Cancel Culture intimidation affect lawyers and judges, whole court system

A former judge from Wisconsin is “incensed” that the left have created such a culture of fear that lawyers in the largest law firms in the country will not even take The President’s case.

For a quarter of a century the Climate change debate in the “advanced world” has been controlled almost entirely by namecalling “denier” and cancel culture.

Can the left rule the whole United States of America the same way? Humans are an intensely gregarious species. It matters if people are exiled, cast aside, and even Supreme Court Judges are surely not immune from being cut off from friends and family. Of having their children bear punishment.

Tribal cultures witchdoctors would point the bone. The Democrats just have a modern version of the same vilification.

Former Wisconsin Judge: ‘Our Court System Has Been Deeply Intimidated by the Left’

Janita Kan, Epoch Times

During the Senate hearing, Troupis, one of the witnesses, explained why he decided to represent the campaign in their effort to challenge election results when many lawyers refused. He said that he believes many prominent law firms did not want to participate in the election lawsuits due to a fear of retaliation by the left.

“One of the reasons I was called because virtually every major law firm in this country and in this city refused to represent the president. Not because of the lack of merit in his claims—we’ve certainly demonstrated that there’s merit—but because of the cancel culture,” Troupis said.

“Because of the environment that has been created by the left that has intimidated lawyers so that they can’t be here. They’re not here, from the giant law firms, precisely because they were ordered by their management committees and others that, ‘You cannot take those cases. The reasons you cannot take those cases is because our clients, or the Democrat party, or the incoming administration will remember that and they will hold it against you.’”

One of the lawyers, Linda Kern, who has since withdrawn from a Pennsylvania case, had to be placed under official protection after receiving “threats of harm.” Kern revealed in November that she had “been subjected to continuous harassment in the form of abusive emails, phone calls, physical and economic threats, and even accusations of treason—all for representing the President of the United States’ campaign in this litigation.”

If Biden and Harris say if Trump is reelected, there will be more violence. Conversely, the violence will end if Biden wins. That means Democrats are controlling the violence.

But the brave soldier on undaunted:

New Trump Petition Asks Supreme Court to Overturn Pennsylvania Election Results

Solange Reyner

President Donald Trump is carrying on his fight to overturn the election results, Politico reports.

The president’s legal team on Sunday filed a new petition with the Supreme Court asking to reverse a trio of decisions from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court easing some of the state’s election rules related to signature verification, Election Day observation and mail-in ballot declarations. They are also asking the court to allow the Pennsylvania General Assembly to pick its own slate of electors.

“Collectively, these three decisions resulted in counting approximately 2.6 million mail ballots in violation of the law as enacted by the Pennsylvania Legislature,” Trump’s attorney John Eastman wrote in the filing.

It’s not just them. It’s also a lot of Republican politicians and judges who want Trump out of the way.

“There is also a facade in Washington. You have people pretending to be defending Trump but they are really not taking any steps – it is just for show. The “establishment” will be much happier with Trump out of the picture. They did their best to distract him for four years, stuffing his administration with Deep State action like Bolton, and trying hard to keep the war going in the Middle East because that is power. This is the real face of Washington and the swamp that Trump could never drain.”

“Betrayed From Within”: Patrick Byrne Blasts White House Staff After Attending Election Meeting With President Trump, Sydney Powell and Gen. Flynn

“My involvement is I was in the room when it happened. The raised voices included my own. I can promise you: President Trump is being terribly served by his advisers. They want him to lose and are lying to him. He is surrounding by mendacious mediocrities.”..In addition, any suggestion if there was talk of a military coup or martial law is also a flat lie. 100% false. I was there for 4 1/2 hours, I heard the entire conversation, that is a 100% fabrication.”

Responding to a poster who offered an opinion on why the establishment is intent on getting rid of Trump, “I’m convinced the US Establishment including the Republican Establishment have decided to end the Trump era. They want Biden/Harris and the Globalist Reset. The reason they have resorted to such extreme measures is because the Reset is time critical. They need the US on board now,”

      Byrne replied, “Correct.”

Why is it a surprise? The so called establishment desperately wants the Great Reset to start ASAP. By removing Trump it will be much easier to initiate that Great Reset.

It forces you to be beholden to the benevolence of the government. Which they can withhold from you at any time for any reason, giving you no option but to either conform, go without, or rebel. And where ya gonna go to get away from such a system?

It is evil disguised as benevolence. The system will end up just like China is today no matter how it gets there. The end will always be the same. Slavery. Much like the Matrix, a slavery system.

I’ve been reading the WEF and the IMB forum material for years. What has always struck me is how brutally honest they are. Who needs to go to conspiracy sites when you can get it straight from the horse’s mouth? They never talk about what their lives will be like under the Great Reset. They only talk about the daily lives of peasants under their proposed neo-feudalist utopia. For example, how we need to change our diet to bugs and weeds. https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/11/weeds-good-food-control-climate-change?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social_scheduler&utm_term=Food2020

Like Comunist U.S.S.R. 1950-60s as described to me by a friend who when she was a very young woman accepted a position working at the British Embassy in Moscow.

She said that she enjoyed her time there, and the ordinary people who were as friendly as they dared to be under watchful eyes, but also very aware of the lack of real freedom. Embassy employees often discovered that their personal belongings had been tampered with, cleaner’s snooping. Parcels from overseas were obviously opened and checked and items of interest, maybe an electrical appliance had been dismantled for inspection and probably photographing the technology.

But sadly, the people were not only poor but they struggled to obtain sufficient food to feed themselves and their families. But the elites had access to department stores where they could buy just about anything they desired, imported goods and food.

Great reset – build back better from coronavirus lockdowns and restrictions? Not better for we the people that’s for sure.

Is Patrick Byrne on the level? Actually who is Patrick Byrne?

TdeF gave a very reasonable account on the last thread. Essentially what he said was that Trump will listen to all advice and then take the best option.
Right now it seems that the best option is to wait a little longer to see who else breaks cover and exposes themselves as an agent or sympathiser with the Deep State. There is a deadline but apparently we are not there yet!

A fellow who’s has spent his life judging the characters of the people across the table. The image of Trump sitting with folded arms before Merkel who has her hands supporting her body weight as if preparatory to making a leap over the table to bury her teeth in his throat in emulation of the east german political style of her youth encapsulates the experienced calmness which will be most poignantly lost from the world when Trump goes.

I just looked for that video elsewhere but it is not yet on the non-socialistvfree speech video platforms.

If the speech was before the US Senate it must be an official record. I assume it’s on their website somewhere but I have no time to look now.

Senate Hearing on Election Security and Administration
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee held a hearing on election security and administration issues. Witnesses included former Solicitor General Ken Starr, U.S. Election Assistance Commissioner Donald Palmer (R), several Trump campaign attorneys, and Christopher Krebs, the former director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Mr. Krebs told committee members the 2020 election was the most secure in U.S. history. In addition, Mr. Krebs said, “I think that continued assaults on democracy and the outcome of this election that only serves to undermine confidence in the process is ultimately, as you both have said, ultimately corrosive to the institutions that support elections.”

It’s a Wonderful Life, Joe Biden!

Well, Joe Biden, this is your life!

You wanted to be the president so bad that you ran three times — in 1988, 2008 and 2020. Along the way, you sold your soul to the devil (or at least to the Chinese) and though you barely missed it, now the payment is coming due. You don’t know all the details, but that song by Charlie Daniels keeps playing on a loop whenever you look in a mirror — “The devil went down to Georgia,/ He was lookin’ for an election to steal/ He was in a bind ’cause he was way behind/ And he was willing to make a deal.”

