Dynamite: “There is almost a billion dollars a year going into the FDA Budget from the people we regulate”

Project Veritas has caught an FDA executive on hidden camera admitting that Big Pharma pay hundreds of millions to the agency that decides whether their products get approved for use. He explains that the next goal is annual “recurring” vaccines, mandated. He talked casually about the lack of good research and how the vaccines have not been as effective as they were expecting.

This kind of expose is so important for all the people who find scientific arguments difficult. Everyone understands corruption.

Christopher Cole, an FDA Executive Officer with twenty years experience:

“The drug companies, the food companies, the vaccine companies, they pay us hundreds of millions of dollars a year to hire and keep the reviewers to approve their products.”

“…if they can get every person required to get an annual vaccine, they get a recurring return of money going into their company.”

“Just from everything I’ve heard… they’re not going to Not approve this.”

“My agency overseas vaccines”. “My office clears all the emergency approvals”

Biden wants to innoculate as many people as possible So you’ll have to get an annual shot.

It hasn’t been formally announced yet, because they don’t want to rile everyone up…

It’s going to be a gradual thing. Schools are going to mandate it.

There is so much money, how could this NOT be happening?

Pfizer brought in $37bn (£27bn) last year from Covid vaccines, and is projected to make $32bn in 2022, plus another $22bn from Paxlovid — the expensive antiviral. Net profits increased by $13,000 million from 2020 to 2021. As I’ve said before, Pfizer would not be looking after its own shareholders if it did not “grease the wheels” of the approval committees — both to make their own products easy to approve, and also to use the FDA and TGA committees to ban the competition, like Ivermectin, HCQ, and small competitors like the Australian vaccine makers. The problem here is not Capitalism, it’s the power of unaudited, unaccountable committees like the FDA and the TGA. Think about how much control they have over your daily life, and how little power we, the people, have to even get honest answers and full transparency. The Pfizer data used to force this drug on our children is still hidden.

The forced annual shot is coming if we don’t stop it

FDA executive officer is caught on hidden camera admitting Biden will force an ANNUAL Covid shot that would be a ‘recurring fountain of revenue’ for drug firms

Michelle Thompson, DailyMail

‘Biden wants to inoculate as many people as possible,’ Cole said during a February 3 conversation inside a restaurant, according to footage obtained by Veritas. ‘I think it’s going to be a gradual thing. Schools are going to mandate it.

Quotes from the recording:

“I don’t completely agree with the process. They’re looking at trying to inoculate kids under five years old. … All the tests aren’t there.”

The EUA is important. The “emergency” allows a much lower standard to approve drugs:

It’s an EUA for all age groups.

The efficacy data doesn’t have to be that high.

It (just) has to do more benefit than harm.

Normal drug approve needs far longer studies and higher efficacy.

There’s always a chance for a long term effect.

It’s harder to find like pregnant women for these studies. They haven’t tested enough on pregnancy …

It has not been as effective as they’re expecting.

Do Children’s Lives Matter?

When the hidden camera was revealed to him he claimed he was tricked, it was out of context and his office was not involved in approving vaccines.

The standard on Emergency Use Authorizations are not that high.

This sounds like an exaggeration. If tried, there will be court challenges from dozens, if not hundreds, of directions.
Every year there is a “new” flu shot, but it is not required.
The flu shots decrease “the burden of flu” {>i>look it up}. The costs of the shots can be estimated, but the benefits remain, I think, a guess.

Are you questioning the infallible project veritas? As someone commented below – follow the money but I’m sure no one would gain from this if it was fake.

As a non-governmental organization, Project Veritas is financed by conservative fund Donors Trust[4] (which provided over $6.6 million from 2011 to 2019)[21][34][35] and other supporters including the Donald J. Trump Foundation.[36] In 2020, The New York Times published an exposé detailing Project Veritas’ use of spies recruited by Erik Prince, to infiltrate “Democratic congressional campaigns, labor organizations and other groups considered hostile to the Trump agenda”. The Times piece notes O’Keefe’s and Prince’s close links to the Trump administration, and details contributions such as a $1 million transfer of funds from an undisclosed source to support their work. The findings were based in part on discovery documents in a case brought by the American Federation of Teachers, Michigan, which had been infiltrated by Project Veritas.[

John, when you say “exaggerate” I presume you mean about the threat of annual shots? No Sir. I have seen many references to a coming combination annual shot of Flu-Covid-XYZ. The flu shot isn’t mandatory for “all” though it is already mandated in some areas — for example I know someone who hasn’t visited his mother in her nursing home for months because his flu shot is out of date and he needs another. I was a bit astonished that that was already a rule.(How was that slipped in, and no one even noticed?) Now having vaxxed “mandatorily” for Covid, I’m sure the BigPharma guys would love to segue into a mandatory-for-all combination vaccine.

