A smart thermostat spy in voting machines sent data direct to China

It seems US state governors made it easy for China to spy on the election

Russell Ramsland speaks at the Georgia Election Hearing about election data being sent directly to China.

It’s looks like… there is a smart thermostat in one of the tabulation rooms in Savannah Georgia that is reporting the votes back to China. We’re going to check that out.

In 29 States your votes were going to Frankfurt Germany…

Patrick Byrne says:

I vouch for this. I have seen the photographs, the computer forensics, and the IP traces back to China. To a corporation whose name has long been linked to CP.

Georgia Tabulating Machine Sent Results to China

Perhaps people in China were getting results before people in the US were?

Simone Gao interviews Ramsland at The Thinking Conservative

Would you like a 17% swing with that tabulator?

Fully 17% of votes were decided by adjudicators in Antrim County.

Ramsland also found in the Antrim County Report (in Michigan), that an incredible 17% of all the votes went to adjudication. There was a “68% error rate”, but because there can be up to four errors (in different parameters) per vote the actual votes switched is lass than 68%. But it means that at least, at a minimum 17% of the votes were decided by someone other than the voter. It could have been as much as 30%. How many other counties did this happen in?

Naturally the hard working adjudicators doing all the overtime were just marking up what the voters really wanted, and all their decisions were recorded in the logs so we know there was no bias. It’s all OK — except the logs that matter are gone.

Key parts of the 2020 logs were deleted manually. Someone really doesn’t want everyone to know how many adjudicated votes went to Biden in this predominantly Republican area.

Democrats are outraged, unhappy, totally fine with that.
Who needs to campaign?

Among a rapid fire list of other anomalies, ballots apparently were also printed on the wrong size paper, and with formatting errors. All of this would be easy to check but Ramsland was not allowed to see the ballots. Perhaps it wouldn’t matter if he had. It’s just one more scandal on top of 500 others for the media to ignore?

To find the secret algorithm to change votes — just read the manual

Ramsland points out that some of the things the CEO of Dominion claimed don’t even agree with his own user manuals.

The CEO of Dominion told the world that there was no algorithm that changes votes, but at 12 minutes Ramsland quotes Section 11 of the Dominion user manual. It describes the RCV algorithm or Ranked Choice Voting. It is used to pick winners. You can set that algorithm to do anything you want. We know it was used in certain races, it’s in the logs.

It came from the SMOTE Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technology — it could give more weight to an underrepresented group — like Hispanics. So all the tools were there in the software for anyone wanting to create mischief.

When too much fraud is still not enough?

For different flavours of dodgy stew, see the longer one hour video of the Georgia hearing II part 2 below. Russell Ramsland, from 6 to 14 minutes, goes through an extraordinary list of evidence.

Imagine a world where the mainstream media and public affairs shows were playing footage like this. The election would be over already. There would have been mass protests in the streets outside State Legislatures if the media were on the side of fair elections.  Such is the power of those who control the national conversation.

The task for patriots today: Build new lines of communication.

How could anyone watch Russell Ramsland and still think the results from November 3 are meaningful or should be upheld, or that the same machines should be used in Georgia in January for the key Senate runoff elections?

Those who control the voting machines control the information and those that control the records of climate control the information .
In this case if we “Homogenise” the election results and get the Orange man out of the way , the rest is easy .

This is where our Bureau of Meteorology could actually be useful. They could apply their ‘correction factor’ to the Chinese thermostats in the voting machines and totally confound the meddlers with grossly misleading data.

Bill, “I wonder if climate change is rigged too?”

    Couldn’t be, could it?

As to the claims of voting fraud and cheating, of course it happened, they knew Trump was going to win in a landslide, and they were well prepared this time.
    No more 2016, not again.

Given that is the case, it would be totally reasonable for Trump to be ready beforehand for any possibility of the election in 2020 being fraudulent on a massive scale and would therefore have set up a sting operation to catch the Democrats in the act. If true, we ought to see an earth-shattering event soon that will wake up a lot of sleepy Americans, and allow him to remain as POTUS. Otherwise, Trump will have to start packing his bags if he fails to win the support of Congress through the Constitutional processes of selecting the POTUS between Jan 6 and Jan 20, with or without the electoral college votes. Of course we will just have to wait and see how it all works out. Not much longer to wait; just a mere three weeks.

Specifically from above Revenge Of The Kraken!

          Election Sting Operation Exposes Corruption.

Subsequently, we received leaked documents from the AFL-CIO, a national federation of labor unions. According to the documents, their leadership was involved in a well coordinated coup-action.

          Five Phases

          1, Now through Election Day
          2. Election Night through Saturday (ish)
          3. Saturday (ish) Through December 8th
          4. December 9th through January 6th
          5. January 6th Through Inauguration Day

This AFL-CIO document spells out in advance when the election results would flip from Trump to Biden.

          Under Strategic Considerations

Trump’s Vote relative to Biden’s will never be better than it will be when Polls close at 10.59 on the West Coast

They anticipated limited time and resources for appropriate legal challenges.

Thank you OldOzzie for this and all your other posts. Although I am convinced by the available evidence thus far (and there is no doubt plenty more we don’t know about) the election was stolen from Trump, it still remains to be seen that Trump can manage to prove it to Congress, and failing that to the American people in general to force Congress and/or the SCOTUS to change their minds, and failing that to use the “nuclear” option, which he may or may not use depending on his convictions about upholding the Constitution. Three weeks to go.

      G’day Mark A,
I agree with “They knew Trump was going to win”, but not the next bit “… in a landslide”. I reckon they completely underestimated the size of his win in the “swing” states, panicked, and in their panic created hugely visible evidence of their panic and their – careful David, naughty word needed here – I’ll substitute “actions”.