Power. Fame. Money. You already had all those. You were a senator for 30-plus years. But you wanted more — much more — and then you hit the jackpot. Obama had asked you to join him in the White House as vice president. That was heady stuff. Suddenly you were in demand. Not just one out of a hundred as you were in the Senate, but one heartbeat away from the Oval Office. One whisper away from the president’s ear. You could convert that into more than a meal ticket. This was the big enchilada. Finally, you could put your ne’er-do-well boy Hunter to work — schmoozing and partying around the world with your phone number for sale — and all you had to do was show up. You were good at that. You had made a career of that. Tell a story, crack a joke, smile and sniff the girls’ hair, and then back into the limo for the next stop.

So what happened? How did Regular Joe Biden become so corrupted along the way that he is now convincingly referred to by Sean Hannity and others as the head of the Biden crime family? Therein lies the story, and our tale of potential redemption.

Is there any chance he can stay in office till the end of his first term? Probably the only thing protecting him is his “insurance policy.” By selecting Kamala as his vice president, he had guaranteed that his good buddies in the Senate would never convict him of anything. There was no way they would let a socialist become president! Heck, that’s how he convinced them to stop Bernie!

Unfortunately, he isn’t the only one who knows that story. There are a lot of people who know what happened in the wee hours of the morning of Nov. 4, 2020. And in this nightmare scenario where Joe Biden becomes president of the United States, there is always the chance that sooner or later someone will decide to talk. Maybe a lot of someones. And then it was all over.

The Chinese Penetration of America: Part Two | Opinion

        NEWT GINGRICH

Now, I want to share a series of stories that illustrate just how real and dangerous the professor’s analysis of the Chinese Communist dictatorship’s penetration of America really is.

In some ways, the strangest and most sobering recent revelation was the report that Rep. Eric Swalwell, a member of the House Intelligence Committee, had a close relationship with a professional Chinese Communist spy named Fāng Fāng (also known as Christine Fang).

The most amazing part of the story is not that Speaker Nancy Pelosi is desperately trying to keep him on the House Intelligence Committee. The most fascinating question is: Why did Speaker Pelosi appoint him after the FBI had warned her he had been in a dangerous relationship with a Chinese spy?

It doesn’t stop there. As James Freeman noted in The Wall Street Journal, Swalwell was not only invited to the Committee—he was given a special sub-committee assignment to oversee CIA funding.

        As Freeman noted:

Space Race II: Biden Advisors Want ‘Cooperation’ with China

Before I tell you what a hare-brained idea that is, let’s give a fair shout to the fools trying to sell it.

While Biden’s transition team “declined to comment” on the alleged president-elect’s plans for cooperation (or not) in the new space race, former astronaut and Biden advisor Pam Melroy told POLITICO prior to the election, “It’s very important that we engage.”

“Trying to exclude them,” she said then, “I think is a failing strategy.”

Biden would seem to have numbers — if not sense — on his side:

In short, cooperating with the Soviets in space bought us no relief from Soviet expansionism on Earth.

Now we’re supposed to believe that cooperating with Communist China — flush with American dollars and far more technologically advanced and adept than the Soviets ever were — will buy us even more peace on Earth?

Standing in the way of any such Panglossian effort to team up with Beijing in space is the “Wolf Amendment” legally blocking NASA from working with Chinese commercial or government agencies. The Wolf Amendment (named after its author, former Republican Virginia Congressman Frank Wolf) has been included in each year’s spending bills since 2001.

Currently, there’s a push to eliminate the Wolf Amendment, on the shaky grounds that it prevents NASA from examining Moon rocks recently collected by Communist China in their most ambitious Moon launch yet. But given how quickly private American companies like SpaceX are gearing up for even more ambitious Moon (and even Mars) projects of their own, opening our doors even further to Communist Chinese espionage over a few rocks seems worse than rock-headed.

Biden’s Cabinet Nominees Are Weak on China

Which means the CCP will continue to take advantage of America.

by TROY ANDERSON The Spectator US
        December 21, 2020, 11:42 AM

President Hopeful Joe Biden has spent the last couple of weeks rolling out cabinet appointees and nominations. We’re starting to get an idea of how he plans to win the trade war with China and fend off the communist country’s aggression. It doesn’t look promising by any stretch.

Although Biden admitted in a Foreign Affairs essay this spring that he must get tougher on China, his inner circle now features former Secretary of State John Kerry, who infamously remarked that the United States does not seek to contain China. It also includes new national security adviser Jake Sullivan, who has gone further than Kerry by stating that America should play an active role in encouraging China’s growth.

There are also rumors that Bob Iger, Executive Chairman of the Walt Disney Company, may become ambassador to China. Under his stewardship, Disney has developed close ties to the communist government. For example, Iger earned a hefty amount of criticism after Disney thanked the security forces in charge of the Uyghur concentration camps in the credits of Mulan. This is hardly someone we can count on to uphold America’s national security interests.

As a collective, the Biden blob is firmly against decoupling from China and is instead focused on building an international coalition to take on rising power. Secretary of State nominee Antony Blinken has called the idea of the U.S. decoupling counterproductive. It’s likely those below him will agree.

Team Biden’s China strategy hasn’t worked for 20 years and is even less likely to work in the future.

GINGRICH: Why I will not accept Joe Biden as president

Unwillingness to accept election result grows out of a level of outrage unlike anything previously experienced

For more than four years, the entire establishment mobilized against the elected president of the United States as though they were an immune system trying to kill a virus. Now, they are telling us we are undermining democracy.

You have more than 74 million voters who supported President Trump despite everything — and given the election mess, the number could easily be significantly higher. The truth is tens of millions of Americans are deeply alienated and angry.

If Mr. Biden governs from the left — and he will almost certainly be forced to — that number will grow rapidly, and we will win a massive election in 2022.

Given this environment, I have no interest in legitimizing the father of a son who Chinese Communist Party members boast about buying. Nor do I have any interest in pretending that the current result is legitimate or honorable. It is simply the final stroke of a four-year establishment-media power grab. It has been perpetrated by people who have broken the law, cheated the country of information, and smeared those of us who believe in America over China, history over revisionism, and the liberal ideal of free expression over cancel culture.

I write this in genuine sorrow, because I think we are headed toward a serious, bitter struggle in America. This extraordinary, coordinated four-year power grab threatens the fabric of our country and the freedom of every American.

Intelligence pros morphed into partisan political activists in rush to defend Hunter Biden

When Hunter Biden‘s laptop contents burst open in the conservative press in October, an influential Washington group rushed to the aid of his dad, now-presumptive President-elect Joseph R. Biden.

Retired U.S. intelligence officials became political activists, directly injecting their credentials into the presidential campaign. They signed an open letter asserting that text messages about Hunter Biden‘s cash flow from Ukraine and China, and how his father helped were a Russian plot.

There was no evidence of a Russia-laptop link, but the claim provided Democrats and the liberal media a counternarrative to ignore the entire scandalous storyline of Biden influence peddling.

“The politicization of the intelligence community, and IC retirees emboldened to pile on any anti-Trump movement, is a novel and dangerous development in American politics,” retired CIA clandestine officer Kent Clizbe told The Washington Times. “The genie’s out of the bottle.”

It was not the first time the intelligence community — retired and active members of the FBI, the CIA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and other agencies — tried to sabotage President Trump. Leaks, spying and false claims hamstrung the Trump White House for four years.

“Intel leaders act like this in banana republics, not in democracies,” said a congressional Republican staffer. “At least until Trump was elected.”

“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Mr. Schumer said on MSNBC. “So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he’s being really dumb to do this.”

Some of the ways the intelligence community used its power against Mr. Trump:

Spot on. People from both sides are part of the swamp – making their living off the system. Their biggest threat is to be shown up for the frauds they are. When someone holds up a mirror to show you what you really look like, it’s much easier to break the mirror or strike the one holding the mirror than to actually do something about your appearance.

The Great Reset must go ahead. This is why NZ had to declare the (nonexistant) Klimate Krisis ordained by the UN. Little Greta doesn’t understand that, which is why the NZ Krisis is so seemingly ineffective. Everyone who hasn’t declared a Klimate Krisis has to declare one. According to the UN.