Gee Aye: Back to Ad homs? Nothing to say about Big Pharma corruption? Did DJT pay off Christopher Cole to make up stuff that may cost him his job, or do you just think in logical fallacies?

“Then tell us, why is the Hole in the Ozone layer at the South Pole when 90% of the humans supposedly causing it reside in the Northern Hemisphere?”

ABSOLUTELY a “trial run; completely bogus “science” from the very beginning.

      A comprehensive exercise in “conditioning”.

Note that the, “We’re all gunna freeze” campaign was still tottering along when some evil genius dreamed up the Ozone caper, and it, in turn was still running hard when “Global Warming” was rammed down our throats. MORE LIES. The planet kept not playing by their insane rules, so the name was changed; to “Climate Change”, then there was “Climate weirding”, etc. but it was ALL carefully manufactured anti-science; every last word and image was fraudulent, and so it all remains today.

So, with a pike and a triple twist, we were lumbered with the most spectacular political disease in history, (so far); Kovid 19. A disease SO lethal, that the survival rate is a mere 99.7-plus percent (and rising).

As H. L. Mencken so succinctly put it:

“The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.”

And, with Kanaduh featuring in the better non-LSM outlets:

“No matter if the science of global warming is all phony… climate change provides the greatest opportunity to bring about justice and equality in the world.”

CFCs – a man-made molecule, quite heavy and which doesn’t reach the stratosphere. Ozone, which is broken by ultraviolet radiation, reforms (or else we wouldn’t have any) but this appears to be inhibited by cold air. The big snow & ice area is Antarctica and the ‘hole’ varies seasonally. Nothing has changed!

      60

      • #
        Bruce

The argument for banning the CFCs centered around the “chlorine” in the molecule.

Last time I used CFCs, they were VERY tough substance, with spectacular specific gravities.

So, a massive, ultra-stable molecule in a freezing-cold environment; anyone have a believable explanation for their 1. Alleged ability to be lifted into the stratosphere and 2. Be broken down to release the Chlorine?

Halon, another CFC used to be widely deployed in critical fire-fighting systems, particularly at airfields, both civil and military. When aircraft hit the ground, they have a nasty habit of catching fire. A fuel fire on a downed aircraft is bad enough, but airframes are made of light metals like Aluminium and Magnesium.

BOTH of these materials CAN BURN. and at ferocious temperatures. If you spray water on a magnesium fire, the heat of the fire will evaporate the water before it gets close.

Carbon Dioxide? (Boo! Hiss!!) Useless for two reasons; it is VERY hard to get a long stream of the stuff projected into the seat of a fire and, Magnesium and aluminium burn at such high temperatures that the heat breaks the Carbon / Oxygen bond and the liberated Oxygen feeds the fire. Hark beck to idle moment sin High-School Chem labs where we dropped burning magnesium ribbon into large jars of CO2, whereupon the ribbon kept burning.

Halon could be projected like water and it would NOT break down like CO2 or boil off like water.

It was so good, it was BANNED. Who ‘da thunk it? I understand the several militaries around the globe told the experts where to go and use Halon to this day. It’s not like the stuff “goes bad” in storage.

When I was working on serious circuit board projects, we use FREON, to clean the boards and also to de-grease / de-crud switch ans relay contacts..

It was briefly entertaining to watch as it sort-of evaporated, then rolled off the workbench, drifted across the floor and under the door. And this in a nice workshop, often heated by large power amplifiers on test, running full-blast into “dummy loads” (carefully tweaked bits of bar-heater element); great in winter, Summer? Not so much.

There has ALWAYS been “lensing” of the Ozone over the poles. This has a LOT to do with the angle of incidence of the relevant UV wavelengths as compared to equatorial zones.

Now, straight chlorine at the south pole is a different matter. Ask an honest rock doctor about the several ACTIVE volcanoes on Antarctica and about the composition of the gases emitted by said volcanoes. Air New Zealand is somewhat familiar, as well.

