was sufficient evidence to convict the accused. If you don’t look for something, you are unlikely to find it. It is unlikely that any Democrat whistle blowers will come forward with damning evidence, unless they have an attack of their conscience for participating in destroying the foundation of democracy. The whole civilized world has a stake in this! It would seem that for some, the end justifies any means.

I think the Trump team need to reinforce the fact that tampering with a federal election is a crime punishable by jail. As the legislature hearings continue and the finger starts pointing at individuals such as the lady with the blonde hair co-workers/conspirators might think coming clean and doing a plea in return for information about others is a good deal. Very often crimes are solved when an accomplice spills the beans to save their own hide. It would seem there are a lot of people here that need to keep quiet but if one were to own up it would open a floodgate.

Trump set a great example fully cooperating with Russia Russia and other ridiculous investigations. He knew that nothing happened. Trump released the phone transcript. When you’re innocent you clear your name. With the election fraud Biden admitted the fraud before the election. Why did the FBI hide Hunter’s laptop? The swamp is broad and deep.

If the courts fail to recognise the now obvious widespread voter fraud and rigging backed up by hundreds of whistle blowers who have signed affidavits that if caught telling lies would end up in prison, some already being threatened and attacked with violence, then the next phase in all this mess could easily turn bloody for the US. To avoid it from happening clearly the election has to be declared invalid by the law at the SCOTUS. If violence then ensures from the Democrat supporters, Trump will have no other option but to call in the military by way of the Insurrection Act of 1807. This is a critical moment in the history of the US. Law and order must be restored in the election process or else the US will be viewed by the rest of the world as a Venezuela style republic leading to the collapse of the US financial system as the US dollar crashes, which by the way is already looking weak according to the US Dollar Index. The only way to restore confidence in the election process is for SCOTUS to disqualify the election and move to the next stage according to the 12th Amendment. Failing that, Trump is entitled to use the Insurrection Act of 1807 again but this time to enforce a new fresh election making it fair and square with military personnel watching over every step of the way. It’s the only path through all this mess I can see they can take to avoid a bloody civil war.

“…Trump will have no other option but to call in the military by way of the Insurrection Act of 1807“

Peter, hi again, and thanx for keeping this thought alive.

You do know, that law had been updated by none other than the pretender Barry Soetoro and then our President Trump signed an EO in 2018 to extend and further it.

And yes, I think he will use it if…

      a) violence in the streets from the stormtroopers for the Democrats, BLM and AntiFa go to work in Major-Leauge fashion, or

      b) SCOTUS fails to hear or rules against his challenges to the extent that he has no chance of a fair hearing

Then it’s “Katie Bar the Door”.

I, for one, would welcome it. I am prepared and I am getting too damn old to live the last years of my life living under Biden and further succeeding communist governments.

I think there is really only one way to sort this.

I am presuming there is a lot of information and data on the server they got from Frankfurt. ( The military Colonel who spoke at a couple of the recent state hearing said the ‘white hats” had picked up information in real time being sent to Germany).

So Team Trump put it all together and present it to SCOTUS saying they believe it meets their “election determinant outcome” criteria and ask them to take the case. This together with the mountains of affidavits from people who say actual dodgy activity taking place means SCOTUS should have to send it to Congress to vote on.

Otherwise Plan B is the EO signed in September 2018.

All the other court cases, while valid, are essentially turning into political theatre because many Judges are playing down the clock (eg Nevada and Wisconsin). They had to take place because that is the “procedure”.

I note that Clapper, Brenan, Obama, Clinton have been relatively quiet recently so maybe quite a bit is going on in the background.

This message from Pam Bondi is interesting ( not sure how old it is)

Yes that is what appears to be Trump’s agenda. The SCOTUS is the next big step but it’s not the end of the road for him if the SCOTUS fails to do what is right. I would add though Trump either way would need to get the military involved if and when things become too violent, and I suspect it will.

The civil war is already upon us, the most recent salvo being the weaponization of hate by the anti-freedom forces.

This one is also about slavery. Not enslaving a race, but enslaving a people by its government, and predictably, political factions have aligned themselves with the same sides as before.

