Bannon and Gorka: We have a path to Victory here

You want to talk winning? Get your dose here.

Steve Bannon headed up Trumps election team in 2016, he’s goes through the constitutional process which will kick in if there are too many problems deciding the legitimacy of votes: (This is about 20 – 30 minutes into the live three hour show).

We have no President Elect until the Electoral College chooses a President.

The Secretaries of each State have to certify the votes. If you can’t certify the votes, you can’t have electoral representatives. They need to be in place by December 6.

If no candidate gets 270 votes by December 8, the constitution has a solution. It goes to the House of Representatives for a “Contingent election“. But this is not a vote that Congressmen do.  Instead, States send delegates to the House, and the House votes and decides the President.

The Dems are losing the House vote.  26 Republican States and 22 Democrat States.

Bannon: “The second campaign was a great awakening — the spontaneous Trump trains, the gatherings former communists in South Florida.”

This is a 3 hour broadcast and it’s running live now…. Imagine if this was screening on prime time TV?

Mind you, there are a lot of other paths, other than a “Contingent Election” and even if one happens, its state electors can vote silently as happened in 1825, and we all know how well that might not work if a few delegates can be bought…

” If Biden wanted to heal the nation he would endorse these legal campaigns to investigate voter fraud.”

Gorka: When people ask, “What can I do”?

” Get the red hat on and get out of the house and Protest”

What do we do if bad votes have been mixed with good votes?

If they can’t be verified, they’ve got to go. All of them. We don’t need a do-over.

We had an election. It was November 3. Donald Trump won.

Bannon on Lindsay Graham and others talking about fixing things for future elections:

“Don’t have hearings for future elections. We’re going to sort it out now. Anyone who says it’s “for the future” is just trying to get you to surrender.

The wisdom of the US founding fathers in the way they put together the Constution, is very obvious.

Its a pity Australua didnt have that calibre of leadership…..

Agreed but that wisdom is now more than ever under threat from forces that are determined to bastardise the Constitution until it is no longer recognisable.

Jo has given the cold hard facts of how a US president is chosen above but every MSM/Tech outlet, has taken it upon themselves to declare Biden the winner and world leaders have jumped on the wagon offering congratulations including our own.

People should be thinking if 233 years of election process can be taken away illegally by stealth or bluff whats next?
      Your right to.
      Free speech?
      Bear arms?
      Movement?
      Free trade?
      Private property?

Understood. My take on it is that ultimately it matters not ultimstely what the media says, due process is due process. I think if the Dems try and stop that, then it could get unpleasant.

As YouTuber Styxhexenhammer pointed out, they don’t even have to directly alter the Constitution to violate it. For ecample, they will work with the Billionaire Socialists of social(ist) media to silence free speech, as they have already been substantially doing.

Exactly. The US constitution says money must be gold and silver. But if no one is willing to fight for the rule, “due” process means nothing more than words on paper.

“No state shall coin money, emit bills of credit, or make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts. ~ Art. I, sec. 10, cl. 1.”

As does our Australian Constitution (S.115). “A state shall not coin money nor make any thing but gold and silver coin a legal tender in payment of debts.”

One day we may return to our constitutional form of government, if enough of us decide we’ve had enough of corporate parliaments run by the two-winged uni-parties.

But not the right to have your vote counted in a Federal Election.
Can Trump win two elections with a minority of votes? Does Trump even need to bother? He keeps saying that the SCOTUS will decide. The same court that conservatives like crow about. Remember? How they stacked it with conservatives.
Democracy? Voters? Just trouble makers for a guy like Trump. Trumps new Secretary of defence (after sacking the last one just days ago) will be more amendable to using the military on its citizens than the last one.
        So that’s handy.

Has anyone got a list of the percentage of votes in each county/ state? Are they extremely and unfeasibly high anywhere? If so, that might indicate a fraud, if not we have just a lot of conspiracy theories and no evidence. Can any of the American readers here point me to a definitive source of such a document?

The only connection with the present kerfuffle is that the phrase “stabbed in the back” was coined by an American banker in conversation with General Ludendorff whose partner in crime, Hindenburg, I think, then used the phrase in the Reichstag in July 1919.

This is an interesting video about what happened in the dead of night in Michigan. Yes it is just one incident but it is indicative of what probably happened elsewhere. The Dems tried every trick in the book. Where they got caught out was they were not prepared for the massive Trump numbers because they believed the manipulated polls.

For me here in America, the election drama is almost the least of it. The scariest stuff is the social destruction on the interpersonal level. The wokesters seem out to cleanse the culture of ‘hate’ with hate, and a smug, uninformed, vacuous self righteousness of unequaled proportion. The prospect of getting rid of Trump has weirdly made them worse.