        David-of Cooyal-in-Oz you write:

“I reckon they completely underestimated the size of his win in the “swing” states, panicked, and in their panic created hugely visible evidence of their panic”

If the evidence of their panic was” hugely visible” why has Trump lost so many of his lawsuits because of lack of evidence?

Is it because the judiciary and down the country who are hearing these lawsuits, many of whom are Republican and/or appointed by Trump, are falsely claiming the evidence is unsatisfactory? If so this would have to be the mother of all conspiracies

“why has Trump lost so many of his lawsuits because of lack of evidence? ”

Because none of the cases (except for one on Wisconsin) heard the evidence. All these cases have been thrown out on technicalities before the evidence could be presented.
BTW. Most of the cases have not been bought by Team Trump.

          G’day Ian,
It seems to me that the courts, for whatever reason, have not allowed any of the evidence to be heard, not a witness called. And at least several of those decisions have been appealed. I think the phrase “because of lack of evidence” is a media misuse of the language.
I also suspect that in some cases the size of the number of bad “votes” was not as clear, or demonstrable in the early days after the election, and this could have made the courts conclude that they would not change the result in their jurisdictions.
My assertion that the evidence is hugely visible only applies when you look at simultaneous increase in the Biden vote across several states, so I was a bit shorthand above.
But I am guessing from afar.
          Cheers

            What Denying Election Fraud Accomplishes

So, on the one hand, there is plenty of evidence strongly suggesting that the widely observed election fraud took place during the 2020 presidential elections. On the other hand, all we have are assurances of the election fraud–deniers that there was no election fraud, which were later changed to admissions that although election fraud did take place, it wasn’t large enough to sway the results. No verifiable facts that would clearly invalidate the specific election fraud allegations were presented to the public as of the time of this writing, while quite a lot of obstruction of investigations, like denials to subject the vote-counting software and hardware to examination by independent experts, took place. Some of this obstruction had all the appearances of a cover-up.

I must say that anyone who, knowing the above, claims that Joe Biden has received required majorities of legitimate votes to become a duly elected president is either stupid or willing to cover up the truth about the rigged elections that we have allowed to continue in America.

I am not going to analyze the stupid. However, I would like to look into possible reasons why an intelligent observer would opt for cover-up of election fraud if it did take place.

Reason 1: The election fraud–denier wanted President Trump to be removed from the Oval Office.
Reason 2: The election fraud denier-wanted a Democrat to be elected as the president.
Reason 3: The election fraud–denier was afraid of violence that investigation of election fraud may lead to.
Reason 4: The election fraud–denier wants to be “pragmatic” — that is, to accept whatever happened and go along with whatever comes out of it.
Reason 5: The election-fraud denier was concerned that any serious investigation of election fraud might erode public trust in our elections.

I think the reasons you give above are applicable to only a very small number of “fraud-deniers” as most believe the judiciary is not in cahoots with Biden and the Democrats to dismiss lawsuits without due consideration

A couple of commenters have claimed that the evidence has been heard in only one of the 50+ lawsuits. That is not correct.

A brief ruling from Judge James Bass in Chatham County, Georgia on November 5.

The Trump campaign filed a petition citing two Republican observers, who said they suspected a stack of 53 ballots received after the 7pm deadline on election day had been added to a different stack to be counted illegally. There was no other proof to back up their suspicions, and officials testified that the ballots in question had not, in fact, arrived after the deadline.

“The court finds that there is no evidence that the ballots referenced in the petition were received after 7pm on election day,” Judge Bass said.

A decision from Judge Cynthia Stephens in Michigan’s Court of Claims on November 6.

The Trump campaign asked the court to halt the counting of absentee ballots. As proof that misconduct was occurring, it provided an affidavit from one of its election observers, Jessica Connarn.
She said an unnamed poll worker had told her the dates on some mail-in ballots were being changed, leading to invalid votes being counted.

Judge Stephens ruled that Ms Connarn’s testimony, based on third-hand information, was hearsay and therefore inadmissable.

“This evidence is inadmissable as hearsay. The assertion that Connarn was informed by an unknown individual what ‘other hired poll workers at her table’ had been told is inadmissable hearsay within hearsay, and plaintiffs have provided no hearsay exception for either level of hearsay,” she said.

Trump’s lawyers also alleged that Eric Ostegren, another observer, was “excluded” from the ballot review process.

Judge Stephens said the claim was too vague.

“The complaint does not specify when, where or by whom plaintiff was excluded. Nor does the complaint provide any details about why the alleged exclusion occurred,” she wrote.

A ruling from Judge Timothy Kenny, also in Michigan on November 6.

The Election Integrity Fund, a pro-Trump group, was seeking to stop election workers from curing mail-in ballots in Wayne County, a heavily Democratic area which encompasses the city of Detroit. It claimed Democratic Party inspectors were improperly duplicating ballots.

“Plaintiffs do not offer any affidavits or special eyewitness evidence to substantiate their assertions,” Judge Kenny wrote.

“Plaintiffs merely assert in their complaint, ‘Hundreds or thousands of ballots were duplicated solely by Democratic Party inspectors and then counted.’ Plaintiffs’ allegation is mere speculation.

“The motion is based upon speculation and conjecture. Absent any evidence of an improper practice, the court cannot identify if this alleged violation occurred and, if it did, the frequency of such violations.
“Plaintiffs have made only a claim but have offered no evidence to support their assertions.”

In Michigan Judge Timothy Kenny issued another ruling on November 13.

This lawsuit did allege fraud on a massive scale. The plaintiffs filed seven sworn affidavits, most of them from Republican observers, who said they witnessed misconduct at a vote counting centre in Detroit.

A few of the affiants, most notably Jessy Jacob and Melissa Carone, have since featured in public hearings held by Mr Trump’s lawyers, who say their testimony is convincing proof that fraud occurred.

Judge Kenny disagreed. He essentially concluded none of the witnesses knew what they were talking about.