So, yes if necessary the right will fight back and put a stop to the evil left who have already fired the first salvo through their violent attacks on people and property over the past year or so, not to mention the threats of violence on the whistle blowers recently. Hitler was a National SOCIALIST. He was a fascist, and fascism is of the left, ie. authoritarian government, not the right (individual freedoms). Communism and fascism are two very nasty extreme left flavours. The difference between them is that in communism, the government owns the means of production, in fascism the means of production can nominally be in private hands but the government has total control over them.
The Chinese Communist Party today is actually fascist, not communist.

Fascism originated as a variant of National Socialism. Both Mussolini and H*tler began as National Socialists, Mussolini claimed he remained a socialist and both led movements against economic liberalism, parliamentary democracy, promoting collectivism in opposition to the individual. For a history, Eugen Weber ‘Varieties of Fascism’ which includes readings, primary documents of what fascist leaders actually said about the State and the idea that power must be based on the collective principle, not on individual human values like honour or freedom, but on social factors like race or nation or caste.

Trump’s most important accomplishment, in my opinion, was tricking Dumbocrats into revealing who they really are: Socialists, angry at America, unwilling to debate, very hostile to other views, and people with those views, and they do not care about the truth when seeking the political power they want.

That was obvious to me in the late 1990s when I began reading climate science and learned the difference between real science and leftist climate change alarmism. But it was not obvious to that many people before Trump became president. Democrats were thought of as good (intentioned) people with wrong (government) policies. But with Trump prodding them, Democrats showed they are bad people, with bad policies, whose only goal is political power to micro-manage our lives.

You think two Democrats can’t become Georgia Senators, thereby ratcheting up the power of all the Democrats in Washington? Think again. The November 3, 2020 election was just a warm up for the fraud in Georgia in January. As usual, I hope I’m wrong, but that’s where we seem to be heading.

Unfortunately, in the short run, Trump may be leaving us with angry Democrats in control of the entire federal government in 2021, after Supreme Court packing and eliminating the Senate filibuster rule.

There is no indication that the Biden “victory” will be overturned before electors vote for him on December 14, just 10 days away.

Unlike the movies, sometimes the bad guys win.

Your right that unexpected shit can happen and these extremely dangerous Democrats can be extremely dangerous in underhanded tricks.

But President Trump learned early that he has won this by US Supreme Court Justices advice that the Democrats shattered the Constitutional Laws over the decades.
This is why you don’t hear of anybody in the Whitehouse with President Trump leaving the Presidency. It was already announced that by Constitutional Law President Trump is staying in office.

Apparently the ONLY fixed date is the 20th of January when a President must be sworn in. If neither Trump or Biden have the necessary numbers by then Nasty Nancy gets the job; God help everybody. So there is still time for many scenarios to play out but the quickest seem to be the various state legislatures growing a spine and refusing to certify the election. If that happens Trump has 232 and Biden has 227.

Two possibilities. One that the FBI are laying doggo waiting to pounce when all the evidence is on the table. The second, and I believe more likely, is that they are anti DJT and want to see him gone whatever the cost to the USA.

In the latter case the only solution will be martial law, then the military can make arrests, and everyone, including FBI officials will subject to the possibility of being taken into custody.

Much more likely IMO is that the higher echelons of the FBI …even now with Comey et al out of it….were very skittish and panicked when the smelly package holding the Hunter Biden laptop landed on their desks…..because the American people had been advised of its existence and they couldn’t just make it go away… so they were forced to say what they’d do about it …investigate it or bury it.

So they did both…declared it to be part of their ongoing money-laundering investigations….knowing that unprecedentedly-powerful forces were being coordinated for Biden…..so that the required election outcome was already on foot …whatever it took…. and that would ensure they could bury the inconvenient parcel permanently.

I think the FBI’s upper echelons have proved that they don’t give a damn what the American people think or know even…they don’t give a damn about them full stop….so long as the people’s Constitutional rights and power to do anything about the Fascist state being forced on them … have been obliterated

So exactly what parts of her testimony do you find not credible, Richard?

I thought her explanation of the process where entire batches of ballots were repeatedly run through the voting machines whenever their was a jam or misread, without the reset step was quite clear, even though the senators had her go over the process several times.

Or do you find her description of how the ballots went into an open tray rather than a sealed box after going through the scanning process implausible?

Thank you for the longer video.
          I watched and listened closely.

          My opinion remains the same:
I do not believe the woman with the high hair is entirely credible.

She commented on too many subjects, including poll books, that she could not be expected to have knowledge about.

Once again her broad generalization that
“Everything that happened at the PCF Center (in Detroit) was fraud.” is not believable.