Donald Trump might have won but the election will stand. The American people have been duped. Their hatred for Trump got in the way of the truth. Now we’re going to have higher fuel prices, higher electricity prices, more solar and wind installations and that’s just a start. Hopefully the midterm elections in 2022 will flip the House and Senate (Senate is uncertain at this time because of two runoff elections in Jan. It’s possible there will be a tie in the Senate so Harris would be the tie breaker.)

I’ve been using the Real Clear Politics tally count since day one. It’s the only tally counter that has been correct the whole time, Currently, Biden 256 – 214 Trump. It updates automatically about every 2-3 minutes or so.

          https://www.realclearpolitics.com/elections/live_results/2020/president/

P.S. Keep an eye on the Arizona figures. Biden’s +20,000 lead has now plunged to ~14,600 with about 70-85k votes yet to be counted … +65% of these votes have been heading Trumps way.

Oh … don’t forget that Mr. Biden might have a bit of explaining to do in front of the Senate regarding his son’s laptop.

Only the Left, who were in on it anyway, will kick off. But I think win or lose they were going to deliberately create chaos.

      Consider the situation….

      (1) If laptop holds up as proof, it could prove the Chinese have “owned” said people for possibly 10+ years, maybe even back to VP days.

      (2) Trump has been busy firing key people in Defence like Esper and woman who runs the nuclear football….

      (3) If proven virus has come China, the economuc damage on the US could be considered an act of war againt the US.

      (4) If its proven Chinese money has funded antifa or Dems, its could be considered an act of destablizing the US.

Can anyone see why war with China is not highly likely?

Indeed. There is also a tendency to say, ‘Well, next time we will be on the alert.’ Four years of propaganda, four years to game out what is required to cheat-to-win, four years of white-anting institutions, and four years of weaponised IRS, DOJ, etc, means that next time will only produce a slightly more convincing ‘win’.
Remember, they’re in bed with China now. They are playing by China rules now. Remember how many of its own people China has killed, and keeps killing?

Be careful what you wish for.

If you seek to undermine and overturn the largest mandate in US electoral history, no-one will trust the process ever again. No-one will vote again because there will be no point. The USA will become a banana republic with no bananas.

Note: virtually all the states where the vote is being challenged have Republican legislatures. They set the rules, they organize the counting, not the Democrats.

Facts like that don’t seem to carry much weight with most of the posters here Slarty. What they just don’t seem to get is that Donald Trump is to politics what say Michael Mann is to climate science.

The fundamentalist ravings here about election fraud and the quoting of Steve Bannon as some sort of guru sound like the those of Greta Thunberg. If you want to win an argument you don’t shoot your own credubility in the foot let alone between the eyes.

You don’t give free kicks/penalties to the other side unless you are some sort oof habitual loser yet Trump’s whining speech the other night did just that as has his sacking of his Defense Secretary today.

Back in 2016 I had hoped that the public persona was a front for a clever guy who would actually start to ‘drain the swamp’ as he put it. I was well over the limp wristed Obama years and Hillary was no answer. Unfortunately it seems he is just a self promoting creep who gropes women, brags about it and often carries on like some petulant toddler who needs to do a poo. He makes the North Korean Kims seem serene and in control. Trump was a successful snake oil spruiker for a long time but snake oil is so 2016.

I sort of agree, never saw the plug pulled on the swamp though he knowingly surrounded himself with the swamp creatures.
I had hope as I saw his re-election as our only hope. The way I see it, it matters not who wins the result was always going to be the same, chaos. Divide and divide and divide some more, half of the US now believe the other half is out to get them, We now live in a world where its colour against colour, young against old, female against male, religion against religion, everyone against everyone else, we have been divided down every line as was their plan.
To me it was never Trump V Biden, it was Us V Them. (strangely I’m an aussie and the US election was my only hope?)

“just a self promoting creep who gropes women” On this point he also stated “they let you” this implies consent so no crime has been committed, they let him. Thanks for the civil response MP.

I agree that he did make some decent changes, pulling out of Paris, Iran etc, muscling up generally and delivering some precision munitions to Syria etc. Can’t say I am that across his domestic policies and he was pursued by aa pack of rabid dogs in the media, the FBI etc regarding Russia etc. But then you rack up the sackings, the hissy fits, the COVID fustercluck and utter BS such that the US is approaching its number WW2 deaths and has more than 4 times its Vietnam deaths (now that is a screw up).

Re men and women behaving poorly, I agree broadly but not all men grope women and not all woment flaunt themselves sexually and to some extent invite it or at least deliberately titillate men. As a heterpsexual maale I find the latter to basically be airheads and/or frauds on the make, to be avoided. I would counsel my daughter to be similarly aware and cautious about the former. My wife would simply nut them before giving them a 500 decibel spray. IMO, what females need to do is take the ‘i’ out of girl and slip in at least one more ‘r’s, I much prefer grrrls who don’t need constant looking after or having to go the ‘me too’ route after the fact.