“Plaintiffs rely on numerous affidavits from election challengers who paint a picture of sinister, fraudulent activities occurring both openly in the TCF Centre and under the cloak of darkness,” he said.

“Perhaps if plaintiffs’ election challenger affiants had attended the October 29 walk-through of the TCF Centre ballot counting location, questions and concerns could have been answered in advance of election day.
“Regrettably, they did not, and therefore plaintiff’s affiants did not have a full understanding of the TCF absent ballot tabulation process.

“No formal challenges were filed. However, sinister, fraudulent motives were ascribed to the process and the City of Detroit. Plaintiffs’ interpretation of events is incorrect and not credible.”

Judge Kenny went through the affidavits one-by-one, and explained why he didn’t find them credible.

The judge assessed the claims of Ms Carone the highest profile witness

“Ms Carone, a Republican, indicated that she ‘witnessed nothing but fraudulent actions take place’ during her time at the TCF Centre,” he wrote.

“Offering generalised statements, Ms Carone described illegal activity that included counter tabulating machines that would get jammed four to five times per hour, as well as alleged cover-up of loss of vast amounts of data. Ms Carone indicated she reported her observations to the FBI.

“Ms Carone’s description of the events at the TCF Centre does not square with any of the other affidavits. There are no other reports of lost data, or tabulating machines that jammed repeatedly every hour during the count.
“Neither Republican nor Democratic challengers nor city officials substantiate her version of events. The allegations simply are not credible.”

On December 8, the Arizona Supreme Court rejected an attempt from the state’s Republican Party chairwoman Kelli Ward to invalidate Mr Biden’s victory.

Ms Ward questioned the integrity of Arizona’s signature verification system, along with the process used to duplicate ballots that couldn’t be read by tabulation machines. Her lawsuit alleged election workers had taken votes cast for Mr Trump and changed them to support Mr Biden instead while duplicating them.

It was rejected first by Superior Court Judge Randall Warner, and then on appeal by the Arizona Supreme Court, in an order from Chief Justice Robert Brutinel.

The two courts agreed that some garden variety errors had occurred during the vote count, but saw no proof of misconduct.

Justice Brutinel said Ms Ward had failed to “present any evidence of misconduct, illegal votes, or that the Biden electors did not in fact receive the highest number of votes for office”.
“Elections will not be held invalid for mere irregularities unless it can be shown that the result has been affected by such irregularity,” he wrote.
“The validity of an election is not voided by honest mistakes or omissions unless they affect the result, or at least render it uncertain.”

On December 12 Judge Brett Ludwig rejected a Trump campaign lawsuit which sought to invalidate the result in Wisconsin.

Judge Ludwig gave the campaign hearing where it was free to call witnesses and present evidence.

“On the morning of the hearing, the parties reached an agreement on a stipulated set of facts and then presented arguments to the court,” Judge Ludwig continued.

This is an agreement between both party’s lawyers about what testimony witness would give and what facts would be established at a hearing.

However on the morning of the hearing, it turned out there was no actual disagreement between the Trump team and Wisconsin officials about the pertinent facts of the case.

So, given a chance to give the evidence Mr Trump and Mr Giuliani had been talking about before the court hearing, Trump’s legal team decided not to. It just argued legal theory instead.

Judge Ludwig concluded that Mr Trump’s claims failed “as a matter of law and fact”.
“This is an extraordinary case,” he said (emphasis his).

“This court has allowed plaintiff the chance to make his case and he has lost on the merits.”

There are other instances that clearly show judges have given written reasons why the evidence put before them by Trump’s lawyers was rejected. There is no hidden agenda and shows claims by Trump and others that judges have refused to look at the evidence are not borne out by the facts

Yes Jo Judge Patricia McCullough’s did say Trump would likely win the case but the Pennsylvania.

But that is far from the whole story. Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court allowed the state to complete its certification of the presidential vote won by Democrat Joe Biden, reversing a temporary delay ordered by a lower-court judge and throwing out a challenge filed by state Republicans.

The high court on Saturday rejected an attack on the state’s mail-voting law, saying Republicans waited too long to sue after the law was enacted last year. In a sharply worded order, the Supreme Court turned aside the “extraordinary proposition that the court disenfranchise all 6.9 million Pennsylvanians who voted in the General Election” and throw the decision to the state legislature.Nov. 25 order

SCOTUS on December 8 rejected the Republican bid to reverse Pennsylvania’s certification.of Biden’s win.

I think that concluded the matter and so eventually Trump lost

This is a familiar process. It is common to the regulatory state. The courst, having rigid rules are relatively easy to manipulate. They deal mostly in detail,
and single instances. Anecdotes, if you will. The regulatory state has “proven” in court that Carbon Dioxide is an immediate threat to mankind, to the degree necessary to support the entire corpus of Obama era energy regulation. Look at the court briefs and any such “proof” will be highly elusive.
This is especially true in courts where the standards of criminal matters can be adjudicated. The courts can be leveraged through anecdotal, and peripheral cases to prove anything. Perhaps the best contemporary example is fracking. It is taking place on a huge scale, large enough to vault the US into energy independence.
Ten of millions of people are impacted. The courts are asked to enjoin the process nationally because one landowner claims contamination of his well. The are asked to refrain because one brave defence attorney drinks the suspect water in the courtroom. From whence we conclude what about a nationwide billion dollar enterprise?

There is a database maintained by the Heritage Foundation, among others. One can find thousands of cases of vote fraud documented. The elections, in the vast majority, were fully certified, and no fraud was found. Much later, however, as a full “case” could be developed, with subpoena of all the relevant records,
irregularities could be traced to certain offices, thence to certain people, and documented. Or, more frequently, records were “Lost” or “destroyed inadvertently” and minor civil offences were admitted to (but not vote fraud, of course).