This is why Trump is being stymied. He’s the Enemy of the Great Reset. He had the nerve, the audacity, the cheek, the gall to take the USA out of the Paris Agreement … umm, The Paris Treaty. The Great Reset doesn’t want him. Plastic Cheatin’ Joe is wanted to help America back onto the path of being led into Global Socialism — to do “their share” to “Save the Planet” which doesn’t need saving. It’s the UN’s Power Grab — We all have to march into Global Socialism singing Hossanahs in Global Joy. So we’re not left behind.

Oh what joy … Calloo Callay. We’re all going to be Socialists together whether we want to be or not. The Planet has to be saved whether it wants to be or not.

DID CHINA JUST DECLARE WAR ON AMERICA?

THE INVOCATION OF THE INSURRECTION ACT MUST BE NOW AND TRAITORS MUST BE ROUNDED UP TO SAVE AMERICA FROM MARXISTS AT HOME AND ABROAD

The White House evacuated everyone, except its senior staff, this week as the U.S.A suffered major cyber-attack on critical agencies

      – So yes, I’d call that war!

FBI, John Ratcliffe (DNI) and head of CISA (cybersecurity & infrastructure security agency) issue rare joint statement

The FBI investigation of the Biden Crime Family has been ongoing for two years under incompetent DOJ and FBI hacks. They dragged it out hoping that Joe would win.

Now, however, it goes into high gear under Senate Homeland Security Chairman Ron Johnson, (R-Wisconsin), and his oversight committee that has finally awoken to the traitorous chicanery of Joe, his brother, sister and son.

After what’s been disclosed, Joe Biden couldn’t get security clearance to sit on a White House toilet, much less in the Oval Office as President.

      So, what happens now?

Friday, President Trump signed legislation that removes Chinese companies from U.S. stock exchanges

It applies to all nations – but is made for taking down the CCP.

Because China was gifted an exemption from U.S. regulations by its paid puppets such as China Joe Biden who was then a Senator, and CCP-funded RINOs like Senate leader, Mitch McConnell.

And what is RINO Mitch up to?

As previously disclosed in these august pages, Mitch’s China bride, Elaine Chao, is embedded in the U.S. Government as Head of the Department of Transportation – but is also a family member of the CCP’s largest military supplier, which is run by her sister and father.

Mitch also took money from Dominion – and may owe their vote-rigging set up for his own re-election to the Senate, as he is spectacularly unpopular.

For the liberals who read us (and threaten me daily), this should bother even you. China Mitch is the de facto ruler of the Republican Party!

China’s largest firms such as PetroChina (their biggest oil company), Alibaba (China’s Amazon), Pinduoduo Inc. (huge tech firm) raise their billions and trillions on U.S. markets, and none of them are in compliance with U.S. securities or accounting regulations, thanks to Joe and Mitch.

That’s why Wall Street worked so hard to get China Joe in the chair.

My guess is he’s not all that different from Feinstein that had a CCP chauffeur for 20+ years.

She’s either really one hot homemaker (if you catch my drift) or the $$$ was just too hard to resist (or perhaps both?).

Either way, this is ALL part of the swamp ‘cept PDJT had no control over who gets elected to the Senate.

The United Front Work Department would argue, only formally correctly in my view, that if the truth be told then it is the case that without the contribution of the CCP Silicon Valley would be decades behind its current development level.

Trump would have spent his entire term patiently suppressing patriots who’d expel all chinese nationals and seize all chinese assets.

Somewhere away from the endpoints of extreme patriotism and abject partnership an optimum accord needs finding and it won’t be Biden’s Advisory Team of CCP puppets which determines that.

This is bigger than Trump. The fraud is treson.

The proof that the election was fraudulent is abundant, overwhelming and conclusive. Any authority that looks at the facts objectively knows that must be the outcome. We know how the left react. Their violence will be physical. Fires, vandalism, assults and looting will occur. That is frightening.
Protecting election integrity is more important. To let Biden steal this election rewards evil. It will be an example.

It is clear on tv that stacks of mail votes had never been folded. I ask anyone to stack votes from envelops like that.

Cancel culture doesn’t belong in a democracy. In essence it’s a totalitarian culture that refuses to tolerate alternate views. In order to combat this threat to democracy, we need new laws that target persons who engage in this behaviour, with large fines and long prison sentences.

Yes it is Too Soon to give up Hope. Do not despair just yet!

The big Law firms are driven by Money but there are some idealistic lawyers. Sidney Powell comes immediately to mind. Also Guilianni. There are others.

Intimidation of the Courts and Judges is a lot worse and may be fatal for the legal process but again it is too soon to give up on them. Judges are given the Job for Life, precisely so they should not be intimidated. Plenty of examples of that failing but there is hope for some strong minded Judges.

Four years and no new wars started … small achievement but hardly nothing. After deep state warmongering going back as far as I can remember, four years without any new wars seems sadly like the best thing we have seen in a long while.

There’s a bit more than that … Obama was getting the Federal Register page count up to just under 100k pages while Trump has cut that to a bit less than 73k pages. Another mediocre victory for people who have learned to expect nothing good. I accept that trying to read and understand 73,000 pages of regulations is clearly impossible, and thus making that 100,000 pages is not in itself any more impossible … but somehow seeing the numbers go down is slightly comforting.

What else? End of ISIS terrorism in Syria … could be a step in the right direction. Some of the troops are coming home, I’m OK with that. Slightly better tax system, might help a few people. Fewer restrictions on energy use, probably helps a lot of people.

There’s a handful of achievements. Not great but better than anyone thought Washington was capable of.

The US economy was doing OK until COVID and the “prison lockdown” mentality smashed small business. In some areas the US economy is still doing OK, but not in big cities like New York. I think the New Yorkers brought that on themselves … many are escaping to make a new life outside the city and perhaps that could be a good thing.

The war thing is better than Hillary right? Let’s count the wars that Hillary started: Syria, Libya, Somalia (on and off) and of course the forgotten war in Yemen (starving kids, widespread cholera). Not saying that everything is the fault of Hillary, but hey it makes a fair comparison when judging Trump.

              https://www.forbes.com/sites/johngoodman/2019/12/17/tax-reform-for-the-middle-class/

Trump’s tax cuts benefited the so called “Middle Class” that’s broadly accepted. If you want to discuss, feel free to bring some facts to the table.

The economy was doing ok, but only because of record low interest

Now you are just plain ignorant, check the Federal Reserve series “Effective Federal Funds Rate” (FEDFUNDS) and it was below 0.2% from December 2008 until November 2015 (you might notice Trump was not President during that time). Yellen was raising rates 2016 and 2017 and 2018.

The very first thing President Trump faced was raising rates. It reached a peak April 2019 at 2.42% under Jerome Powell and if you don’t know this stuff … better not comment.

… wages as an example stagnated, minimum wage what a joke …

Minimum wage does not grow an economy, a high minimum wage largely causes unemployment … but as for average wage vs Consumer Price Index it was slightly worse under Obama and got slightly ahead under Trump.

Here’s a chart of the official figures.

              https://fred.stlouisfed.org/graph/fredgraph.png?g=yYJg

The difference between Obama and Trump is not so big in that respect … Trump is ahead by a nose. Mind you this is only looking at employed people. Check the series “Employment-Population Ratio” (EMRATIO) and you see that employment stayed fairly flat from October 2009 until October 2013 (the failed Obama “stimulus”) but then increased steadily to February 2020. That’s somewhat because Obama “stimulus” came to an end in the second Obama term, and somewhat because of employment boost under Trump.

The whole thing crashed March and April 2020 because of massive government interference. Well, we know the story there. It is bouncing back as restrictions are lifted.

Interesting to note that during the COVID-19 lockdowns, the average earnings jumped UP (check the chart) because business hung onto the most valuable people. This was good for the people who did not lose their jobs … obviously bad for the people who did lose their jobs.

have it your way then. I will not argue the point as your economic argument “a high minimum wage largely causes unemployment” is patently false (look at europe as an example). Saying “look at Europe as an example” is what you say when you don’t have an example because Europe is completely a mixed bag.