          Fraud in Detroit = yes
Big 2020 election fraud in multiple cities = yes

This contract IT worker does not impress me when she veers past the computers she knows about, and speculates on other subjects.

I have a BS degree, so am an expert in BS.
Detecting it, not talking it, wise guy.

The woman made unsupported conclusions about subjects beyond her purview.

I hope I’m wrong and Ms.Carone is right.

So if it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck. and quacks like a duck, its a platypus putting on an act?

There is the possibility that a full investigation, or even a brief one might come up with a plausible explanation for what we see
in the video. Since the folks probably knew there were security cameras running….although I’ve never understood why looters
mug for the camera so often, so go figure.

its the immediate “nothing to see here”, and the shut up and move on and never an explanation, and if caught, never the same story twice
    that’s disconcerting.

It is possible to run elections where this kind of issue cannot arise. One and only one side has fought verifiable elections for decades, and
got this Georgia mess created close to the voting by a single judges consent decree.

Waving Mes. Carone around is a typical bright shiny object argument, as are the piles of ballots.
The envelopes can be audited, if retained, as required by federal law.

Does anyone wish to wager than when we get around to checking, the number of verified envelopes fed to audit, and the number of ballots
will see a healthy mismatch? And that Georgia will see the same issues being proved in Nevada?

Surely the system has a way of knowing that a ballot has been scanned before?

A paper ballot and a requirement for government picture ID. In the US there are states that allowed mail in ballots, without ID check. In the US some states had mass mailing of blank ballots, with multi ballots sent to democratic districts. Some states had no address checks or name checks. In all most all Western countries a election that is highly susceptible to fraud, would disqualify the election. Now add massive evidence of election tampering along with a FBI coverup.

In any other country the ‘Democratic’ Party would have lose their right to form a party, because of massive election fixing, threatening people who brought evidence of election fixing, and so on. That is evil fascism. The US Democratic party should be ‘fired’. They created and inflame problems such as BLM which looks very much organized madness to weaken the US. Absolutely no logical reason why the Democratic party would support/promote a year of rioting in the US. Could you imagine riots in Australia supported by a political party?

Whoa – not so fast. Where’s the specification for that?

        Here’s a spec:

Dominion Functional Requirements – State of Michigan
        https://www.michigan.gov/documents/sos/DominionBid_549578_7.pdf

I challenge you to find, somewhere in those 70 pages, any requirement to prevent multiple scans of the same ballot.

All I can find is this on page 26:

The system is capable of scanning one-sided ballots, two-sided ballots, and multiple page ballots while recording the event as one ballot cast. The voter counter increments when the first ballot card is cast. The ballot counter increments with each ballot card cast.

Nothing about not being able to scan a ballot multiple times. Witness accounts that that occurred elsewhere anyway.

But feel free to scour the spec and come up with goods – if you can i.e. put up or shut up (as ex NZ PM Helen Clark would say)

            # # #

Implies manual voter strike off i.e. the voter is NOT automatically struck off in the poll book when voters ballot is scanned. But strike off happens in real time when manually processed (see photo).

Patrick Colbecks DVS Detroit Facility Schematic shows the electronic poll book is NOT connected to the system via network i.e. not to the Tabulation Station contrary to “Integrated with Elector Management”:

OK. Big, very important, distinction page 1 Election Workflow Automation:

            * Dominion Democracy Suite™
            – Elector Management [EM]
            – Election Event Management[EMS]

EM and EMS are entirely different systems. So yes, the electronic poll book is “Integrated with Elector Management” [EM] but NOT necessarily (and not at all by Colbecks schematic) integrated/connected to Election Event Management [EMS].

That’s exactly what we see here:

              Conclusion

There’s a total disconnect between Tabulation Station and Electronic Poll Books.

“Real-time voter strike-off” in the Poll Book cannot occur at the Tabulation Station.

Obviously, voter strike off in the Poll Book is a separate manual (but real time) process to manual ballot in-feed to the Tabulation Station machine.

It must be assumed that elector ballots taken to the Tabulation Station have already (or maybe later) had the corresponding elector/voter struck off the Poll Book

              The fraud potential is huge.

In NZ in-person voting, the voter stands in front of the election official and watches their name struck off the register (paper printout of electronic data), the equivalent of poll book, before casting their vote. The same register copy will be in multiple polling stations so the paper strike off must go electronic eventually to catch multiple votes by a voter at different polling stations..