In a rational world we might look at five juridsdictions in a macro sense; they changed how they vote, nominally because of COvide but in ways that one party had been advocating for for many years. They had a result that seemed different from jurisdictions that they had in previous elections matched demographically and in outcome and turnout. And they are unable or unwilling to submit to forensics..If they are unable we prima facia have a problem; this vote can’t be verified.
You may not conclude that is fraudulant, perhaps you enjoy the outcome. But an election that cannot be verifiably traced back to individual ballots marked by authorized voters IS unacceptable, is an invitation to fraud, and those who insisted on same to the point of gaining their methods through extra-legislative means need be suspect for that reason alone.

The Left will continue to insist that there was no fraud and fight like hell to maintain the circumstances that permit it, and I, like any rational person, still know that the kid with the chocolate on his face ate the damn cake.

A Supreme Court in Hiding is Dangerous for Our Country

In accordance with Art VI of the Constitution, every sitting Supreme Court justice has taken an oath swearing that he or she will “support this Constitution.” The Constitution the justices have sworn to protect is predicated upon free and fair elections so that the government reflects the will of the People. When the justices refuse to protect election integrity, they are violating their sworn oath and putting our constitutional republic at grave risk.

This article discusses their inaction and warns of the consequences if the justices continue to run and hide.

Americans paying attention to the 2020 Election must be baffled by our courts. A thousand sworn statements about election wrongdoing, bizarre 4 a.m. “vote spikes” for one candidate, hundreds of thousands of ballots driven from one state to the another, counting machines with 68% error rates, etc., etc. Such claims should at least get a day in court.

Yet so far, they can’t get a sniff. With few exceptions, no state or federal court in our country has had the courage to look at the merits of these claims. The most significant challenge to our Constitutional Republic since the first Civil War can’t get a parking ticket.

Tom Fitton Judicial Watch : Hope for a Failed Election

Clear evidence is being exposed that the 2020 election was fatally compromised. The facts strongly suggest that Donald Trump won the election. But time is running out to set things right, and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Major conservative and grassroots leaders stand behind a lawful election, I signed with them a statement that pushes back on the propaganda designed to make Americans accept failed elections:

Dirty voter rolls were and have been a major problem. A September Judicial Watch study revealed there are 1.8 million excess, or ‘ghost’ voters in 353 counties across 29 states. In contested Fulton county Georgia, there was a voter 109% registration rate – that is, more names on the rolls than eligible voting age citizens. Similar problems were uncovered in Pennsylvania, Nevada and Michigan, among other states.

If Brooks and one Senator object to certain state elector slates, then all bets are off. On January 6, Republicans may control the Senate and have strength in the House. I’ve reviewed the law and political precedent closely and found that the law is confusing and precedent shaky. Combine this uncertainty with the intense outrage of tens of millions of voters who feel disenfranchised and one has the making for a less than certain affirmation of Biden’s “win” by Congress.

Again, just one Senator could step up and begin to change the course of history – and give us a second Trump term.

Tom Fitton is president of Judicial Watch, a nonprofit educational organization and a national leader in the effort to ensure fair and clean elections.

          Hello again Ian,
I’m sorry I didn’t record who posted this link in the last few days, but I do say Thanks to that person. The report is very well done and its tables are great, showing the differences as well as the common flaws in the swing states. I’ve only finished reading it today.
That there are differences has made it easy for the anti-Trumpers to claim there is no “widespread fraud” and difficult for investigators to discover the details of what happened. This spells it out rather well.
And there is one common factor: all the changes assist Biden.

In the last video @ around 54:30 there was a lot of talk by Susan Voyles about mail-in ballot papers being copies and pristine. Is it or is it not OK for mail-in ballot papers to be copied before they are counted? If it is permitted then the lack of folds would be normal, the feel of the paper would be different and the duplicate makings on each copy would be normal due to the photocopying or scanning process. So, what’s all the fuss about? If it’s not permitted to make copies then fraud has been witnessed by her and it can be proven simply; just get access to the ballot papers in question. Also, the people who questioned Susan Voyles should know whether the copies are valid or not, and immediately resolved the issue one way or the other on the spot. Given they gave the appearance they didn’t have a clue convinces me they just wanted to brush the whole affair under the carpet, and points to the election being fraudulent. Either that or they are totally incompetent and should all resign or sacked from their positions, whoever they are.

WATCH: Fire destroys Rochester, New York printing business after Nashville bombing and fire

Authorities say the reason more people weren’t injured is because a warning announcement was made from the RV for some time before it exploded. A woman’s voice could be heard, apparently recorded, telling those within earshot that “This area must be evacuated now. If you can hear this message, evacuate now.”

Police reportedly said the van had also broadcast the 1964 hit song “Downtown” by Petula Clark.

If such acts are to cover up evidence of election fraud then Trump has the right and the obligation to use the “nuclear” option if he fails to be selected as the POTUS by Congress. That option of course is the Insurrection Act of 1807 and the EO’s of 2018. He will then have to run a fresh round of elections with total transparency monitored by the military. That is if he doesn’t have proof already to expose the fraud and convince most Americans that he must remain as POTUS. Three weeks to go.

PeterS, Given the number of times the Democrats have chosen to toss out observers and hide ballots, audits, signatures etc, Trump already has enough evidence to convince a majority of citizens that there is reasonable doubt. The Dems have “guilt guilt guilt” written all over, but with the media simply never allowing those arguments to be made — how will he convince the people, and in such a short space of time?

Sadly – having proof is not the same as being able to show proof. Without media commentators showing their shocked faces, their disapproval, they can it appears gaslight the nation.

The difficulties of the “nuclear option” are several, it seems. Invoking the Insurrection Act might well be considered illegal by multiple courts (both federal and state), Donald Trump has no powers to seize voting machines and re-do any elections, he seems to have very modest public support from most GOP politicians, very little support from the mainstream media, and no indication of support from the military – in fact the opposite.