France has long had a rigid labour system with a relatively high minimum wage and they have an employment rate that has been in the doldrums for 25 years.

                https://tradingeconomics.com/france/employment-rate

It has crept up from 63 percent to 66 percent. Nothing spectacular and they have a major problem with multi generational long term unemployed.

On the other hand Germany never had a federal minimum wage until 2015 and has been lower than France after that, while over the same 25 years Germany went from 64% employment up to 76% employment, being widely regarded as the economic powerhouse of Europe.

Estonia does have a minimum wage, but it’s very low (€2.78 per hour) and their employment has soared from down around 55% up to almost 70% showing growth comparable with Germany.

On the other hand Italy has no minimum wage, but it’s economy is a total mess … but that’s Italy, they love chaos. No one knows where the money goes in Italy.

Other countries … like Croatia had a terrible crash in 2013 and that was around the time they joined the EU but they have steadily recovered since then … presumably some structural adjustment took place which is not entirely unexpected.

If you want to actually show some real examples rather than some shallow handwaving then be my guest.

Fitz youre missing the point -human nature strives for improvement. Everyone at the same level means crushing individual striving to prop up others. Now the taxation system basically does that, so once youce minimized your tax and paid what you have to, you let the govt faff around with its multi-billion dollar welfare spend.

Now some people deserve welfare, no arguments there, but as my mother-in-law who worked on the front line in Centrelink told me, the welfare bill is mobsterous and dangerously large and exists to promote welfare dependecy.

Socialism ignores human nature…which at its core is rank stupidity which is why it can only exist if it murders people to keep them in line…like Stalin and Mao did….

Cost of living increase. CPI is up due to government charges and inflation caused by governments. (quantitative easing). No sector should be shown preference for pay rises, small businesses are suffering.
Compulsory increases in the minimum wage does not put more money in (1), it takes from some to give to others, many of the some now do not justify the higher pay so are lose jobs, jobs taken by migrants who are outside the system (in Europe), and jobs disappear, the consumer will spend elsewhere if their income is the same, but it is lower.
Cherry picking. The Trump stats on getting higher pay and more jobs especially for Blacks and Hispanics is a good cherry to highlight.
Fairness. Recall acceptance of outright election cheating with fraud coverup, forgery, destruction of evidence, censorship, and inability to get courts to hear complaints.

                (1) Elon Musk put it nicely, more money does not give more anything except inflation.
“There is no Horn of Plenty that produces these goods.
They have to be produced. If you don’t make stuff, there’s no stuff.
You can’t just legislate money and solve these things.”

The eerie similarity between this fight for justice and the fight against CO2 insanity is that only the old, sometimes tenured, warriors are brave enough to come out and defend what is right. Sadly, like Bob Carter, they are also prone to falling off the perch.

The young are cowed into submission. Their wives married a lawyer or scientist when they couldn’t catch a doctor, but they are still socially malleable and their kids are on social media. They do as they are told.

All that is important, but we oldies had a society around us that demanded extraordinary discipline and that gave us the incentive to believe that anything that we did would be of benefit to us in the future.

As seen from that perspective young people have every right to feel confused and disillusioned because this present society doesn’t reward thrift, or punctuality in turning up for work or decent behaviour towards fellow workers.

Society has failed these people by allowing the politically avaricious to reset society for their own benefit.

The mess of the EEU, USA and Australia, for example, is appalling and can’t survive much longer.

Victoria , WA and Queensland are run by career manipulators, the other states don’t function much better.

        We need change urgently.

            Thank you Peter.

Most people want a better world but if the leadership is self absorbed, there is No leadership.

It all started in Australia when politicians found that instead of organising jobs/work for everyone, it was easier just to give them enough to live on and tax those already working a bit more.

Trouble is, that eventually leads to the mess we are in.

Modern education promotes victim mentality. When teachers were respected we did not tell our parents if we got the strap. Our parents would be cross about us upsetting the teacher. Currently parents want to sue because a child alleges false cllaims. Our standards drop because we lack disciplne. Anxiety was about Dads and uncles being shot at. 60 in a class was fine. Standards are much higher with disciplne and attention. As an employer I ask aplicants who have passed year 12 maths what does y=mx +c indicate? Aussies have no idea. I ask Chinese migrants and they say,”A straight line with m gradient and c as the y intercept. The Chinese then answer complex trig questions. I ask how many students are in a maths class and it is more than 45.
Our victim mentality must go. Teaching bully mentality promotes loss of social skills.
A grandma said to a grandchild,”Sticks and stones will break your bones but names will never hurt you!” Her daughter was horrified. I note that the left call us sceptics and childish names that proves they can’t argue wisely.
My response is that I am not gullible.

Yep, during the 1960s in secondary school we had teachers who’d give unruly disrupters a glancing clip to the head to settle them down so everybody else could concentrate on the instruction being delivered.

Being fully informed that the Christian Brothers would deliver grievous bodily harm as a matter of course I was relieved to be taken out of that denominational education system after several years experience of cane and strap from nuns in primary boarding school.

Some time in the last fifty years corporal punishment in the classroom was forbidden and, not unexpectedly, it’s been all downhill since; nowadays the unruly students are bashing teachers –a younger brother of mine withdrew from teaching after just such an assault –spare the rod indeed.

‘..that lawyers in the largest law firms in the country will not even take The President’s case.’ Hmm can kinda unnerstan’.. BUT ! when it comes to defending confirmed “criminals” of some terrible crimes, there’s no problem. Had I chosen to study Law, I’d have great difficulty in defending a known ( caught in the act) criminal. Ethics…. ethics? how does that come into it , I ask myself. Jings, man, Ethics, why should I be growing food for folk who don’t vote the way I do, who vote for, or obstruct me in my Plans for the future – for THEM, etc
Now those Lawyers who consider themselves worthy of representing Donald, What are their ethics? Good job that they are not Medic Doctors then, eh? Meanwhile I continue to grow and supply and service the Food industry, despite the spanners in the works: pesticides, politics & redtape (worms), and so on…. But as of being of Christian Heritage, ……..My conscience is bothered by modern terminologies: ALL for ONE ( meaning) ONE for ALL, and that there should be a HUNGER for COMPLIANCE…. Makes the blood boil when I’m having a “bad day” listening to the discussions on the Tractor Radio whilst I’m trying to straighten the furrow on a wet hillside.

        Greetings, Rick:

Not quite sure what the photo is supposed to be, but I think you might be alluding to the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn.

There is a great telephoto view on <>. The “current” date is 21 December for them, so you may need to look at the archives if you arrive at the website and there is NOT a photo of the conjunction with the Eiffel Tower at the top of the article. The telephoto image is just underneath the Eiffel Tower photo. One can see at least one of the Galilean satellites to boot.

Hoping that helps and will make your day better, with all due Regards,

whilst I’m trying to straighten the furrow on a wet hillside.

Jings, Saighdear, that brings back memories of my student days between semesters. Sitting on an old parrafin/diesel tractor on a typical Scottish rainy day with a two furrow plough on the back on a slope I should not have been on, sitting on the uphill mudguard to stop it tipping over, with one hand on the steering wheel to stop the whole lot of machinery heading down the slope, as it clearly knew better than me what was safe. Regarding soldiering on, Robert Barnes, gave a rather sobering but arguably releastic assessment of what Trump’s strategy will be henceforth on Viva Frei’s YT channel. In a nutshell, Trump realises he has no chance with the legal system but is soldiering on with existing suits to futher demonstrate how corrupt the legal system is. He will then make a last ditch effort in Congress to present the evidence and let Congress decide. Assuming he loses, he will switch his focus to election reform and futher building his base for a 2024 run. For Martial Law fans, this probably will sound like a fizzer but I suspect in the eyes of many Trump will earn respect and will come back stronger than ever. When you consider polling is showing that even 30% of Democrat voters believe there was voter fraud in the election, its hard to see how Trump will emerge as the loser or bad guy.