And for those who care; Ozone is quite toxic and quite destructive of substances like rubber. I prefer it to stay at high altitudes, being constantly formed and destroyed by multiple wavelengths of UV

I’ll agree that the FDA has been captured by its regulatees, but the part about the money isn’t really uncommon.

When I go to get a building permit, I pay large fees that are explicitly used to fund the inspectors. Food growers and processors pay large fees to fund their government inspectors.

It’s common for states to set up regulatory and inspection processes and then fund those processes with fees and taxes on the regulated.

Your larger point about the reg capture going on here remains valid, though. Sometimes the money is just TOO huge to not be the driver.

Australia’s TGA also receives industry funding. If you click on “self-funded” at the link, you get “access denied”, however.

    https://www.aph.gov.au/About_Parliament/Parliamentary_Departments/Parliamentary_Library/pubs/rp/rp1819/Quick_Guides/TherapeuticGoods

The TGA is part of the Australian Government Department of Health. It is largely self-funded and operates on a cost recovery basis. The TGA charges fees for services (such as evaluating a new product) and imposes annual charges on industry. All monies received by the TGA are credited to the Therapeutic Goods Administration Account, which is a special account established under section 45 of the Act. These monies are used to fund regulatory activities in Australia and to allow the TGA to participate in international regulatory activities for therapeutic goods.

Australia’s TGA takes $170 million of industry funding so on that basis, given the US economy is approximately ten times larger than Australia’s based on GDP, takes more per capita than the FDA and is likely at least as incompetent and corrupt.

(I am not sure if the almost $1 billion of FDA funding is US$ or A$.)

Industry wouldn’t be giving them so much money without an expectation of a return. Tax deductible of course. And there is probably something in it for the senior public serpents involved as well. Nothing so brazen as bribes of course, but special “consultancies” after retirement, etc..

The TGA 2020-21 budget is approximately $170 million and we operate overwhelmingly on a industry cost recovery basis, although a significant number of activities that the TGA performs are conducted to benefit broader public health rather than directly benefiting identifiable entities among the regulated industry.

I think the take home of principle of this video is “small government”. Yes government have a few key roles and oversight of fields like medicine is surely one, but the fact that there are clowns like the guy in the video claiming (or pretending) to be in a relative high position in a government oversight organisation is symptomatic of the entire shemozzle that is big and bigger government.

The bigger they become the more people they need to fill the void of these black hole job positions that do nothing but crush matter (ideas, logic and common sense). The more they hire, the larger the black hole grows and more and more matter is crushed.

    PRINCIPLE # 1 – Small Government

I live in the U.S. The issue that sits at the top of the pile, I believe, is the government is just too big too work, given humanity’s weaknesses and failings. You can see this in every nook and cranny you look at. The first thing I did this morning was my morning “sweep” of news sites, knowing full well what I’d find, or better, what would be missing. CNN/MSNBC etc have ZERO coverage of any of this. You can definitely read about Kanye’s latest popularity troubles, and on the front page.
There is a movement afoot called the COS…Convention of States, to put forth a constitutional amendment that’s limited to three points:
    1) Fiscal responsibility, 2) Term limits, and 3) Limiting federal overreach and returning power to state governments.
It requires 34 states to support it, 17 have signed on. This is a laborious process, it will take a few years I think, and if it DOES start to gain steam, I can’t imagine what the elites will do to derail it.
People I know are completely unaware of the manipulations and confuqery that takes place constantly as part of the current system. Everything is designed to pit people against one another, so no one watches what’s really happening.
There’s a line in an old movie, The President, in which Michael Douglas explains that “…the way you win elections is you point at some poor sot on the other side and tell people that HE’S responsible for your lot in life…” and that pretty much sums up politics these days, at least here in the US. The few people I know that have an inkling of awareness as to what’s going on feel completely powerless to do anything about it. Vote?…for whom? This system is far too corrupt to be fixed at a ballet box. I havce no idea what the solution is, and I’m certain that I’m too old to see it all play out, so now it’s a sad movie and a good stock of popcorn.

Let’s try approaching from the other end.
Which part of this ‘international health emergency’ is untainted with corruption?