“…the largest mandate in US electoral history”

Hmm, you must have been watching an election other than the US Presidential election in 2020; As it stands now Joe Biden barely squeaked by. If you want to talk about a large mandate, how about this one: Ronald Reagan won 49 out of 50 states in 1984.

      121

      • #

        Ronald Reagan (1984): 54,455,472 votes

          “The largest vote ever.”

Total popular vote is completely irrelevant in the US election, only total number of electoral votes matters so by the only measure that matters, Ronald Reagan had a clear mandate, Joe Biden, not so much.

          60

          • #

Hi RD… stats is on your side. Population in 1984 235m and today 330m.

            235/330 * 76000000 = 54,121,212

            Remarkably similar votes.

            • #
              RicDre

Beside the difference in population, the voter turn out was also different, about 55% in 1984 and I have seen estimates as high as 67% for 2020. Given these differences, the only fair way to compare the Total Popular vote is with percentages and Ronald Reagan wins that with 59.19% of the vote compared to Biden’s 50.54%. Also, Biden only has about 1.5 million more votes than Trump but even Ms. Clinton did better having about 3 million more votes than Trump, so by any measure Biden is a long way from the “largest mandate in US electoral history”

              60

              • #

You can argue from the other view (and I don’t, I’m just throwing it out there) that the 45% who did not turn up were effectively by their deliberate inaction, not supporting either candidate. In that case Reagan was not supported by 72% of people and Biden by 66%.

Arizona 96mile long) and in person curbside rallies in all the states and many cities, including LA in California; BUT more then Obama (the chosen one) in is first election of 2008.

      Exactly Slarty!
That is why The lawyers are seeking to legitimize the Mandate by counting only the legal votes.
Should Trump fail to gain enough electoral college votes I have no doubt he will handover in a polite fashion and not in the gutter dwelling manner by which previous Democrat administrations have behaved.

      have Republican legislatures.

      These States have swamps too.

Remember, Trump has set 71,000,000 people free to determine their own destiny.
Biden has corralled some sheep using propaganda and fear. He does not even have a ‘sheepdate’ let alone a mandate.

Note: virtually all the states where the vote is being challenged have Republican legislatures. They set the rules, they organize the counting, not the Democrats.

Wrong for Pennsylvania. The Democrat governor sought to extend the deadline for mail in votes from 8pm on Election Day to the end of the week and the Republican legislators rejected it. He appealed to me state’s Supreme Court which upheld his appeal. But this violates the US constitution which allows each state to hold federal elections according to laws set by that state’s LEGISLATIVE body, NOT its courts.

Some research at Small Dead Animals

“Trump’s lawsuits are good for American democracy”

“This past weekend I’ve asked two questions to my friends who are afflicted with Trump Derangement Syndrome:

You do realize that Biden has not yet become the President-elect, right?
In the Year 2000, Al Gore rightfully pursued his legal options and things weren’t decided until mid-December. How come Donald Trump doesn’t have the same right to do so?

In many cases I received stunned silence to both of these questions. In a few cases I was met with absolute hostility. But the smarter ones answered ‘Yes’ to the first question and conceded the second.”

Trump is not going to win the US election and he is not going to lose the election, however.

Trump was a sneaky special ‘weapon’. The faith believers will say he has divine help at this point in time. I think it will just be a few good men and women, who will do their job, in the face of danger and evil. My thoughts and friends are with you.

Trump’s secret is he is on the side of good. I would expect good surprises that start over turning the evil. This is the low of the lows. A step, a breath away from chaos.

Election fraud is the stuff of despot nations around the world. One would not expect it to be prevalent in the US. But here we are and it appears to be rife, or is it? There’s so much smoke around it’s hard to know for sure. I just hope the investigation authorised by Attorney General Barr is enough to answer all concerns, one way or the other. If it doesn’t and ends up being some sort of whitewash then I’m afraid democracy in the US is dead, and millions of Americans will then know it to be the case. What happens after that won’t be pretty. So, it would be in the nation’s future for the investigation to be thorough, honest, open and trustful.

My money is on the omelette by design being beyond unscrambling.

My reading is that the republican state legislatures may well need to have the courage of their convictions. If they believe the election was unsafe they need to decide whether to appoint electors or not.

We’ve already seen how weak the lawfare brigade were during the impeachment. None of their garbage would stand in the US supreme court especially not it no longer possible for the dems to automatically get a decision along party lines.

And don’t take your eyes off the Georgia senate elections. Because 51 republicans in the senate is an insurance policy for the nation against unbridled dem power. On the publicly available count they are both set for a run off. But I would like to see the publicly available count tested. I am confident that people with influence will want the figures to be tested too.