Something that you will not see in any legacy press:

In Wisconsin, you can declare yourself indefinitely confined only if you are age, physical illness, or infirmity. You cannot vote by mail if you are using Covid-19 as an excuse to vote by mail. Since the number of those ballots are times higher than in 2016, it is logical that many of those ballots can be tossed, but they must be individually examined.

The ruling came a week ago so it is reasonable that a good portion of the Wisconsin mail in votes could be tossed but will require a lot of checking. Maybe just toss enough to give Trump the win there – only one down though and this case started months ago.

It appears that at least part of the reasoning why the Republican judges on the Supreme Court were reluctant to hear the Texas case, the only one to actually get to the Supreme Court was the fear that even hearing the case was divisive and could lead to violence. This was undoubtedly the aim of all the Antifa and BLM violence that took place before the election. It was used to deliberately bully potential voters into believing a vote for Trump was a vote for violence. The American people came out and responded by giving Trump 11 million more votes which could only be overcome by massive and deliberate fraud.
It’s pretty ordinary that when the people of America stood up to these bullies and that SCOTUS would cave in to such potential violence against the will of those people. Surely upholding the Constitution of the US and the various states should be able to withstand some orchestrated intimidation. It’s pretty damning of where the US court system has got to.

    261

    • #
      PeterS

Yes that’s the conclusion reached by many. The SCOTUS of all courts should take on the cases that were lodged but instead decided to chicken out for fear of the mob. The Trump campaign has filed an emergency motion in the SCOTUS on just recently to reverse Pennsylvania’s state court rulings.

“If the Supreme Court does not accept this petition and rule on the merits rather than dancing with the procedure and using illegal “discretion” to simply avoid the entire election, then there is absolutely no reason why the protestors [sic] would not surround the Supreme Court for they are condemning the nation to uncertainly and the protests will become bloody and it will NOT be just one group anymore.”

“If the Supreme Court rejects this petition, they have surrendered the law to “discretion” and that is the end of the United States. The Supreme Court has reduced itself to the status of a hypocrite.”

I would go further and say the SCOTUS has in effect declared war against the Constitution and the American people for protecting the fraudsters of the election in key states to overthrow a duly elected POTUS and ignore a number of Constitutional laws in the process. It is therefore the SCOTUS who should be trialed for treason under the Constitution in a military court.

The COVID Relief Bill is Crap, and Other Things You Already Knew

Well, Merry Effing Christmas! Congress has come to an agreement on the much ballyhooed COVID Relief Package!

My colleague Bonchie has already given the particulars, so I won’t belabor the finer points:

As far as I’m concerned, instead of a lump of coal, it’s a t#rd in the stocking of Americans. Coal at least has a purpose, and doesn’t stink to high heaven of hypocrisy.

Now House and Senate leaders are blowing smoke up each other’s hind parts, and doing the cable shows as though they’ve done something monumental. We worked sooo hard for the American people. I think that’s supposed to be your job, right? Glad you finally got that.

But you see, when you never miss a meal, you don’t worry about being fed. These geniuses were in no hurry because they were feeling no pain. First, they deemed themselves “essential”, then Speaker Pelosi played politics to ensure Trump didn’t get a “win” with a COVID stimulus (McConnell also played his part), then they made sure they included all of their corporate and special interest friends.

    Remember:

While Speaker Pelosi is gushing about how proud she is of your pittance of a #StimulusCheck, multiple businesses she and her husband have ownership stakes in have received $3.35M-$8M from the PPP.

Guess what program just got another $284B?

Government, Not COVID-19, Is Killing Small Businesses

The lockdowns have already caused as many as 200,000 small businesses to permanently close. Lockdowns, by shrinking the number of employers, lead to long-term unemployment or lower wages for many workers.

While governments have terrorized small businesses, they have typically deemed the big chain stores “essential businesses” so they can remain open. The lockdowns are thus another government policy that gives big businesses a competitive advantage over their smaller competitors.

The benefits big businesses get from the lockdowns – including fewer competitors, more customers, and a job market with more workers competing for fewer jobs – may explain why many big businesses are not fighting the lockdowns. Instead, most big retail chains are requiring their workers and customers to wear masks. Many big businesses may soon deny service to those who refuse to receive a Covid vaccine.

Resistance to Covid tyranny is growing as more people figure out that lockdowns and mandates are both unnecessary and harmful. This resistance was largely started by small business owners faced with a choice between obeying the government or making sure they, and their employees, can feed their families. Small business owners have been leaders in recent anti-lockdown protests across America.

The Swamp Strikes Back: 6,000 Pages, 6 Hours

Members of Congress Bristle over Being Given 6 Hours to Read Massive Trillion-Dollar Spending Bill

      Even AOC Objects!

Several members of Congress are taking to social media to complain about the handful of hours they have to read the 5,593-page spending bill.

Early Monday afternoon, the behemoth piece of legislation was uploaded, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi scheduled a vote for the evening.

“5600 pages. Votes allegedly in 6 hours,” Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) wrote on Twitter about the $2.3 trillion bill.

“Neither Democrats nor Republicans should vote for this nonsense. There should be bipartisan rejection of this absurdity,” he added.

“Sorry, Speaker Pelosi,” Rep. Mark Green (R-TN) said. “I actually like to read legislation before I cast my vote,” he wrote, adding it would take more than six hours to read the bill.

Rand Paul Demolishes Congress and the Absurdity of Big Government In Blistering Floor Speech

Honestly, posting this amazing speech by Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul should be enough for a decent article.

Paul took to the Senate floor on Monday to rake our own government over the coals for its handling of the stimulus check and the virus in general, and it’s well deserved. As Caleb Hull tweeted out, the 9-minute video is worth every second and has a bit of catharsis attached to it.

Paul starts by torching Republicans who denounce printing money with impunity with one side of their mouth and then embrace this kind of irresponsibility out of the other side. Paul notes that these Republicans might as well join the “everybody gets free money” caucus on the left until the dollar is worth nothing in value.

Paul moves into discussing just how the government spent twice as much money as they budgeted for and that the money we’re handing out to the people is worth absolutely nothing. He warns that the money we’ve spent today is going to be paid for by our children and grand-children with interest. Our debt continues to amas with almost no slowdown thanks to the irresponsible spending of our government.

He warns that our children’s futures are being destroyed by our decisions today thanks to this economic nonsense.

        William Astley

Rand Paul is making the argument that the US spending is absolutely, completely, out of control and that congress is zero help. And the Dems are now telling the world and the US Milt; that they plan to spend the US to death, as soon as possible.

The Federal government has in the last 50 years, naturally become comically inefficient and over staffed. Congress are corrupt. And they need corrupt big institutions to make the thing look legitimate. When evil is institutionalized; changing the politician can no longer fix the problem. That is one of the reasons why the AI is required on the team.

Job creation is not creating pointless jobs in government doing stupid evil things like creating fake project estimates, paying climate ‘scientists’ to create fake ‘scientific’ proof; to do justify doing stupid things that will bankrupt the country at a time of economic war with China.

Left parties exist because of super borrowing from the future. That ‘strategy’ requires party and fake news cheating and lying to hide the fact that it always in the end destroy countries.

When government money is tight, it cannot be wasted on pointless projects like the climate emergency.

The idiot Congress, have worked themselves out of a very cushy job. The idiot Congress have made it super easy for the US milt to do what needs to be done. Congress are the eliots of the US system.

There will be no martial law. Due process is not going to be changed for anyone arrested. I believe there will be a few dozen people who are going to be arrested. The smart DOJ is going to forget about Dem 2020 US election fraud, although most will leave the country.

The big sneaky move to stop all the fighting in Washington is a few guards at every Congress entrance and Supreme Court building entrance and some fences, to keep ‘protesters’ away. What are they protesting? Get Chine to send Biden and Pelosi back. Stop the US Milt investigation in to CIA spending to fix the 2020 US election that just happens to include Dem emails discussing the 2020 US election fraud. Can you see the PR problem the Dems are going to have?