He might not even have support from VP Mike Pence, or much of Cabinet. It could well fizzle before it got off the ground.

FBI investigating possible 5G conspiracy theory as motive behind Nashville bombing

FBI agents working on the Nashville Christmas bombing have asked former associates of Anthony Quinn Warner if he was paranoid about 5G technology. The local computer and security expert has been named by the FBI as a “person of interest” in the Christmas day bombing in Nashville.

According to News 4 Nashville, a local NBC affiliate, “Realtor Steve Fridrich contacted the FBI after reading Warner’s name, as for several years, a man by the name of Tony Warner had worked for him for several years doing information technology work.”

Fridrich confirmed that agents asked him whether or not Warner was paranoid about 5G technology but Fridrich told the FBI that Warner had never spoken to him about that.

Developing: Dominion’s Anti-Trump Executive Eric Coomer Owns Patents on Adjudication Process That Investigators Found Skimmed Votes From Trump in Michigan

In 2010 Eric Coomer joined Dominion as Vice President of U.S. Engineering. According to his bio, Coomer graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics.

Eric Coomer was later promoted to Voting Systems Officer of Strategy and Security at Dominion. Coomer has since been removed from the Dominion page of directors.

Joe Oltmann said he never saw such hate and vitriol coming from someone who has a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics. Oltmann explained to Michelle Malkin in an earlier interview that Coomer actually re-posted the ‘Antifa manifesto to President Trump’ on his Facebook page.

Oltmann told The Gateway Pundit he believes Eric Coomer is mentally ill and a sociopath. Coomer plays the corporate executive during the day and an unhinged Trump hater and Antifa supporter in his private life.

From what I have read I have a theory that the Trump vote was way more than the Democrat enablers had anticipated. They had prerigged the elections by providing false votes through the mail in ballots. However when it became obvious Trump was getting way more votes than anticipated they had to go for plan B which involved trucking in extra votes, hastily prepared to make up the chasm that occurred . When preparing to defraud the measures they took to stop the voting, send observers home, begin recounting and have virtually all the votes counted clandestinely for Biden created such red flags that the only way to commit such fraud and get away with it is to destroy all evidence, obstruct all enquiry, have a complicit judiciary , and media and generally stonewall until it becomes too late.
If Trump would’ve got the original votes expected there would’ve been no need to turbocharge the fraud and bring it so much into the open.
Yet even with such blatant cheating unless you read the JoNova website ( or similar information sites) you’d have no clue what’s going on.
I think the fraud organisers had originally planned for Biden to make a gradual Vote by mail recovery as counting progressed which would’ve been less suspicious. However it became clear that they had to orchestrate these midnight dumps to make up the unanticipated leeway or they would’ve run out of available votes to count.
The other fraudulent activities that have been noted using the machines and lack of compliance are less obvious than the inexplicable midnight dumps. It is no coincidence that in Florida the count was completed very quickly and therefore could not be reversed by a midnight dump of votes. I have no doubt there was still widespread fraud attempted there but the result could not be reversed by a Plan B strategy. They just did not have the time to do anything about it. I also suspect that the Florida result also resulted in the fraudsters becoming more desperate to ensure that other states were then manipulated to get the right result. Consequently it became clear early in the election night that action had to be taken in other states thus trucks arriving in the middle of the night probably occurred in more than just one state.
It’s frustrating as a Trump supporter to know that indeed this was stolen in the same way I know that the global warming movement is a scam but you just have to hope that enough honest people see these deceptive narratives for what they are and we avoid the catastrophic consequences that a leftist controlled globe would bring to us all.

I see a lot of frustration here. Be patient, just a mere three weeks to go to see who will end up as the POTUS. A lot can happen between now and Jan 20 from behind the Trump team. There were a number of situations in the past where the POTUS was not finally selected until well after Jan 6 and just prior to Jan 20. It might happen again. One thing is for sure, Trump has not given up. Whether he has the proof to convince the vast majority of the American public the election is a fraud and blow the lid off the Democrats to expose them as traitors, only time will tell. Three weeks to go.

BREAKING: GOP Legislators Sue Vice President Mike Pence In Effort to Overturn 2020 Election

On Sunday, GOP legislators filed a lawsuit against Vice President Mike Pence in an effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election in President Donald Trump’s favor.

All eyes are on the Vice President considering he will be in charge of looking over the January 6th meeting with Congress to count the total electoral votes.

The group filed the lawsuit against Pence in his capacity as vice president in a federal Texas court. The lawsuit reportedly asks for the judge to overturn Trump’s losses in battleground states.

Along with Gohmert and Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward, Students for Trump COO Tyler Bowyer, Arizona Republican Party Executive Director Greg Safsten and Maricopa County Republicans Second Vice Chair Nancy Cottle are asking federal Judge Jeremy Kernodle to let Pence declare who the electors are on Jan. 6, according to The Daily Beast.

[…] are asking federal Judge Jeremy Kernodle to let Pence declare who the electors are on Jan. 6, according to The Daily Beast.

It is unlikely that this case will go anywhere, for two main reasons:

          (1) Lack of standing – in a large number of the Trump (or Trump-related) cases filed so far, the judges or justices have ruled that the plaintiffs (in legal terms) are not directly affected by the Biden win; and

          (2) All of the swing states except Pennsylvania have laws that allow those states to replace any “faithless” electors with “faithful” ones – in other words, the only electors that Mike Pence can count are those that are there as a result of the popular vote, and certified by the state governor.

It is highly unlikely that the Federal District Court or the Supreme Court will intervene in favour of the plaintiffs on either of these two grounds. And the courts will be even more reluctant to intervene, since there are no legal rulings anywhere that the elections in the swing states were subject to fraud.