The alleged origins of the V? (Then the year long slur campaign to silence questions about the origin.)
The computer ‘models’ that sparked the mass hysterical reaction?
The bounty paid by many governments for positive ‘cases’?
The unprecedented mass ‘testing’ of asymptomatic people?
The wholesale propaganda campaign against highly qualified doctors and scientists that dare to question the ‘science’?
The changing of the definitions of ‘vaccine’ and ‘herd immunity’?
World leaders Biden and Trudeau stating in campaign that ‘mandates’ would not happen and then immediately imposing them, and then slurring all opposed? (See Trudeau’s recent statements labeling his opponents carriers of well known reversed yin/yang symbol.)
    Just naming a few.

Glad you mentioned that this isn’t about capitalism, Jo. The problem here is greed by the people involved. It’s a problem of human nature and exists right through socialism too.
Too often people don’t have the clarity to identify the problem clearly. Or they to blame capitalism because it takes the finger away from identifiable people to place it on a system. Or they just want to push socialism.

There may be an opportunity for the public to find out about the FDA corruption. Something may be up. The Austrian government has suddenly abandoned their draconian covid restrictions. It appears the paradigm is changing. The law suits and then prison terms are coming.

The RNA first release vaccines were not adequately tested and there is now evidence that they are interfering with type 1 interferon signalling in the body which causes a complex set of problems. Omicron has defeated covid. It is 1/10 as deadly as the covid Delta variation and it is so contagious everyone will get it. For these reasons, first release RNA vaccination should be stopped in every country.

Innate Immune Suppression by SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccinations

“In this paper, we present the evidence that vaccination, unlike natural infection, induces a profound impairment in type I interferon signaling, which has diverse adverse consequences to human health.

…We also identify potential profound disturbances in regulatory control of protein synthesis and cancer surveillance. These disturbances are shown to have a potentially direct causal link to neurodegenerative disease, myocarditis, immune thrombocytopenia, Bell’s palsy, liver disease, impaired adaptive immunity, increased tumorigenesis, and DNA damage.

“Additionally, they did something interesting,” Dowd continued. “They did a reinsurance deal for a high face amount individual policies, at what looked like very bad economics for them. On the conference call a Southside analyst was very confused. He said, ‘Why would you do this deal?’

“I can speculate why they did this deal. This deal looks bad now, but a year or two from now it may look like a genius move. And they actually think there’s going to be 300,000 excess deaths due to — they call it ‘Covid and indirect Covid,’ whatever that means — in the U.S. in 2022. So they actually raised their expectations for mortality in the U.S. during the conference call.

“So they’re not saying it’s the jab, but it’s the jab.”

Clearly, it is the jab. The insurance companies may not be willing to say it out loud, but they’re preparing for it behind the scenes. That bodes ill for those who have been jabbed and are starting to realize things aren’t like they’re being told.

My personal take on all this is it has the makings of bringing down the West through reprisals by the people who have had enough of the lies. China and Russia need only to sit back while the West eats itself up. Add to that the emissions reduction nonsense things will get a lot worse. One way for the West to avoid self-destruction is for the leaders to come clean and admit they got a lot of things wrong and resign. We need fresh new political main parties as the current ones are broken beyond repair. Sadly, I don’t believe all that is possible as the current leaders and shakers of the main parties are so arrogant and/or aloof there is more chance of me going to the moon that they coming clean and admitting fault.

Note, the following article is from 2018, even before the poorly conducted and misleading covid vaccine trials. The trials referred to relate to another drug.

FDA’s revolving door: Companies often hire agency staffers who managed their successful drug reviews

Job changes raise conflict of interest questions

    [..]

Through web searches and online services such as LinkedIn, however, Science has discovered that 11 of 16 FDA medical examiners who worked on 28 drug approvals and then left the agency for new jobs are now employed by or consult for the companies they recently regulated. This can create at least the appearance of conflicts of interest.

    [..]

Ray told Laughren and the panel that AstraZeneca had pooled data from all its trials as though the data were one data set, causing a well-known statistical error called Simpson’s paradox. To take the company’s conclusion “as definitive” would be “very dangerous,” Ray said, according to the transcript. Laughren responded by calling sudden death “a pretty definitive event.”

Ultimately, the committee voted overwhelmingly to advise approval of the drug for new indications and made no recommendation on labeling it to warn about sudden cardiac death. Later evidence showed that the cardiac problems Ray described are real, and in 2011, FDA required adding a warning on Seroquel’s label.

Thank you, Bruce. It was interesting that when ice and snow covered the northern hemisphere in December 2010 and looked like the ice sheet had advanced, the ozone over said hemisphere had thinned. However when the ice and snow thawed the ozone thickened up again.