Congress will not be working as the US Milt has evidence that most of the Dems committed 2020 US election fraud; The Supreme court will get a vacation as the US is going to fix problems, in a proper and logical manner.

The Supreme court did not solve any US election problems. The Supreme court is not going to solve the covid problem, the US debt problem, the how to respond to China now problem, fix the US health care problem, and so on.

The US is going to change from a Political government; To a non-political logic/analysis based, AI assisted government because the US is sort of at war (that word will never be used)… A prime objective of the changes is to calm things down. The US and China now have an understanding. There will be no more biological weapon use in the US.

        https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/12/22/rand-paul-lawmakers-perpetuating-lockdowns-by-handing-money-to-states-with-arbitrary-and-unscientific-rules/

“And yet if free money were the answer, if money really grew on trees, why not give more free money? Why not give it out all the time? Why stop at $600 per person? Why not $1,000? Why not $2,000?” Paul continued, pondering when someone will point out the dollar “no longer has value.”

“Maybe these new free money Republicans should join the everybody-gets-a-guaranteed-income caucus. Why not $20,000 a year for everybody? Why not $30,000? If we can print up money with impunity, why not do it?” he asked.

“The treasury can just keep printing the money. That is, until someone points out that the emperor has no clothes and that the dollar no longer has value,” Paul continued.

“To s0 called conservatives who are quick to call out the socialism of Democrats, if you vote for this spending monstrosity, you are no better. When you vote to pass out free money, you lose your soul and you abandon forever any semblance of moral or fiscal integrity,” he said, assessing that the difference between parties is “less Adam Smith versus Marx and more Marx versus Engels.”

The Kentucky Republican further explained the country’s fiscal situation, noting the nation brought in $3.3 trillion last year and spent $6.6 trillion. The deficit was a “record-busting $3.3 trillion,” he said, explaining there is no more coronavirus bailout money and that such extraordinary spending habits have been “going on for decades.”

Apparently, Congress Believes You’re Worth $600 of Fake Money

The newest stimulus bill is worth $900 billion. You’d think that’s a pretty hefty sum to distribute among the peasantry, but as you can see, the nobles in Washington have declared that only 1/5 of that needs to go to the American people.

My colleague Bonchie already wrote an amazing article that details the absolute lunacy of this round of stimulus money and you should definitely check it out.

(READ: Here’s What Happens When Republicans and Democrats ‘Compromise’)

Personally, I’m of the mind that we should receive nothing in terms of stimulus checks and that the better thing to do would just be to open America back up and discontinue this non-effective lockdown nonsense. People already know how to fish, yet various state governments insist they continue to give us fishes and thank them for it.

That’s insulting enough as it is, but then the federal government just handed us a single sardine and patted themselves on the back for it.

Each American will receive $600 out of the $900 billion in the stimulus package. Congratulations.

Where is the other 4/5 of the bill going? As Bonchie pointed out, $82 billion is going to schools that aren’t even open right now. Other than that, your guess is as good as mine.

While I’d like to tell you this the most insulting part, it’s not.

Coronavirus Package Allows Feds to Import More Foreign Workers as 17.8M Americans are Jobless

A spending bill, labeled as a relief package for Americans during the Chinese coronavirus crisis, will allow federal bureaucrats to import more foreign workers to take blue-collar jobs in the United States – even as 17.8 million Americans remain jobless.

A provision slipped into the more than 5,590-page spending bill allows the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Labor Department to import more foreign labor competition against Americans at their discretion.

Specifically, the bill gives DHS the ability to “increase the total number” of H-2B foreign visa workers who can be brought into the U.S. to take blue-collar, nonagricultural jobs that would otherwise go to working class Americans.

DHS Secretaries over the last four years have repeatedly allowed businesses to import more H-2B foreign visa workers above the annual cap of 66,000. Continuation of the policy would come as 24.5 million Americans are unemployed or underemployed. About 17.8 million of those are jobless.

Democrats’ “Stimulus” Bill Gives $600 to Suffering Americans – But Sends More Than $2 Billion to Africa and Asia

The Covid stimulus bill is so big that it had to be wheeled across the halls of Congress.

Lawmakers aren’t even reading the bill before voting on nearly $1 trillion dollars of spending.

Americans are only getting $600 so where is the rest of the money going?

      $135 million to Burma
      $85.5 million to Cambodia
$1.4 billion for “Asia Reassurance Initiative Act”
      $130 million to Nepal
      $700 million to Sudan

House Voting Today on 5,600 Page Pork-Filled COVID Package No-One Has Read, McConnell Wants Unanimous Consent…

Good grief the UniParty is in full swing and they don’t even care what our opinion is about this massive $2.5 TRILLION (approximated because it hasn’t been scored) COVID/Omnibus spending bill that totals over 5,600 pages. [LINK TO BILL]

The actual 5,600 page bill wasn’t populated for public review until shortly after noon this afternoon and staff had an issue putting it on-line. Incredibly, and in keeping with the previous approach preferred by congress, the House plans on voting on this bill today; and Mitch McConnell wants the Senate to pass it by unanimous consent (no recorded votes).

My rough review shows an approximately 70/30 split on the $900+ billion COVID package. Approximately 30 percent +/- of the bill will actually help working class families and businesses on Main Street. Approximately 70 percent of the bill will go to political donors, special interests, environmental lobbyists, K-Street groups who wrote the bill, foreign interests, Wall Street and corporate beneficiaries. NSW records just eight cases out of 44,000 tests

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian says NSW has recorded eight new cases out of 44,000 tests in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.

NSW recorded eight locally acquired cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm last night, and an additional 10 cases in returned travellers in hotel quarantine.

Perspective – Overdose deaths far outpace COVID-19 deaths in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A record 621 people died of drug overdoses in San Francisco so far this year, a staggering number that far outpaces the 173 deaths from COVID-19 the city has seen thus far.

The crisis fueled by the powerful painkiller fentanyl could have been far worse if it wasn’t for the nearly 3,000 times Narcan was used from January to the beginning of November to save someone from the brink of death, the San Francisco Chronicle reported Saturday.

The data reflects the number of times people report using Narcan to the Drug Overdose Prevention and Education Project, a city-funded program that coordinates San Francisco’s response to overdose, or return to refill their supply. Officials at the DOPE Project said that since the numbers are self-reported, they are probably a major undercount.

Biden Gets Vaccine, but Does He Understand It?

President Hopeful still forecasting crisis after his inauguration.

In the days leading up to the November elections Joe Biden told some whoppers on the subject of health care. Perhaps that’s to be expected in the heat of a political campaign. But his post-election comments are harder to figure. Mr. Biden’s Monday Covid-19 vaccination in Delaware proves he now understands that his consistent skepticism about the Trump administration’s Operation Warp Speed was misguided. Yet Mr. Biden continues to promote the same policy agenda based on his original false premise.

Candidate Biden claimed that the president had no plan for addressing the virus and warned that Americans couldn’t trust Mr. Trump to oversee a quick and safe vaccine approval. With today’s vaccination Mr. Biden has effectively rebutted his own campaign warnings.

The outstanding work of the pharmaceutical industry, encouraged and enabled by President Trump, has already resulted in two approved vaccines, and yes, there is a distribution plan. The Journal’s Peter Loftus and Charles Passy report on the newly authorized Covid-19 vaccine from Moderna Inc. :

Moderna Inc Link from above article – and why I will prefer to go with Moderna Vaccine vs Pfizer Vaccine

        U.S. Starts Delivery of Moderna’s Covid-19 Vaccine

During the first week of the mass immunization campaign, Pfizer shipped 2.9 million doses of its vaccine, which largely went to health-care workers and residents of long-term care facilities.

Many hospitals, nursing homes and other sites in more rural areas, however, missed out because they lacked the freezers capable of storing the shots at ultracold temperatures.