And even if the 20 Biden electors in Pennsylvania were replaced by Trump electors, it is insufficient to change the outcome, and Biden gets to 286 votes.

Covid menace in check as NSW gears up for 2021

      The Australian Editorial

From 253,235 COVID tests in NSW last week, 61 new cases were identified. The source of 53 cases is known; but not of the other eight. Ongoing high levels of testing are vital, as Dr Chant and NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian point out. Extensive testing adds to the confidence of medical authorities and the public that new strands of the insidious disease are not making their way through the community undetected.

This Tennessee Data for Masked vs. Unmasked Counties Would Be on Every Front Page, if Results Were Different

As you may have heard, we’ve sort of got a “casedemic” problem here in Tennessee. That means lots and lots (and lots) of people are testing positive for COVID-19. That’s about all we know for sure, of course. Nevertheless, hand-wringing from media, politicians, and local ‘health authorities’ is seemingly neverending, as are local reporters in my neck of the woods being filmed standing in front of that FEMA body truck they don’t bother to tell us has been sitting in front of the regional hospital, unused, SINCE MARCH. Hospitals aren’t overwhelmed by any measure, and even the death toll isn’t really all that impressive either considering that Tennessee is actually below the national average in deaths per million and most people who are dying are either already super old or super sick.

Indeed, while COVID does tragically hit some people hard, most ‘cases’ are quite mild and often non-symptomatic, driven by panic at every sniffle or people being forced to test for work and other reasons.

Tennessee has been awash in COVID ‘cases’ for months, but mask mandates have made virtually zero difference. Here’s a comparison of 8 ‘masked’ vs 9 ‘unmasked’ counties in the geographically similar region of East Tenn from Oct 1 – Dec 22. Mask mandated areas actually did worse!

Where has the influenza mortality gone?

Of notifications of laboratory confirmed influenza in the year to date, 0.17% (n=37; 1 death per 575 notifications) were notified to the NNDSS as influenza-associated deaths. This is the lowest rate of influenza associated deaths reported in the last five years, and is a 50% decrease from the 5 year mean (n=0.34%, 1 death per 293 notifications)

The NSW stats are currently presented in the covid report.

Reported influenza infections are down, as are deaths.
      pp28

No influenza deaths have been reported in NSW since April 2020. The number of influenza-related deaths identified via Coroner’s reports and death registrations from 1 January to 13 December 2020 is lower than the same period last year (12 deaths in 2020 compared with 331 in 2019) 2 . Two-thirds of the deaths were in people aged 65 years and over.

Tel Aviv research: 99.9% of COVID-19 virus dead in 30 seconds with UV LEDs

The study is the first of its kind in the world.

Ultraviolet radiation is a common method of killing bacteria and viruses. Now, researchers from Tel Aviv University have proven that the novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, can be killed efficiently, quickly and cheaply using ultraviolet (UV) light-emitting diodes (UV-LEDs) at specific frequencies.

“We discovered that it is quite simple to kill the coronavirus using LED bulbs that radiate ultraviolet light,” said Prof. Hadas Mamane, head of the Environmental Engineering Program at Tel Aviv University’s School of Mechanical Engineering, who led the study with Prof. Yoram Gerchman and Dr. Michal Mandelboim.

She said that the UV-LED bulbs require less than half a minute to destroy more than 99.9% of the coronaviruses.

    Meanwhile the US Media

While the US Media Serve as China’s PR Division the Chi-Coms are Targeting Journalists

Reports from China are that Zhang Zhan has been handed a 4 year jail sentence, a result of photographs and reports she filed about the outbreak of the formerly-named Wuhan Virus. The citizen journalist, previously a lawyer, traveled to the Wuhan region at the start of the pandemic outbreak and she filed a number of posts on the effects and the governmental response. After months of her recording and sharing her findings she was picked up by authorities and brought to Shanghai.

The galling aspect is that when witnessing the treatment of those in their own profession by thee authorities our journalists are not as bothered by these actions, and a cynical approach is rarely taken in regards to the official government statements. When it is shown the Chi-Coms are controlling the messaging in the press and going so far as to create waves of false social media posts that praise the leadership this basically demands a harder look into the facts.

Instead our media complex — which loves to claim they are charged with holding the political class accountable — is content to simply repeat the party line from China. It is enough to make one question which party of which they are members.

      Never talk to the “media”

Here’s just one example of how they operate. This is just one reader comment from the post by Vox I’ll put in at the end…

      *****
Some levity is in order to illustrate the nature of the media:

The Pope was asked to give a blessing during the christening of a new Italian Navy ship. A podium was set up outside on the bow for the event. He arrived on the chilly and blustery morning, walked solemnly to the microphone, adjusted his tall mire and began his speech. Suddenly a strong wind whipped across the bow from the berth, ripping his mitre from his head, which unceremoniously tumbled along the deck and sailed over the bulwark and violently into the water. There was a collective gasp and paralysis from the crowd and security when his guards and even the helicopter began launching into action. Immediately, the quickly but calmly raised one hand and said, “Stop! I will recover my dress!” He then jumped off the podium and leaped graciously over the side landing firmly on the water. He then calmly strode to the mitre, plucked it from the water, shook of the water, examined it and then placed it squarely and firmly back over his head. He turned, walked back to the berth, up the ladder, down the side of the ship past the cars and crowd, up the gangway and back to the podium where he winked to the astonished audience and resumed the blessing as if nothing happened.

The next day, the Press, using a font larger than that since announcing the end of WW2, splashed the headline across the tops of their front pages: “THE POPE CAN’T SWIM!”

And that is all you need to know about the “Press”.

    Free and fair elections.