I am not surprised in the least here. It is merely the same horrific nastiness that the Left have shown to those who they hate over the ages.

The Left are incapable of understanding there is another view than their own, and will do anything (as the fraud shows) to achieve it. This poor lady and the other brave people prepared to sign affidavits and come forward are just viewed as an obstruction to be removed, and taught lessons to never ever mess with the Left.

Unfortunately what this means is that the only way to unseat the Left as history has shown is nearly always via an armed revolt. hence why Lin Wood stated that invoking martial law now will stop a Civil war later.

If Biden prevails the vast majority of his supporters will rue the day they ever assisted him as we will have Democrats voted in forever and free to implement catastrophic policies which will destroy the US, and West, completely.

Can it be done by a population indoctrinated for many decades and convinced that they are racists, imperialists and unworthy of self-rule?

Or are such people made helpless by their indoctrination?”

      Thought provoking comment.
Trump seemed to me to be rolling back the ‘low intensity conflict’ deep state warfare carried on since the Cold War.
The Includers Obama/Clinton were ramping it up in Libya, Syria, Ukraine, and likely other spots we never hear about.
If the Globalists create their UN utopia, where will they point the war machine? (scariest part of the NWO)
I think maybe the indoctrination is just a game played by the elite.
The little people don’t buy it, just resigned to the way things are.
      Been around lots of soldiers.

‘When you see, as is clearly evident, the total disinterest not only of the American presstitutes but also the presstitutes of the entire Western World in an obviously stolen presidential election, you see the death of Western civilization.’

I’ll wait for the full report from the International Observers, they will release it after Donald concedes.

I don’t accept that the ‘exceptional’ nature of the American political system is all that important for Western civilisation. Australia won’t be deserting the Alliance just because the US democratic system is flawed and possibly corrupt.

One possibility is that are ferrying troops, being relocated or pre-positioned.

    >”Democrats like to ruin your life — threatening your Job, home, friends, children”

The AP rapid response hit-squad has countered accordingly:

‘Biden transition: Trump’s grievances feed menacing undertow after US election
AP, By: Colleen Long, Calvin Woodward

The last throes of Donald Trump’s presidency have turned ugly — even dangerous.

Death threats are on the rise. Local and state election officials are being hounded into hiding. A Trump campaign lawyer is declaring publicly that a federal official who defended the integrity of the United States election should be “drawn and quartered” or simply shot.

Neutral public servants, Democrats and growing number of Republicans who won’t do what Trump wants are being caught in a menacing postelection undertow stirred by Trump’s grievances about the election he lost.

“Death threats, physical threats, intimidation — it’s too much, it’s not right,” said Gabriel Sterling, a Republican elections official in Georgia who implored Trump to “stop inspiring people to commit potential acts of violence.”

      From the AP article:

“I do not think this goes away on January 20,” Eric Coomer, security director for Dominion Voting Systems, said from the secret location where is hiding out from death threats. “I think it will continue for a long time.”

For Coomer, the trouble began around the time Trump campaign lawyers falsely claimed that his company had rigged the election.

Far-right chat rooms posted his photo, details about his family and address. “The first death threats followed almost immediately,” he told AP. “For the first couple days it was your standard online Twitter threats, ‘hang him, he’s a traitor.'”

But then came targeted phone calls, text messages and a handwritten letter to his father, an army veteran, from a presumed militia group saying: “How does it feel to have a traitor for a son?”

Even now, weeks later and relocated to a secret location, Coomer is getting messages from people saying they know what town he has fled to and vowing to find him.

“It’s terrifying,” he said. “I’ve worked in international elections in all sorts of post-conflict countries where election violence is real and people end up getting killed over it. And I feel that we’re on the verge of that.”

There are many, MANY more first-hand accounts of threats, harrowing tales, harassment of all sorts and even death threats all over America towards folk who dare speak the truth about this attempt at overthrowing a free and fair election.

The Trump legal teams are so damn busy they have no time at all to publicize these grossly illegal actions.

Not that law enforcement would do anything about them anyway, particularly at the Federal level.

But sooner or later an accounting must be had. That can only happen if PDJT either has his day in court or several key States declare that their Electoral College members vote for Trump.

Then, perhaps, these poor souls will have the retribution and justice they deserve.

So, go dig up their stories, publish them here and keep them for that day.

And then rest your head and know you did your part.