These hospitals and other vaccination sites have been waiting for Moderna’s vaccine, which also must be kept cold but at higher temperatures that most standard medical freezers can accommodate.

Another factor making Moderna’s shot more accessible for smaller and harder-to-reach vaccination sites, Gen. Perna said, is the shipment sizes. An order for Moderna’s vaccine contains 100 doses, while Pfizer’s has 975.

George Garrow, chief medical officer for the Primary Health Network, said the health centers it covers across rural Pennsylvania are pleased that they will be among the first to receive the Moderna vaccine this week. They have been preparing for the vaccine since mid-November by training staff in procedures, finding venues to administer it, developing a tracking process to ensure follow-up immunizations and determining vaccine demand among staff and administration capabilities at various clinics, he said.

“We recognized that the Pfizer vaccine was not a good option for smaller Community Health Centers due to the cold-storage requirements and the incremental allotments of 975 doses,” Dr. Garrow said in an email.

This is not over and it is not going to resolved politically. The US political system has been corrupted and paralyzed. As soon as the Dems went to unrestricted political warfare they became a rogue party. A rogue party is a threat to the life and liberty of all US citizens. The Dems have become the problem. Not Trump.

The Dems would have impeached any ‘supreme’ court judge that ruled in favor of Trump.

The Dems plan (unrestricted political warfare)… is that they are going to fill the supreme court with ‘Politicians ‘who are going to make Supreme climate emergency laws other Supreme laws that cannot be changed by Rep.

The Dems are Chinese puppets and the Chinese plan is for the US to spend ourselves to death and fight pointless political battles; while China takes over the world. Chinese Unrestricted warfare against a corrupt defenseless, politically paralyzed US.

This is the last red line. The 2020 US election fixing evidence is over the top. If all parties were playing by the ‘rules’ Trump would have won. Or the Trump would have won and some Dems would have gone to jail. There is no option that allows a rogue party to ‘win’. The US is not a game.

The Supreme court does not solve US problems. It makes problems.
The US congress does not solve US problems. It attacks the US and the president 24/7.

The US people are not going to riot if the supreme court stops sitting until the problem with China is resolved. And people are not going to riot for Pelosi and congress. The Dems 2020 US election fixing is over the top. US citizens will support a thoughtful, effective response to ‘fix’ the problem, not to send a bunch of idiots to jail and to have a bunch of pointless political show trials. That is not going to happen.

In Oct of this year the US Milt found out that Chinese have prepared for a super advanced high-tech biological war that the US Milt wants no part. The Chinese could and it appear have done experiments on altering people that are nazi evil. It is not possible for the US Milt to research, design, and produce nazi evil high biological science. The US Milt would never have wanted to make what the Chinese have made. The US milt is not going to come back with a biological weapon response. The US Milt’s plan is non-violent.

China is now the world leader is evil super advanced and sneaky unrestricted biological warfare that includes the ability to control individual people (like leaders of countries). And the Chinese high tech medical ‘science’ is not all bad.

Some Western leaders have had good medical upgrades including Biden and Pelosi. Unfortunately, when they got the good mods there some evil mods included. And this high tech evil breakthrough is so special China will not let those who have it get ‘examined’. Pelosi and Biden will both leave for China, as per China’s terms in rules of engagement.

One of the BLM founders is involved in witchcraft. Derek Prince’s definition of witchcraft is the knowingly or unknowingly use of evil spirits to control people.
Rob, kill and destroy. This is the basis of the intimidation that is occuring.
There used to be a conservative branch of the Democratic Party that was referred to as the Blue Dog Democrats. In 2010 they were wiped out when a very left wing agenda was introduced. The Democrats are now a communists marxist party. Some of the older folk in America are not aware of the demise of the Democratic Party.
Here the same was carried out. A radical left agenda was also introduced. Senator Joe Bullock had to resign as he would not support this ungodly agenda.

      That indeed is witchcraft.

The problem is, you cant “dabble” with the occult….its a bit like saying you just “dabble” with electricity by putting a live 240V power lead in your mouth. Just as dangerous.

From a Christian perspective, summoning evil spirits means tapping into demonic entities that can and do possess people. Some do it willingly, some may not realize. One of the markers of demonic possession is having a volcanic temper, which goes against the fruits of the spirit in Christian of mildness and peacefulness.

In Luke 4:31-37 you find the story of a man who was demonically possesed. Interestingly you see the demons recognize Jesus….

This is an excerpt from Lomborg’s book False Alarm, Chapter 8 – Why the Paris Agreement is failing.
He comments on NZ’s policies because Ardern ordered estimates of the costs.

It is instructive to look at the case of New Zealand. It was actually the first country in the world to promise to go carbon neutral. It is also the first country to have spectacularly failed, and the first to promise for a second time to achieve the same thing.
In 2007, Prime Minister Helen Clark declared her vision was that the small nation would become carbon neutral by 2020. She was celebrated by the United Nations as a “Champion of the Earth.” If only cutting carbon was as simple as winning attention. New Zealand not only failed to achieve the vision, but also failed even to reduce any emissions. The latest 2019 official statistics show that the country’s total emissions will be higher in 2020 than they were when Ms. Clark’s ambition was declared. New Zealand is on track to be a whopping 123 percent off Ms. Clark’s vision. Yet, in 2018, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern reupped the pledge, promising to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. Legislation aimed at achieving that goal was passed in 2019.
New Zealand is a fascinating case study because, to its credit, Ardern’s government actually asked its leading economic authority to estimate the cost of her promise. Thus, we have what is likely the only official, academically credible estimate of what it will cost to achieve carbon neutrality. This research, undertaken by the leading independent economic think tank in New Zealand, shows that just getting halfway to the target—cutting 50 percent of New Zealand’s emissions by 2050—would cost at least $19 billion annually by 2050. For a small country with a population similar to that of the Republic of Ireland or the state of South Carolina, that’s a big deal, about what the government spends now on its entire education and health care system.
And it is only the cheapest cost of getting halfway to Ardern’s target. Getting all the way will likely amount to more than $61 billion annually, or 16 percent of GDP by 2050. That is more than New Zealand today spends on social security, welfare, health, education, police, courts, defense, environment, and every other part of government combined.
To achieve their promise, New Zealanders will need to accept an escalating carbon tax that ends up so phenomenally high that it would be equivalent to a gasoline tax of $8.33 per gallon. And even the 16 percent GDP cost relies on a fairy-tale assumption that every single policy will be enacted as efficiently as possible. Bearing in mind the evidence that costs double in the real world, it could be 32 percent or more.
The cost doesn’t just start in 2050, which would make it easy to ignore. Getting there requires policies starting in 2020, meaning the costs will start coming in now, ramp up to 16–32 percent in 2050, and stay there for the rest of the century.
Across the century, the cost adds up to more than $5 trillion and could reach beyond $11 trillion. If we imagine each New Zealander paying an equal share of this amount every year across the century, the cost would be the equivalent of at least $12,800 for every single New Zealander, every year. If the policies are done badly, as they have been done so far across the globe, the cost per person could even go beyond $25,000 per year.
As a back-of-the-envelope exercise, if we took the percentage cost of going carbon neutral in New Zealand by 2050 and applied it to the United States, that would imply a cost of at least $5 trillion in today’s money. Not just once, but every single year. That is higher than the entire current federal spending of $4.5 trillion. And again, under realistic assumptions the amount could be closer to $10 trillion a year.
But at least New Zealand will help the world in dealing with climate change, right? Even if the country will be going through a huge and protracted, self-inflicted cost, it will also deliver some good? Yes. But barely.
Let’s get a sense of the size of the impact. If we assume that New Zealand this time will actually deliver on its net-zero promise in 2050 and stick to it throughout the rest of the century, the total amount of greenhouse gas reduction will, according to the standard estimate from the UN’s climate panel, deliver a temperature reduction in the year 2100 of 0.004°F, or about four-thousandths of one degree Fahrenheit. Given the expected temperature increase by around 2100, this means that New Zealand going net-zero by 2050 will postpone the warming that we expected to see on January 1, 2100, by about three weeks to January 23, 2100.
So, New Zealand is considering spending at least $5 trillion to deliver an impact by the end of the century that will be physically unmeasurable. This will make it hard to get Kiwis to support such strong climate policies continuously for the next eighty years. Sooner or later, and likely sooner, a politician is successfully going to argue to dump the net-zero promise that will deliver zilch in a century, and instead double spending on things like health, education, and environment, and get some tax reductions.
THERE HAS NEVER been an official estimate of the cost of the Paris Agreement, nor has there been one that gives a meaningful evaluation of its impact. Looking at the numbers, it is obvious why.
The Paris Agreement will be the costliest pact ever agreed to, by far. It will cost us $1–$2 trillion per year from 2030 onward, if actually fully implemented. Yet the agreement will do almost nothing for the climate: all of its promises will reduce the temperature rise by the end of the century by an almost imperceptible 0.05°F. And none of the big emitting countries are anywhere close to actually delivering on their promises.
Spending trillions to achieve almost nothing is, not surprisingly, a bad idea. Every dollar spent will produce climate benefits worth just 11¢.