What a joke! Voting for politicians so they can:

    1) Inside-trade with inside govt knowledge with total impunity.
    2) Pay-to-play, and no one even blinks.
    3) Protect a media clique of lie addicts and fund them.
    4) Legislate as much pork and pay rises as possible.
    5) Destroy civil Police forces so only armed soldiers remain to respond to breakdown in law and order.
    6) Support Courts which have a more corrupt criminal class in them, than the prisons do.
    7) Create only deficits.
    8) Weaken sovereignty and borders.
    9) Make gender “reassignment” changes to children ‘normal’, and usurp the natural parental “Guardian’s” basic role and responsibilities to guard children against wrong and harmful influence and practices, and replace that with a state-approved a-moral and totally criminally negligent legislated legal monstrosity – so we’re all ‘Wards of the State’ now.
    10) To systematically eliminate free-speech and more closely approximate the corrupt authoitarian wonderland that is China.
    11) To enable the total corruption and unhinging of the entire education system, and do absolutely nothing about rectifying it, while forever spending more and more on it.
    12) To eliminate male and female and the concept of gender and its basic biological difference.

I could add to that but there’s literally no end to the depraved abbreviations of govt and media-driven “public debate”, in 2020.

And in our case, to fine and impair those who didn’t vote for such govts that do these things to us, the very same incompetent and lying dopes who can’t even run a basic quarantine process, because they were too preoccupied with selling us out to China, and running through their talking-points and the script for their next scheduled press-conference instead of doing the job description they are paid to do.

So they then blame the electorate for rationally not voting to have snakes in the grass.

The Guarantee Clause, The Electoral Count Act of 1887, The DNI Ratcliffe Report on Foreign Interference and VP Mike Pence

Amid our national discussion and evidence of wide-spread mail-in ballot vote fraud; and considering the January 6th role of the Senate to certify the 2020 presidential election; and considering a report from Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, is forthcoming with previous assertions of “foreign interference”; and considering five states are sending dual sets of electors; there has been some discussion about “The Guarantee Clause” within the constitution and how it might uniquely apply to 2020.

Here’s the discussion as best I can explain it:

    40

      Tilba Tilba

Again, this is all uncharted territory. However, there are people claiming this process could work to keep President Trump in office. The disqualification of the contested state electors under this argument would ultimately fall upon Vice President Mike Pence who is also President of the Senate and in charge of the January 6th electoral vote certification.

The questions raised in the link are quite well argued, particularly in relation to the breadth of the Guarantee Clause, however I think it is a bridge too far to state that VP Mike Pence has powers to decide whether the electors (electoral votes) from a particular state are valid or not.

In fact the Electoral Count Act of 1887 provides a fairly clear process for this: if there is a objection (or competing electoral slates), the two chambers vote on it separately, and both must agree to an action. If they do not agree, the electoral slate certified by the relevant state governor prevails.

The Act is also fairly clear to state that VP Pence chairs the Joint Session and maintains order, and “opens” the envelopes, but the role is essentially ceremonial. And it has to be that way – the incumbent Vice President could have a huge stake in the outcome, either seeking re-election as VP or election as the next president.

It seems to me from my reading, that the only pathway for Trump was to (a) prove widespread fraud early on, and (b) to have the swing states re-consider their certification(s). But neither of these happened, and both would seem very unlikely at this late stage.

The federal courts are also extremely unlikely to intervene in the political process either, on Jan 6.

There is a serious lesson here – if you are getting preprinted ballots from China, make certain that the filled-in blanks have some serious dithering rather than a perfect halo!

Yes that’s a very serious lesson but a far more pertinent one is if the US is to remain a Constitutional Federal Republic the whole election process by the various ballot schemes need to be scrapped and replaced with a single transparent one that guarantees the people’s vote does indeed count. Hopefully, if Trump remains POTUS he will will do just exactly that to avoid a repeat of the 2020 election fraud. Otherwise, the US ceases to be true Republic.

The US has a unique from of a Republic thanks to the founding fathers who were responsible for the formation of the Constitutional Federal Republic whereby the Constitution is the supreme law of the land in certain critical areas, there are divisions in state and federal levels (Federal), and the people hold the power but elect representatives to exercise that power (Republic). It’s not perfect of course but is some ways I do envy it compared to our rabid Democratic system. The problem arises when various leaders, agencies and even courts actually go against the Constitution regardless of their party affiliation. It’s worth fighting to preserve the Constitutional Federal Republic or else the US becomes much like a banana republic whereby elections are meaningless due to fraud.

I think the people involved have ‘Mounted the tiger’
This is moving in the direction of open war with China.
The CCP have been at war for decades, but the west desperately wants tp pretend otherwise.
It might not go ‘hot’ but even a ‘cold’ war and economic disengagement will hurt a lot of very powerful people in the west.
For the average Joe, however not having to compete with CCP slaves will be a boon – Once western manufacturing ramps back up.
The biggest gains will be made by to lowest rung of western society.

All the smoke and mirrors. I know the ballots can be complex but surely the amount of manpower spent at all these hearings would be better served just doing a complete hand recount. There is a time when you just get into it and get the job done. No machines – check that all the mail in ballots are from legal voters; then check that there are no more mail-in votes than envelopes; then count all the legal votes.

The alternative is simply to accept that the election was unlawful. Surely the evidence that the voting machines (not the pole pad) were altered over the internet is sufficient to declare the voting process unlawful.

Clearly the laws are there for a reason. If the law is broken then the vote is unlawful – end of story. Sorry folks those in charge of the voting process stuffed it up. Next step please – check the constitution.

Note to self – when election rigging, make certain that the number of votes match the number who voted. In others words, for every added vote destroy one vote!

      Sorted for 2024.