I know you get a lot of thumbs down here, but I agree the three are not the three best choices … but Trump is NOT incompetent. He is a blabbermouth, always bragging about himself, and exaggerating “his” accomplishments.

Unfortunately, when should address the nation for a few minutes every day, to present ONE example of election fraud in detail, Trump has been too quiet.

And when he does talk — there are too many generalities, and not enough details.

In 30 days he could have presented 30 two or three minute examples of potential election fraud, in detail. One exsmple every day.

Most of America’s states have formed a coalition which plans to file a lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook within days. The alliance, led by New York state, has been investigating the social media behemoth for possible antitrust violations. Facebook could also face a similar suit by the Federal Trade Commission. While it is unclear what the states plan to complain about, Facebook has been under scrutiny for swallowing smaller rivals such as Instagram and Whatsapp.

I find the pattern of politicians in these “hearings” giving speeches most unedifying.

I thought the comment from the witness in response to the attempted smear from the questioner was really good. I signed a statement which comes with a penalty of jail. Did you?

And despite the smearing the questioner actually got close to asking one good question. If votes were scanned over and over to inflate the numbers for one candidate, then how was this covered up. It was covered up well enough for example to survive the recount in Georgia.

Crack that puzzle and the whole house of cards collapses in an instant.

Those on the panel are simply clueless and in disbelief that such fraud has been committed almost to the point of telling the witness she is telling lies. It’s a disgrace. I hope Trump is keeping tabs on them so when the time comes they themselves are put on trial for attempting to cover up a crime.

    BARR HUMBUG!

US President Donald Trump’s attempts to cling to power have been dealt a sneaky blow by US Attorney-General William Barr and 80,949,511 voters.

Barr announced that Trump’s far-fetched claims are near-fetched, or not fetched at all.

Hi Jo, just thought you’d like to include this additional context about Ms Carone.

She was affiant for Costantino v. Detroit

This was Wayne County Circuit Chief Judge Timothy M. Kenny’s response (in his order) to her affadavit:

Affiant Melissa Carone was contracted by Dominion Voting Services to do IT work at
the TCF Center for the November 3, 2020 election. Ms. Carone, a Republican,
indicated that she “witnessed nothing but fraudulent actions take place” during her time
at the TCF Center. Offering generalized statements, Ms. Carone described illegal
activity that included, untrained counter tabulating machines that would get jammed four
to five times per hour, as well as alleged cover up of loss of vast amounts of data. Ms.
Carone indicated she reported her observations to the FBI.

Ms. Carone’s description of the events at the TCF Center does not square with any
of the other affidavits. There are no other reports of lost data, or tabulating machines
that jammed repeatedly every hour during the count. Neither Republican nor
Democratic challengers nor city officials substantiate her version of events. The
    allegations simply are not credible.

For context, there was similar said in the video about Carone’s life being “destroyed” that Jo posted.

However, to address Judge Kenny’s comments.
Whether her affidavit squares with other affidavits depends on whether the other affidavits say the opposite.
The judge says there were no other reports of machines jamming regularly. Question is, were there specifically affidavits saying the machines didn’t jam regularly. Or were there simply no other reports of machines jamming regularly. The latter, as suggested is the case by the judge, does not contradict Carone’s affidavit.
For Carone’s affidavit to not square with others we would need affidavits specifically saying the machines did not jam or did not jam regularly or as often as Carone claims. Judge Kenny’s comments do not indicate there were specific rebuttals to Carone’s claims. There may have been. But it’s not evident from Kenny’s comments that you posted.

It seems to me that this witness (Carone) isn’t describing fraud. She’s describing user error.

Carone says machine jammed and votes were fed back through the machine without the count before the jam being discarded. Meaning some ballots were counted twice or more. She said the people operating the machines didn’t know what they were doing. As in they were not properly trained and didn’t know correct procedure or machine operation.

That means it’s ignorance and not deliberate. But, if true, would still mean the voting has been compromised.

I do note she also says there was not one vote for Trump and that the machine boxes that are meant to catch the votes (making them unretrievable by the machine user) were not in place and were being used to hold observers back. So maybe this was the deliberate aspect and Carone’s assertion the machine operators didn’t know what they were doing is wrong.

Ms Carone, 33, was sentenced last September to 12 months of probation for an as-yet-unreported incident in 2018, which court documents refer to as “disorderly circumstances warranting alarm” and “computers-using to commit a crime.”