However he makes some interesting points, including the fact that Trump is sending White House Staff and DC public servants home (for their own safety).

This is probably a better link to the Plan:
      https://projectcamelotportal.com/2020/12/18/the-plan-america-the-constitutional-republic/

      Key points:

DNI (Director National Intelligence) report was set to be released on 12/18/20, but was strategically delayed to be released and de-classified immediately before or during the new 2021 Congress of Delegation: January 3rd – January 6th.

New Congress sworn in 1/3/2021. Congress of Delegation votes on January 6th. Election formally contested as legally required by 1 Senator and by 1 Member of the House.

The DNI report will be de-classified before the Congress of Delegation meets, and it will show conclusively that China, Iran, Venezuela and others used Dominion to steal the Election.

At that point, certifying the Election for Biden would be treason. They go into deliberation and conference for c. 2-hrs. They emerge from deliberation and conference to certify President Donald J. Trump as the winner of the 2020 Presidential Election.

As far as discerning fact from fiction, this stuff underlines some of the recent changes. This is a story on the Miller Watnick appointments:
      https://www.middleeasteye.net/news/trump-loyalists-promoted-powerful-pentagon-roles-mark-esper-sacking

It is clearly considered a desperate act by the legacy press but fits with preparing for action.

Three loyalists to US President Donald Trump were elevated to powerful positions in the Defence Department after the dismissal of chief Mark Esper and the subsequent resignations of multiple senior officials.

Harris’s lack of initiative to resign from congress is another fact weaved into this story:
      https://pjmedia.com/news-and-politics/matt-margolis/2020/11/30/why-hasnt-kamala-harris-resigned-from-the-u-s-senate-yet-n1180192
Obama resigned on 16 Nov 2008 but Biden hung around till 16Jan 2009 so he could claim 14th longest serving congressman.

Yesterday Ross P asked “Don’t you see the connection between Trump not getting a second term and what will happen with climate policy world wide?”

No, I don’t. Trump didn’t stop the bandwaggon, and Biden won’t accelerate it. But let’s suppose he does. (Well, actually it will be Harris. Biden is too gaga to do anything effective.) If Trump got a second term (just another four years) it would keep on rolling, and the next president would do the acceleration.

This election was more obviously rigged than US elections usually are, but I don’t see why Jo has to devote herself to demonstrating it. There are plenty of other blogs doing that.

      Actually RoHa,

Trump didn’t stop the bandwaggon, and Biden won’t accelerate it.

Biden has said he will put the USA back into the Paris Climate Accord, which means that the Climate Change funding gets turned back on.

Trump did not stop the bandwagon but pulling the USA out of Paris was a big first step. On top of that he has removed restrictions on exploitation of oil and gas in the USA and also cancelled the Obama EPA fuel regs and replaced them with “Affordable Energy”.

That was a lot of activity from Trump and he will do a lot more in his second term, when the blocking Dems and RHINOS are cleared out of the way.

As for for the Global Warming Scam, everything is politics right at this moment. The fate of our world hangs in the balance. You can write about the Climate Scam on the Unthreaded Posts whenever you want.

It’s clear the only Western leader in the world not on the bandwagon of the CAGW scam is Trump. All the rest are well and truly on it including our own PM Morrison. So, it’s not so strange to see the West very happy to see Trump removed, Let’s see if they are successful. I hope not.

RoHa, everything there is to know about the CAGW scam has already been thrashed to death. It’s of no use banging your head against the brick wall when the wall is about to get stronger if Biden becomes POTUS. It all becomes moot once they have a clear road ahead to implement their Great Reset, which includes so called action on climate change. We simply need to hope that Trump remains POTUS if there is any hope of stalling the CAGW scam, which I doubt he can anyway since the rest of the West is on the bandwagon of climate change. If anything, it would be better for their action on climate change to go full speed ahead if Biden becomes POTUS to prove to the world how corrupt it is. The sooner the better. If you really think we can do anything about it, think again. Let the fools do what they want and let’s see the West crash and burn to learn the lesson the only way it can learn, the hard way.

A little glimpse of the level of low quality fiction being peddled out there.

Now the lawyers are starting to go after those publicizing and peddling the fiction, retractions are starting to pop up everywhere.

Here’s Newsmax and then Fox doing a backdown on voting machines and software.

Newsmax Retracts Its OWN Bogus “Election Fraud” Reporting In HUMILIATING Reversal

(And yeah, it IS relevant; the whole theme of this blog currently is based on such fiction).

I have just had another comment rejected by the Australian

For a start, it’s PRESIDENT Trump, whether one likes it on not. Respect the position please. Secondly, there is now so much forensic and statistical evidence of widespread vote rigging in the swing states that a full book could be written on it. There is an excellent 26 page report on how the Dominion machines could be programmed to reject “error” votes at 68% of the input (instead of the legislated 1 in 200,000 allowed) which allowed a human adjudicator to decide who the votes were for and put them back into the count for Biden alone. Plenty of evidence if you look in the right places on the net.

I have written to ask them why any comment I make on voting fraud in the US is rejected and I got a standard reply saying my request was being forwarded to a comments editor but no correspondence would be entered into. Looks like even the Australian is in on the cover up

I noticed repeated references to “Mr Trump” in this week’s Spectator in its Portrait of the Year feature by CSH; he’s entitled to be referred to as “President Trump” in perpetuity and I expect to see CSH taken to task in the forthcoming Letters to the Editor page.

I heard an interview of Dr Jerome Corsi [as much a Dr as Dr Jill] by Bill Still and he was quietly confident that Biden will concede [Harris is yet to resign her Senate seat].

His logic is that POTUS already has overwhelming evidence of corruption. Likens the expected expose’ to Adlai Stevenson showing the U2 photos of missiles in Cuba to the UN after the Russian flat out denial.

Totally unfortunate, but it looks like POTUS for the next 4 years will be Biden/Harris (depending on when Alzheimer’s claims Joe). This means sucking up to CCP and the continual disintegration of the USA (which is, in part, their own Capitalistic fault)

Back in September Summit News put out a good report of public shaming — who and why it is done.
    https://youtu.be/olXipfCKUoo

Personally I believe these people attempting to intimidate others are wusses with a complete lack of humor. What would happen if these wusses were faced with an en masse reaction (of those they wish to intimidate) busting out laughing at them instead of cowering?
Arm yourselves with harmless practical jokes — tinsel bombs, red noses, and clockwork false teeth — more ideas here https://www.amazon.com/laugh-box/s?k=laugh+box . Teach your kids to laugh at these wusses no matter how intimidating they try to be. Laugh to these people while encouraging others to laugh as well. LAUGH LOUDLY AT THEM!

How does one find justice if no lawyer will take his/her case?