Yawn! Another bombshell revelation that will just be ignored. 20 years ago evidence like this would definitely overturn a result and initiate an immediate enquiry. But this involves Trump so everything is suspended including the Constitution. Seriously, even if Biden himself came out and confessed his victory was the result of fraud, that would also be ignored. And if it somehow got to court, it would be dismissed for “No standing” or “laches” or any number of other procedural technicalities. The only hope now is Congress but I’m not holding my breadth. I’m predicting Mike Pence will come out and declare himself a RINO (as if we didn’t already know). Apparently Pence is jumping on a plane for overseas immediately after the declaration of the Winner of the 2020 Election. That does not suggest he’s hanging around to congratulate Trump. This is what a Judas does.

The 2020 US election fixing and covid are part of the same plot. China is implementing their evil plan…. As if they care nothing about the human lives who will be changed forever.

And as if they believe it is impossible that their evil plan could be discovered or defeated (by let’s say Vit D, this is the weirdest story in human history). If all the citizens of a country emulated the Chinese, and took Vit D 4000 UI/day, that action and result would defeat the Chinese plan.

The release of new deadly version of covid and the release of a version of covid that was designed to defeat the new vaccines is a very big deal.

It appears that Covid, the man-made thing was designed to terrorize the Western countries. Logical proof of that assertion is:

China 1.4 billion people, 21 new covid cases. (No lockdown, air traffic 80% of normal, no restrictions, economy is doing fine)

UK 68 million people, 41,300 new covid cases. (43% of the population in the highest lockdown protocol, largest drop in economy in history, currently in free fall without a prayer)

How is that possible biologically? Are Chinese humans different than UK humans?

UK covid patients are now reporting experiencing the real sensation that they are constantly and cannot stop smelling Sulphur smells, sickly sweet smells, sickly smells, ….. that do not stop.

That is an imaginative way to terrorize, the citizens of the US and the world.

And the UK has now report that the new version of covid that has 14 mutations, including 7 on the spike is spreading 70% more rapidly. The South African version of covid that was discovered in the UK severely reduces the effectiveness of the new 95% effective vaccines.

    https://www.foxnews.com/health/coronavirus-long-haulers-reporting-fishy-sulphur-smells-reports

Coronavirus ‘long haulers’ experiencing fishy, sulphur smells: reports

“Most things smelled disgusting, this sickly sweet smell which is hard to describe as I’ve never come across it before,” Lynn Corbett of Selsey in England told Sky News.

If all the citizens of a country emulated the Chinese, and took Vit D 4000 UI/day, that action and result would defeat the Chinese plan.

Alternatively in sunny climes, get 5 to 15 minutes a day direct sunlight exposure (face, arms and lower legs).
I’ve noted the US reports that 90% of COVID deaths involve people with long term deficits in vitamin D levels, suggesting the deaths could have been avoided if those folk had acted to restore optimal levels. It’s a plausible hypothesis and provides a neat explanation for the greater succeptibility of older folk, particularly those in aged care facilities.
But why manage our own vitamin D status when we can wear decorative masks and let public health authorities manage our whole lives?

Having endured the longest continuous lockdown on the globe, I can speak with some authority that Covid is easily eliminated through attention to detail and a lot of discipline; self imposed or mandated.

Australia currently has 143 active cases. There were 3 locally acquired new cases yesterday and all from known sources. The latest quarantine failure now appears to be under control.

The choices are to let it spread and suffer the medical treatment overload or take brutal but decisive action to eliminate the virus. The latter is no doubt challenging for the UK because of its reliance on the rest of the world for its essential inputs. China took the brutal action that had the rest of the world gobsmacked back in February. Most other places have fiddled at the fringes by comparison. Victoria an exception with Do Pi Dan taking lessons from his paymasters in China.

UK Journalist Hounded After Pointing Out That Only Old And Sick Die From COVID

A British journalist has been targeted by an angry online mob after pointing out that only a relatively small amount of healthy people have died from COVID, and suggesting that the complete destruction of our way of life is not an adequate response.

The number of Covid-related deaths in England involving individuals under the age of 60 and free from a pre-existing condition is 377. This is for the entire period of the pandemic.

“That’s not a typo. There are no zeros missing,” Hartley-Brewer noted urging that while it is sad, it shouldn’t justify the shutdown of the economy and the house arrest of the entire country.

Leaving aside the fact that trump handily won antrim county, which also does not use modems in any form, and had a reconciliation with the paper record, one point stands out.

The Chinese (or, in fact any boogeyman) are so so clever that they can both link to and alter results in the tabulator machines, (not the voting machines) but are stupid enough not to hide the destination IP address?

No standard of proof required; just opinion on the legitimacy of the elections. Almost certain objection in the House with around 30 congressmen prepared to object.

Love the fact that Democrats will challenge Iowa result in the house! But not proper for GOP to challenge votes in PA, GA, MI.

So by Virtue Signals – you are commenting about morals, not the post or the topic? A green thumb means what then, in terms of morals, and a red themb?

however, when you add the word signal – it operates on the meaning of the word virtue to give you this definition “Virtue signalling is a pejorative neologism for the conspicuous and disingenuous expression of moral values with the intent to enhance one’s own image.”

Mind you, a good education would have elucidated this for you

There are no morals to signal in a thumb, no virtue to signal. By your own definition you cancel your own comment, I guess with you its a cultural thing.

The point of the comment was you and your mate have no moral ground to stand on, you lost credibility.

If we ran the US election again in the 6 key swing states, but this time in strict accordance with their own state constitutions, such as verified voter registrations, strict identification protocols, unhindered poll watchers, dual party adjudication, no suspect vote counting machines, surveillance camera’s in every voting centre, and all votes collected and archived for comprehensive checking if required etc. Would the result be different? Despite what any court or legislature may find, I cannot imagine anyone answering ‘no’ to this question. Now add to this, zero big tech suppression, no google search algorithms to control the conversation, a balanced media with all stories covered fairly with no partisan fact checking. Would this change anything? Of course it would. The election was stolen, it is that simple.
